I placed two orders with Plumberstock.com and received confirmations. No delivery date estimated. Advised an email would be sent when the items shipped. It's been two weeks and nothing has been received. I tried sending emails, calling and chatting and was kept on hold for 20+ minutes each time. No reply to emails sent. They also force you to download the "Route" app to see any updates on the shipping, otherwise, you don't receive any. I tried that, two, but it was a nightmare! I finally uninstalled it. There was no information on the app either! Just a waste of more time!

My merchandise still has not arrived after 1 and half months. I finally sent an email to inquire and they just said we have no stock so just wait. No proposed delivery date or even any hope for one yet!
"Their ads are misleading and I did not order. They run an ad on Amazon that takes you out to their site--it is their own ad, that states "Free Shipping" but when I got to the checkout on their site--it added $10.41 in shipping charges. I called their customer service and Rebecca told me that there was nothing she would to, it wasn't their ad (it IS their ad) and her manner with me on the phone basically told me to take it elsewhere. This is totally misleading and dishonest and a waste of customers' time. I will not be doing business with them."
I received my Elkay sink for our kitchen remodel on time but it is damaged. I called, emailed and texted plumberstock.com but all I got back was an email giving me the choice to either write a review, claim item was not recieved or cancel my order. How does THAT solve my problem? I'm giving it 1 star because it did arrive on time. I'll update once they resolve the issue of the damaged sink.
It has been almost a year I still Do NOT have my part and no refund either.
They have told me that it is on back order and they will not return my money.
I would give zero stars if I could

I am a repeat customer and love the service and prices. I always choose the least expensive option which requires a little more time to receive the product but it results in the best deal available.
