“Rip off artist”

Hired this guy Doug Pierce to fix a few small things prior to escrow closing... Took me for $425. During inspection, water came flowing over the patio, there was still a leak in the bathroom shower and the faucet in the kitchen practically fell off! I asked that he correct, he did not, I had to hire someone new, and he cashed my check! He also delayed my closing be 1 week, which I had to rent back my own house! RUN from this guy!
