Hi all
I recently had a problem with my Mira excel shower, it was running cold half way through a shower! (not nice). Someone in work advised me to try changing the cartridge before forking out on a new shower or getting an expensive plumber in.
So I googled mira excel cartridge, and after comparing lots of prices ranging from £95 to £150 I found www.plumbtap.com. I placed the order on Tuesday night, the part arrived on Thursday, I fitted it in less than 30 mins, and now my shower has a brand new lease of life (unlike me!).

I needed to replace my shower with a new Mira Vigour power shower. I placed an order on Sunday evening, the shower arrived very neatly packaged by Tuesday lunch time. I would thoroughly recommend this site.
Further to my previous review, Plumb Tap have redeemed themselves good style! I was able to return the incorrectly ordered item, and a refund is now being processed. I am so impressed, I have placed another (correct) order and look forward to receiving it. Thank you Plumb Tap

I placed an order and received email confirmation immediately which I opened straight away.I realised I had ordered the wrong size, and immediately emailed to request cancellation and also completed an on line message. Both done within 5 minutes of their email confirmation. When I rang to check, they said it had been shipped already! Disgraceful customer service! I asked for a prepaid return slip and they refused. AVOID, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was dooped unfortunately. I highly recommend using any other of company than these guys. They are avoiding me and won't get back to me to discuss part refund.
