I ordered the magnolia bikini in black on Saturday. It arrived at lightning speed today (Wednesday) in less than one week! I tried it on immediately. I read a few reviews that noted the suits run small so I ordered the L in both the top and bottom to be on the safe side. I'm typically a US size 6,27-28 in jeans, and 36 B so would normally opt for a medium. The large fits perfectly and looks great (boyfriend agrees too). I cannot wait to wear this on my vacation to the DR! Last but not least, I must admit, I found Plumeria via Instagram. Great experience with customer service. I ordered the wrong size and the rep was prompt in responding to my email and cancelling my initial order after I placed a second order. Money was refunded 3 days later. Perfect! The suit came in, and I love it. I do have to say that it's definitely not worth the full price amount though. $80+ for one of these suits is very steep. If I were going to spend that kind of money on a bathing suit, I'd go for a neoprene suit from Triangl. Just saying.

I kept seeing ads on Facebook for this amazingly beautiful bikini. I always am really cautious about ordering things online, but I just loved the color and cut so much that I had to give Plumeria a chance! I'm so glad I did! Totally beautiful bikini. I ordered 2 more because I love it so much! Highly recommend purchasing! And I'm super picky. I live on a sailboat and I can tell this suit will stay put and comfortable while sailing and swimming!
Purchased the "Let's get tan Unicorn suit", took much longer than was told for shipping. Suit doesn't look anything at all like the picture on the website. Plumeria will not offer a refund on shipping or the suit and wants me to pay to ship it back. Will only offer credit. Also says any issues when shipping back that they will charge me for and want to be paid with Paypal and a picture of the Paypal transaction sent to them. Buyer beware, bait n switch.
I'm so happy! There was a little bit of fear because I heard of this off Instagram. Package got here as planned even though UPS messed up. Tried them on... BEAUTIFUL! They fit very well and I can't wait to wear them out! Most definitely ordering from here again!
Hello. I went by their size guide and it is way wrong! Now I'm stuck with bathing suit tops I can't even wear. The cost of returning/exchanging is more than the items. Research other comments about this company- they have a bad reputation.

Honestly staff is friendly via email, response time take too long, I ordered my bikinis they did not fit cost me $40 to ship back and was my cheapest option on top of the original shipping charge then come to find out they don't carry the size I need so I will be paying for another re shipping charge just to get back the exact same order that does not fit. Adding an extra $80 in shipping charges. Seriously never again!
All these reviews that claim to have received their items fast and had a great experience must be receiving a check or are a part of the company. Been over 20 days no shipment. Can't track it because only a label to ship was created but nothing after. Customer service has to be done via chat on Facebook. They don't respond for several days so you try again and they complain that you should on try to contact once and wait. Next time you reach out the system is broke and they request an email. Takes several days to get an email response and miraculously they ship the day they reply. What a coincidence! A month out of pocket no product is not acceptable. God help me if the stuff should have to be returned or exchanged! Steer clear. Joke of a company if they are even a company.
Good luck trying to make an exchange or return anything. They do not provide a return label. If you live in the US, it costs just about the same price to ship it back. Poorly made/cheap material too. Sketchy.
Horrible customer service! I was charged customs which came out to half the price of the swimsuit. I am fully aware that customs is not Plumeria's fault however, I asked if I could refuse the package and have it sent back but they would not let me or provide me with any other alternative. Very unprofessional and poor customer experience!
Hello! Unfortunately the Customs send us also the Tax bill, as soon as the client orders they are responsible for the goods to be taken out of their country Customs.
The shopping experience ran good. There have been some flaw but the customer support helped a lot addressing the issue and giving prompt and useful information.
They did accomplish every request I made always, kindly and professionally.
Good suits for a good price. Yes, shipping is expensive, but they post coupon codes for 50% on their instagram all the time, so it evens out. I own 3 suits now. It took a while to figure out the pricing (I'm a large in top and bottom when i'm usually s/m) but the sizes are consistent so at least there's that.
Worst people to deal with. Not worth a penny. Run away. Their customer service is so horrible it's really not worth the headache. As you can see they hav horrible reviews, I should have stayed away from the start.
I can't agree with any of these positive reviews. My order kept getting delayed and pushed back with no delivery date. None of the promised dates were kept and I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Worst customer service. 0/10 would not recommend.
Took 2 months to get my swimsuit. There was no notification that anything was on back order. They just sent me a shipping notification and then didn't bother to send the item. When the swimsuit arrived, it was incredibly uncomfortable. I gave it to my friend and she could not wear it either. The package arrive and it was also missing half the items I ordered. Now going on month 3 waiting
Ordered 3 bikinis which totaled $150 after using a promo code that the site itself advertised. None fit but the company won't issue a refund if you use a promo code. Total waste of money and they have almost no matching swim suit sets in stock so exchanging isn't even an option. When I tried to return for a credit to exchange, I was told shipping would cost at a minimum $45 through USPS.

After strictly following their return guidelines & paying over $50 in shipping costs I have not received my refund. Its been two months since they accepted my fed-ex return. They do not answer any of my emails inquiring about the status of my return and a phone number does not exist for this company.
Its really a shame, because their suits are beautiful and i would have love to continue doing business with them.
Additionally, the money was charged to my card the same day i placed the order on line, but the merchandise didn't ship till a month later.
Again, I didnt mind waiting for my suits. I just wish the customer service was better so i could consider ordering again.
I found this company on Instagram and I was blown away by how beautiful their bathing suits were. So I went on their website and ordered two suits. We had some miscommunication in the beginning. My suits came in with one bottom significantly smaller than the other. I mentioned to them about the situation, and they were willing to send me a right one without any trouble. They even covered the shipping cost. I would recommend this company who wants to have a cute swimsuit for their summer holidays. The design is sexy, the color is vibrant, great material and if you order the right size, the material doesn't cut into your skin and create unwanted muffin top.

First of all, it took around three weeks for me to receive it. Then when I finally got it, it was cute but didn't fit. That part wasnt the problem. What is the problem is that I chose to return it considering I didn't like the fit. It's been 2 months since I've returned it and NOTHING. I have not received a refund in two months! And to top it off, whenever I email their customer service they either ignore my emails, or reply to my first email asking how they can help, and when I tell them what I need help with they never reply. Literally avoiding me to refuse my return. Not happy. Will not repurchase ever again.

The bathing suits are very poorly made. They take so long to ship that if you want to return it- you can't because it's past the 14 day window- that's a part of their return policy. Not 30 days... 14. That sounds purposeful to screw you over to me.

I have purchased a beautiful Magnolia bikini, unfortunately I have lage 32 F natural boobs therefore the wire under the bra was too soft and was not holding the bra in one place.
I will advise plumeria to replace this wire with something stronger.
I have returned the bikini as advised by Plumeria, it was posted on 30th June 2021.
Today's date is the 8th of August 2021 :(( (
I still have not received my return funds even though I have emailed Plumeria a few times to check if they receive the return parcel.
Looks like now I am with no bikini and with no money on my account.

Beware if you are not sure of your size. I originally ordered a medium top and it wasn't quite right (a bit big), so I asked to exchange for a small. To send the top back to exchange it out would have cost me $90 USD, and the top was $35, so not sure how they think they can do business with customers in the US. I was left with a top too big and bathing suit that doesn't work, so due to the inconvenience of shipping overseas I will be eating the cost and looking elsewhere. Too bad, as the suit had potential!
Material and the way the swim suits I ordered was made was not what I expected for the price. But really the biggest issues I had was after I sent in for a refund. I get a few days later respond with nothing helpful after sending emails multiple different times. It has been over 2 weeks since they received the return and I have not received a refund. Refund aside I'm appalled at how long it has taken and how bad the customer service has been.

I ordered my first bathing suit from this site and I was very excited because I had been wanting to purchase a bathing suit and it happened to be on sale! It took one month and half for my package to arrive! I tried communicating with them and they do not understand what customer service means. They were acting like I was doing them a favor! Although I like the bathing suit, I doubt I'll ever order from them knowing that it takes more than a month to receive them and the have ZERO customer service. There are so many others sites that have just as cute suits and have great customer service.
