I ordered the magnolia bikini in black on Saturday. It arrived at lightning speed today (Wednesday) in less than one week! I tried it on immediately. I read a few reviews that noted the suits run small so I ordered the L in both the top and bottom to be on the safe side. I'm typically a US size 6,27-28 in jeans, and 36 B so would normally opt for a medium. The large fits perfectly and looks great (boyfriend agrees too). I cannot wait to wear this on my vacation to the DR! Last but not least, I must admit, I found Plumeria via Instagram. And am generally skeptical when buying off ads, but this suit was too unique to not give it a try. Glad I did!

Hopefully with enough reviews people can see how things work and decide for themselves. Plumeria is constantly on discount and only accepts returns for discounted items as store credits. What they do t tell you is that a store credit is the same as a discount in their system. This means it cannot be used in another discounted item purchase. Essentially forcing the buyer to pay full price for an item after purchasing a discounted item (no matter the reason for return). I don't recommend purchasing as their products are average at best in my experience, but at least be aware of how their business operates when you order.

I'm from canada and I ordered a bikini from plumeria a month a ago. My order total was $47 american/$67 canadian and it took a whole month to get here! They took forever to process the order and actually ship it. On top of that I have to pay $35 in duties :( I've been online shopping for years and never had to pay duties so when the delivery guy said it's 35 I didn't have any cash and they don't accept debit so now I have to bus to another city just to pay more money to get this bikini! Wish I read the reviews before buying... hope the bikini will actually be good...

If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. They're a complete scam. They automatically apply a 'Flash Sale' discount to your purchase at checkout. Then, when you go to return the very cheaply made items, you not only have to purchase a $12 return label, but they tell you that you're only eligible for store credit given you purchased the items "on sale". Keep in mind, you are UNABLE to remove the discount code for any items, full price or not. So they force you to purchase their items at a discounted rate, in order to keep your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrible clothing, terrible customer service, terrible policies. They are also poorly rated on BBB.com and not an accredited company.

Tip for consumers:
If purchased on a credit card, file a dispute or claim under misrepresentation to get your refund from this scam of a company.

The shipping was fast. The swimwear is beautiful. The quality is excellent. The best of all is the customer service, the fast response, they are always there for you if you need assistance. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I just found this store, and I'm already blown away by the selection! They have great brands, and the prices are more affordable than I could have ever hoped for. To be honest, I doubt I'll be shopping for bras at the mall again since this store has everything I need.

I purchased the Aires Bodysuit in a size medium and I am a 4 in pants and 32C top. It fits very well, but if you are considering two sizes go up a size! My breasts just fit in the top of the lingerie. I am from Toronto, Canada and there is a UPS c. O. d. Just be aware if you are in Canada (only $29). It was super quick to ship as well, 4 days. Overall, I am super happy with this bodysuit! It looks exactly like the picture, no surprises! And the breast cups are covered so your nipples are not showing, so I have worn it out with jeans before and it's super cute. Great purchase!

Returned my unworn items via tracked UPS and still have not gotten the refund on my $300 purchase I returned because of the poor quality of the suits. There is no number to call so email and "chat" is the only way to reach them. Chat told me that they had to talk to "higher management" and email asked for order number and never replied back.

I had discovered Plumeria through Instagram and immediately fell in love with the bikinis. I had noticed they were hosting a 50% of flash sale so I immediately bought the bikini I had my eye on. After purchasing my swimsuit I decided to look at reviews and there were a some negative ones that caught my eye, I didn't think much of it though.

I will be traveling next week, and my biggest concern was that I would not receive my swimsuit by then so I reached out to Plumeria via Instagram and email and I received a response almost instantly. Natalie had helped me track my items and insured me that I would receive my items before I leave for vacation.

Today I received my items, exactly a week after I had ordered them. I purchased the Ava Khaki bikini and I am IN LOVE with it. The quality is amazing and both top and bottom are true to size! I have had such an amazing experience with Plumeria, and I will 100% recommend them to my friends and purchase more bikinis! Thank you so much!

I ordered a bikini top and a bottom on 2/17. The top was back ordered til 3/7, which I was fine with because I didn't need this til mid March. The bottoms had no indication of being back ordered on the website or confirmation email. 3/14 I sent them an email asking for an update because it's been a week since the back ordered date.
They claimed the items were "preorder" and release date is 3/20. Which was nowhere to be found on their website at the time of purchase, in my order confirmation email, or the time they claimed it was a preorder.
I asked for a full refund, and never got a response. I assumed they were processing it because their response time is slow and vague. 3/25 they sent an email that the order was processing to ship. I explained my situation again, ask to be refunded and not to ship out the items. Got another vague fake apology, and that they will finally refund me after I refuse the shipment.

My bikini is extremely cute, however, when my bikini wasn't in after three weeks I contacted their customer service which is only a sill little chat on their website, and they told me it hadn't even been processed yet. I then waited another 3 weeks for the bikini to get here. If you need a suit for a vacation, like I did, make sure you order this bikini two months in advance just to be safe. There are many other cute bikini websites that deliver within a week. I don't recommend.

Plumeria Swimwear went above and beyond replacing some lost in transit bikini bottoms for me, which was very much appreciated. Their correspondence was quick, they were very helpful and informative and I'm very impressed with the overall aftersales service they provided

This is the best online lingerie store, believe me when I tell you that I've seen them all! They have a selection of bras for both bigger and smaller women, and they're all comfortable, yet incredibly stylish. I've had plenty of trouble finding a bra that I like, so couldn't be happier that I found this online store!

I ordered a swimsuit which unfortunately didn't suit me so I had to return it. I spoke with Natalie in the customer service department who assisted me with the refund. It was dealt with so promptly and efficiently I couldn't fault the service at all. I can highly recommend this company, they are very fair and the customer service is amazing. Natalie was really helpful and made extra time to sort my refund for me even out of work hours which is really appreciated.

Worst company ever. I returned my suit over a year ago after it didn't fit correctly. After I received confirmation that my return was received I was NEVER credited back. With shipping I am now out $130. ( 110 for the bikini, 20 for shipping). After about 20 follow up emails, majority of which went unanswered... it is now a year later and I never received my refund. Not only is this the worst customer service treatment I have ever received, but I was essentially robbed.

My Order number is: #4374 the FIRST email communication regarding my return was on 4/28/2015 in case the company FINALLY wants to give me my money back.

Very good quality for a little price. The size conversion table was also accurate. I had some problems with the delivery and customer service was very helpful, patiënt and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

I have bought a few items from this site and my experience has been very disappointing.
First I received my items and decided that I wanted to exchange for a different size. That was fine they sent the form straight away for exchange. Then upon going to the post office the return cost me over $46.80 to return two bra's, due to having to return back to Turkey which. It took over a month for a response. I took a photo of the bra's still packaged with tags still attached and proof of post.
They retuned an email saying that that one of the bra's was stained which I disagreed that it was mine but they refused exchange. Something happened in quarantine or lack of care on their behalf and blamed me even though I supplied a photo.
So it cost me $106.60 Australian dollars to get nothing in return. In the end after a frustrating and lengthy process I ended up with a credit for the 2nd bra, it has cost me over $150 and still have nothing.

Tip for consumers:
Only buy if your happy to take a gamble and hope it fits. Otherwise it’s a waste of money

Ordered 2 suits and my order was being "processed" for over a week. Emailed and tried to do online chats to follow up on the status of my order and could never get a response. When someone finally answered online she couldn't tell me when my order would be ready to ship. After a few conversations I finally just asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They said they "issued" the refund, I am still waiting for my money to be returned after a week. Terrible service, I'm sure those who say the suits are great likely are, but I prefer to deal with online retailers that provide service and honesty. Never again!

I ordered my 3 X bikini which were all in stock and I waited for two months to have them sent to me. I emailed asking where they were and they responded but the delivery shouldn't have taken that long. I am in Dubai and there are in Turkey!

I sent one back for an exchange. To date I have waited a month and a half. I have emailed them every day asking where it is and I have not had a response. No phone number is available either.

How can a company have such poor service after taking your money?!

Usually, i don't leave a review for the online business. I found this Plumeria site on Instagram, and I have ordered one luxury lingerie for my gf. I got lingerie yesterday; it looks so good, and my gf loved the gift.

I am in the US and I have ordered from plumeria three separate times already. The quality of the suits are great and super sexy! I love them hence why I have ordered three times. This last time I ordered I ordederd for a vacation a week away. I realized I didn't get an estimated ship date when I ordered so I contacted customer service. They assured me they would call warehouse give them my order number and let them know that this shipment is priority! One day later I received an email from Joan letting me know my order has shipped and will arrive before my trip! Awesome customer service can't be Beat! Thank you so much

Ordered swimsuit for wife almost 3 months ago and still do not have it. I have email and emailed them and keep getting one lie after another on my delivery and yet still no delivery. Now after 4-5 additional tries they have quit responding to my emails. I have replied to their emails, gone to their web site and filled out their form for an answer and still NO ANSWER. Be careful with this company. I am afraid I will never get my order and I am out my money.

I bought the Ava bikini in the prune color. Wearing it I felt so sassy! I got so many compliments. It is perfect for a body with some curves. I felt so sexy that I bought another Ava bikini in yellow. I can't wait to wear it on the beach in Costa Rica next month!

If your purchase fits when you get it, then it does get there fast. I had a similar experience to someone else who reviewed. I had to exchange a top for a different size and I returned another bathing suit. I sent them within the two week policy (which is strict to begin with) and one week later I had to reach out to find out what was going on. They didnt have the package and I had to give my tracking number which showed it was received two days from me sending it. So they had it and didnt do anything with it. I need the top for a vacation, which I explained, but I have yet to receive it. I also had to pay shipping again to get the new size. The customer service is absolutely horrible and the way they handle returns is just ridiculous. I had to fill out a paper sheet when I sent it back. Its a shame because the quality is good but I wont be ordering anything else after I get the right size top.
