Plumeria is a good place for those looking for something new in lingerie section. The best site for a bra fitting. I don't think I'll buy anywhere else again!

As a lady with a big bust, finding bras that fit is always a challenge. But this shop never disappoints. They carry all sizes and the selection is wonderful.

Online stores usually don't give an update after you paid to them, but plumeria is an exception. After sales their customer service is good and I really appreciate that

Usually I would make sure to try the suits i buy online to make sure they fit, even though most of the time there is a size chart you can refer to, it doesn't always fit your body as you would like it to. Surprisingly, I browsed over their instagram, then i clicked on their website and i was still skeptical because i had no where near the same body type as the model they used to showcase the pieces. However, i emailed them and asked about shipping, a few fitting details and they replied within a day! I forgot to follow up and they actually were pro active and reached out to me instead.
I decided to place the order because the customer service at that point was excellent, and i felt confident that if i didn't like the suit, i could return it and i would be able to talk to someone.
I placed my order and a week later ( shipping to France) arrived. I tried it right away and was amazingly surprised that the suits fitted PERFECT. I was extremely happy with the fit, the material, the description was exactly that, and it just fitted like a glove.
If you are hesitant about buying their suits, well all i can say is that i cannot wai to buy my next one from them, it was a win all over from placing the order to receiving the product. Excellent!

I can honestly say this is easily the best swimwear page and one of the best in online world. Their awesome collection has the most interesting designs with frequent updates to their offering.

I purchased a bathing suite from here, first off the models look amazing and displays the product perfectly! I ordered my product, shocked it came from Turkey first of all! The bikini was very thin material, and about 2 sizes smaller than the sizing chart. The bikini bottom and top did not fit at all it was too small, I immediately returned the item. It would costed me $100 to return the item back to TURKEY, more than what I paid for the bikini so I obviously did regular shipping. After a couple weeks of not hearing from this company I inquired myself if they even received my order, they said they did... I would not have gotten an email response had I not inquired? Anyways Christie stated she would not refund me and would do an exchange and I have to pay shipping, 3rd shipping cost. This is ridiculous, most companies offer the return form or ship the exchange at no cost. I stated I want full refund she advised me that the return policy does not offer that, I never received a return policy in my package nor was there one emailed to me when they gladly confirmed my payment. I requested to speak with someone higher up and I have yet to received an email even with several attempts to resolve this issue. Terrible customer service, terrible people relations
