I order from them just recently and when I asked why I never received my package they said it was a holiday weekend and that's why it got delayed. Keep in mind this was 10 days after the holiday on regular work day. They finally gave me my tracking number and poof it said it was stuck waiting to get ship. When I asked for my refund of $200 they said they'll process it, but they never sent me a confirmation. Even after several tries trying to get it. So after waiting for the "time frame"my refund was supposed to hit. IT NEVER HAPPENED! Eventually I had to get my bank involved for me to receive my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SOOOOO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER. AND WILL NEVER PROCESS YOUR REFUND. BIGGEST SCAM!

I cancelled my order immediately after I made it as I found the same suit cheaper on another site. I asked if they could please not process it and cancel it and they said sure but why did I need it cancelled? I told them because i found the suit cheaper somewhere else and after I replied that, they charged my card full price and refused to give me a refund. Natalie was so rude and would not help at all, and it was only after I told them I found it cheaper somewhere else did they still charge me, even though they said they would cancel it. DO NOT ORDER HERE. TOTAL SCAM AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

I love the color and the material. Definitely would order more in the future as I am thoroughly satisfied. I really would suggest this to anyone looking for an affordable suit.

I am not a person who do purchase through online often but i came to know about plumeriaswimwear through my neighbour. So i gave a shot, cloth material good and decent price.

I mostly end up buying a poor quality bikini from online. Plumeria Insta Ads tempted me to place an order. To be honest, this is the best quality bikini I ever got from an online purchase.

I am not a fan of online shopping but for lingerie I wasnt quite satisfied with other stores. I am impressed with Plumeria, will continue buying here.

Suite is very cute. I really dint have high expectations when I ordered but what I received is fabulous and eye catching. Absolutely in Love and what a great fit!

By mistake I selected the wrong size. They next day I contacted the support team and they accepted my request and replaced within two weeks, after they received return pack.

Plumeria Swimwear is the Gem i found online. Thanks for their Insta ads. I bought few swimsuits for myself and my sisters. It looks fantastic and the price is great for the quality!

I was honestly worried the swimsuit wouldn't fit considering I'm on the petite side (all the models in the photos are wearing smalls). But I order an XS top and S cheeky bottoms in TROUBLE IN PARADISE, and it fit perfectlyyyy. Then fabric and color is amazing as well. I'm 5'0,32B cup, and 25in waist or size 1US. My order came within a week and over the holiday as well. It was fast, and faster than what it originally said it would come in. They packaged it perfectly (layout was good and sanitary side was good) so you can use it right away.

It was a big surprise when i opened the box and i saw my swimsuit. I recenly bought one from local store and it was an expensive stuff but this one 100 bucks less cost but quality is amazing!

My modeling photo shoot project required some bikini shots. I ordered a few pieces after I discussed with my female models. They are happy with Bikini, comfortable and attractive.

I saw an ad on Instagram for this company for a Flash Sale and decided to take advantage of it... 50% off, why not right? The suits were modeled beautifully and the colors seemed vibrant and fun. I kept reading reviews of all the bottoms fitting extra small, so against my better judgement I ordered a size up for my bottoms. My order came relatively quickly considering I am in Canada, so I was excited and nervous to try them out. The colors were bright and the suits looked exactly how they did online. Unfortunately I found I should of just went with my gut and ordered my usual size, and now have bottoms that are slightly too big and bunchy... I'm a little nervous to see what happens when I get in the water LOL. I could of returned them but figured I would give them a go and potentially try and alter them myself if need be considering the costs for Duty etc. So that would be my only recommendation to ladies moving forward with purchasing... the bottoms actually fit fairly normal so I wouldn't size up. If anything, both tops are almost a tad small and I could of gotten away with maybe ordering them up a size! Other than that, I love both the suits, the colors are beautiful and I look forward to bringing them both to Mexico this May :) I will definitely be taking advantage of the the next IG Flash Sale as well but ordering my normal size!

I'll admit that I was very skeptical of buying from this company after reading the bad reviews on this site. But, I went ahead and did research of my own and after a day or two of thinking on it I decided to take a leap of faith. This was my experience.

I received a order confirmation by email immediately after I placed my order. I had to search for it in my junk/spam folder. The following week I instant messaged 'Christina' asking why I hadn't received tracking information and she promptly explained to me that the order was still processing but that I should receive it within the next few days. A day or two later I received my tracking info. Yes, the suits do ship from Instanbul, TK. Now, I selected 3 day express shipping at check out and I did not have to pay customs or any of that upon accepting my package. Not sure if this would be different in other countries but I reside in the United States. It was delivered to my door via FedEx. The suits are of beautiful quality and they all fit wonderfully. I'm overall very pleased with my experience with Plumeria. I think maybe people have had issues with them in the past simply because they don't understand or are unaware of the customs in their country or did not communicate with their costumer service on sizing well enough. All I can say is DO YOUR RESEARCH! I would definitely buy from them again.

Beautiful and just as it is shown in the picture. I bought my wife a medium and it fit perfect. She wears medium in dresses and is 5'2" weight 138lbs.
