Pogo is working on the customer service and recently got back to me with help for a technical problem in good time. They were able to make it right, so things are looking up as they actually connect with their consumers.
As a customer I did my part... when it was time to pay up... and we're talking a little over $5... I couldn't withdraw... Their algorithm is set up so customers can complain, they do a fake review and delete your account...I contacting the BBB and anyone else to get this FRAUD services off the internet... Outdated games aimed at the elderly. Pogo presumes we all have a mentality of a 3 year old. Very difficult to communicate with staff; they respond in a condescending manner and if you are critical they can ban you from forums. High yearly membership cost for which you get to win worthless tokens and make up little avatars and collect stupid badges. (not real badges-- virtual badges.) To top that off- you can actually gift those badges to your loved one for Christmas or send them to friends Paid member are forced to buy things for cash if they like a game and want to play it. As lame as it gets. Stay away.
Pogo is in the business of making money. Period. Electronic Arts supported the site by placing ads between games or rounds of games. Perfectly understandable and acceptable.
Now, they stop the game every 2-3 minutes of gameplay and run a 15-30 second ad. Suffice it to say this breaks the flow of the game making it unpleasant at best and unplayable at worst.
The games are great WHEN they work. Everyday it is a new problem. Getting help is almost impossible. If you do manage to get through to someone they either don't understand what you are trying to tell them or just spit out the company line: It's your computer! I have spent hours trying resolve Java issues, screwed up my computer and had to install and uninstall so many times it is stupid!
If I could find another Scrabble game as good I would leave. It is hardly a pleasure playing on this site anymore with all the stupid changes that don't improve the game going on.
Played checkers on pogo and either the system is hacked or those who control the games completely cheat regularly. I'm an expert checkers player and thats how I can see it, but also you can count the checkermen and see when more have been added. Like msn games, same thing. Also as indicated by other reviewers language is totally foul. Don't allow your children to play here.

You can try deleting history on internet options, and not allow third party cookies but this does not always work, and not worth the hassle.
I paid for a year long subscription. Midway through the year, they take away ALL of the games I play. Literally ALL of them with their updates. The games list available seems to be cut in half. I argued with them for more than an hour on chat to have my account refunded for the games that I paid for and are no longer available. They refuse to give me a refund because I didn't ask for it within 2 days of being charged. Apparently I was supposed to look in my crystal ball back in August to know my games were going away in the future.
Pogo sucks. Why aren't you people working on the site problems as in can't sign in, games won't load, getting booted constantly, mouse freezing, games freezing instead of telling us to update this, clear out that, reload this all the BS that we constantly do and it still doesn't work Even bought a new computer with windows 10 and Pogo works even worse that ever. Concept is great, performance not even worth mentioning let alone paying for. Been on computer for 3 hours before a game even loaded. Yep, Pogo sucks worse and worse every day.
Pogo has their picks, I get crappy cards every time I play spades, or hearts, people do cheat the opponents have friends be your partner and deliberately cause you to lose. But thanks to the we are special Mozilla fire fox people cant play pogo any more not compatible with pogo. Google chrome the same but not as bad, I E, 11 crashes and freezes up, some one else needs to get programing better than Microsoft's crap
I've been a paying member on pogo for over a decade, all of my daily favorites are now gone, zero interaction with others. I remember the days when people would actually win $2000+ jackpots. Okay, I can do without that but it was the interaction with other actual players that made it fun. I won't be renewing my membership, it's now a joke and has nothing to hold my attention nor spend my time.
I use to Love this site and played it daily for years, use to even buy it for others to play with me. About a year or so ago it changed, for the membership price, it is not worth it anymore. You have to play forever to even win a wall paper, let alone a free gift. I can find fun online games that are free that work just as well..
I 've playing on pogo for years. The site has always been highly unstable, replete with crashes and glitches. But now it is unbearable. I simply cannot sign on and there is no support to walk me through the problem.

I haven't been able to loan some of the games for a time now. Yesterday POGO changed the format of Crossword Cove the "English" version (or that is my understanding). This is the deciding factor in not renewing my subscription for another year - and I have been a subscriber for approximately 10 years. It really is too bad.
Maybe you would like to tell me WHY I should use your sight? It is both frustrating and REALLY. I should TRY to play a game just to have it not open? One would think with todays technology that you people making all the bucks would be able to figure out how we the consumer can play ANY game on pogo without having to do "this and that" come on people get your stuff together... you are supposed to be the experts!... well maybe.
I was a member for years. However, they increased their advertising of badges, trying to upsell you, to the point where they take you to a "buy another badge" screen after every single time you play your game. So if you're on a winning streak, a "run", you get bounced out to that screen every time and have to click your way back to your game. I'm so fed up with all the marketing and ads being shoved down your throat, I quit. I will quit any tech or media company now that uses me as a pawn for their advertising (no matter how much I pay them). It's never enough…. They always want…."more". I'm done with it.
Sick of the bull$#*! of POGO. THEY DONT $#*!ING CARE. I pay for club yet I don't get what I pay for. Any idiot can report a person and they will suspend you. So 3 times and you are banned forever. They do that so we will pay for a new account. They should be sued. Games don't work: There are some idiots who free the the lobbies with programs. Especially High Stakes Pool room 020. Pogo doesn't give a $#*!. Have informed them. Others have also. They JUST DONT CARE. Many other complaints. I have a screen name that was suspended twice by idiots. Should have been been back after a week. Still banned. Its been over a year now. They rob you of your money. DONT GO TO POGO. Its a bad game site. If you need help you are taken to foreign countries who have no clue of anything about the site. They don't speak English well, and well make you so angry. Save yourselves!
I joined POGO in 2002, played daily for years. They got rid of chat, then the games I enjoyed playing and replaced them with games from the Bigfish website. They are literally made for children! I cancelled my membership. I honestly thought it ws just me until I read other reviews. What a shame nothing like the original Pogo exists anymore!
I have been a member for almost 10 years. 3 weeks ago my credit card got hacked. I went into all the places I used it and deleted it. I was issued a new one, went in to add a new card to Pog and they refused it. My husband tried his 3 cards, all refused. I still had weeks left on my Pogo account. Try to contact this company, its impossible. Emailing is out of the question and forget their Pogo email Help, that is ridiculous. So here I am 10 years into this site, and now with 3 weeks left, suddenly I can't renew or entire any credit card. Save your 40 bucks people, if the site has no customer service, don't waste your time...
I cannot go back to a place where the planning and preparation for change was a complete train wreck. Just about everyone I know has left POGO, cancelled memberships and have picked up something else to do. I was a paid subscriber for years, if not a few decades. In my opinion, they wanted to attract a younger set of people and allow the games to be played on mobile devices. But, the crowd that had supported Pogo felt left out and shocked that the place was turned upside down. There WAS plenty of warning - and time - to convert alot of those games to HTML 5. Now, in my opinion, its more like a gambling casino with strict rules. Limited amount of chats. All games that have option for mini purchases to keep them going. That's not my style and that is why they lost me as a member, and probably a lot more as well.
Games are childish, most games now require real money purchases for episodes or power ups, no chat, no more jackpot spins for a chance to win REAL money via reward cards.
Strung players along all this time for no reason. Made us believe that the "new," Pogo experience would be soooooooo much better.

I have played for 9 years. Recently, they changed the format of their games and made many o them unplayable. Despite repeated complaints by hundreds of customers, they have done nothing but state that they arelooing into it.
But now they've changed the whole look making it more "kid" stuff. Some of the best games have been retired. Also, games are continually not loading or freezing so you need to restart and lose all your progress. Playing certain games that have challenges - the progress isn't credited. And what the heck are Pogis? It's supposed to be some kind of reward but it's pointless. Maybe it's a kid thing but they're losing the adult players real fast!
The new Pogo embedded game formats look horrible and won't load at all for a lot of their customers. Their customer service is somewhere between the worst ever and nonexistent. The parent company, EA, wasn't voted 'Worst Company in America' this year for no reason. They're losing customers over a format people hate, and instead of admitting they made a mistake, they ignore customers and/or treat them like crap. While all of the problems with their new format have been going on literally for months now, EA/Pogo continues to defraud many of their customers by continuing to collect yearly fees or refusing refunds for a service they can no longer provide because they can't get the things to work despite assurances that they were 'working on it' which might have been believed when they first reported that months ago--by now it's apparent they can't fix the problems with the new format and that they have absolutely no regard for their customers at all.
I've been with POGO since 2003. One of the features I like is Chat but the new format has no chat. It's nice when you can congratulate people on their scores. The POGO tokens we an indication of how well we've done and how long we've been there, no more tokens in the new format. They are still running challenges where they expect you to buy games with the gems that we paid for. They are deleting games the we bought. It's stealing. With the new HD format I can only play for a few minutes (if I'm lucky) and I get thrown out of the room and lose all the progress on that game. It happens on ALL HD games. I won't be re enrolling.
Don't purchase this meter this why. The test pods are expensive. The Patterns APP does not keep a sold connection with Bluetooth from the meter. You have use multiple test and you my connect but the you wasted 3-4 test. I feel that no effort is made to fix app so you order more test pods.
The reading are always off by 10-12 pods
Over all it sucks to expensive no confidence in the reading.

Waste of time to play rated card games. No skill. Just sit in right side. How can 2 players on a team always get it all. And players wonder why so many fights and cheating. U have to cheat to at least try and even the scores and make fair fames. Leave it up to Pogo program. U don't stand a chance. Treats a 4 player rated game like its 2. Don't waste your time doing rated ones. Its handed to one side ONLY
This is a free site with a lot of games to play, usually great chat also. There is a Club Pogo that you can join and pay for. I have been a member for 6 years. You can win prizes and money without being a member. I have won a gift certificate for 25 dollars from Target. It took 2 months for them to send it. My friend in Canada won 1500 dollars. And yes she did get her money. It just took a while to get it. If your a stay at home person, I would say, join the club. You play for badges, there is a mini person you can dress also. I spend about 100 dollars a year here. We live in a small town and I am a housewife so this is not a huge expense in my opinion. I now have friends all over the U.S. and the world.
