Pogo is working on the customer service and recently got back to me with help for a technical problem in good time. They were able to make it right, so things are looking up as they actually connect with their consumers.
As a customer I did my part... when it was time to pay up... and we're talking a little over $5... I couldn't withdraw... Their algorithm is set up so customers can complain, they do a fake review and delete your account...I contacting the BBB and anyone else to get this FRAUD services off the internet... I've been an avid scrabble player for many years and I use to enjoy playing on Pogo. I have a lot of scrabble buddies that I have met over the past 10 years and I still can't believe they screwed everything up with this new crap they have replaced it with. You have to be kidding me if you really and truly believe this was an upgrade for your site. This was by all measures a major down grade and I am still searching for a new scrabble site to get my fix.
I still play there but not nearly as much as I did before you guys messed up everything. Unbelievable!
These people are pirates. I caught a debit on my checking account 2 years after cancelling my subscription to stop them from auto-renewing my subsription. Apparently they already took my money the year before, and surely would have banged my card every year until i died or changed my bank account. Maybe even after i died. Live chat is the only way i found to contact them, and they promised a refund if i let the (pending) transaction go through. These people are pirates i am shocked the united states allows people to do business like this. I am even more shocked electronic arts has their name on this. Oh well at least i know whose products to boycott
If you ever wanna delete your account, don't bother trying. You now have to have a live chat or phone call with EA to delete your account, even if you only use the free version. After wasting my time and getting told my account was now deleted I received a email stating I had to contact them again as the connection was lost and my account would not be deleted. Worst game website ever.
Four of us who are experienced online gamers tried to play Scrabble on Pogo and after a half hour of nonsense... trying multiple ways to connect and play the game after joining up, getting user names. Passwords, etc... we gave up -- and none of us are quitters. This is the WORST game site there is. I wish someone would shut it down so no one has to go through the frustrations we just had.
I have been a member for some ten years and posted a joke which was deemed not politically correct and was warned, I bet it was not even a club member who reported me. I will not be told what jokes to tell and who to tell them too. Snowflakes can get lost. I have been a club pogo member and spent a lot of money on the site and this is how they treat paying customers. I have appealed and have heard nothing, sort it out or you will lose the few remaining customers you have left. While I still live in the West and we have freedom of speech here and not Sharia Law, I will use my rights. Humour and Levity are not offensive among my friends, only to the serially offended
I have been a member for 10 years. It was great until a few years ago it started going downhill. Now many of the games are broken and unplayable. There is NO customer service. My favorite game has been glitched for 10 months now, effects a large percent of players and get this-- POGO refuses to provide any kind of feedback or even acknowledges there is a problem. The game will not work and absolute silence from POGO for 10 months. Games freeze in play, points don't tally correctly, screens and windows only partially show or load, you have to change your computer setting to play some games and change back to play others. Sometimes you have to change browsers to play various games. Navigating the site has become more of a quagmire with each "improvement". Gaming challenges are simple- if you are willing to pay extra money, in the past these challenges were equal to all members. Its a shame that was once a successful enjoyable gaming site has sold out to greed.
EA got id of pogo as we knew it. What is the use of challenges if you don't win tokens? Why buy gems just to finish a game? It was fun to win tokens & go shopping at the mini mall. And what about the chat and friends?
I want a refund of my unused months. EA is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. Going shopping at the mini mall was fun and the way hey did it made it seem like you were really "buying" something. I cut my shopping on-line and in store in half.
When the fun goes away form a platform, it is time to stop.
The games are super slow... there is no communication between players and if this is going to be the new Pogo site then they are going to lose a ton of paying customers who have been playing for years on Pogo. That is the reality.
They make up rules. There is one woman who has played me twice and she curses at your via im the entire time. The first time I reported her, the second time I couldn't even find a way to do that. There is no customer service. Poor.
They've been sneaking Ad times up in the last two months. Originally it was 30 second Ad for first game and then 30 for consecutive. Then they inched it up to 35 for first and 30 for consecutive. Now today I note it is an incredible 40 seconds for the first Ad,
I'm finished with Pogo. If you're a super good player you get three uninterrupted games... occasionally four. The Ad is repetitive and far too LONG. I wouldn't buy any of the products because I'm so angered by the Ads. And Pogo's free trial was interrupted with silly pop-up messages. Big FAIL.
Well with the new updated Pogo, there are now no free challenges. I used to get a couple per week, Now none,. You have to use gems now to buy the challenges. And you have to buy the gems. So, they are making you pay for these challenges. NOT HAPPENING.
It used to be you could use your tokens to enter prize giveaways. They long since stopped that.
To me - I get nothing for my 10 million tokens.
The only advantage to a paid subscription is no advertising.

I played Pogo for years and quit do to many viruses, Well this year (2018) they offered old account holders discounts to renew, so I thought I'd give them another chance, because, I like the games and it was a good pass time. They have really gone to S--T since they got big headed with HD games, games don't loud shut down in the middle of game. I will not be renewing after this years runs out.
After 21 years of playing here, Pogo decided to change everything. It is a mess and I hate the "new" games. Graphics are awful, layout is confusing, and all the games I loved to play are being discontinued. Bah, humbug. I will not renew.
I've been playing Pogo for years and each year, their site declines in quality. They have gotten too big. More and more I am not able to upload a game when I want to play it. I am paying for this? Their response is always..."it's your computer." I wish there was another site I knew of that was comparable to Pogo in the game selection. I'd drop them like a hot potato!
I used to trust this website but the second i won money they claimed that i cheated to win i have emailed them and they said oh were looking into it... i have gone to other websites about complaints and there are pages of them on pogo... just a word of advice... the site is fun to play on but your s. O. l if you win anything becasue you will never see it
I will not renew my membership! My favorite games are no longer available. The games that I do play are boring. Nothing changes. I play Tri Peaks, the cards don't change, nor does the backgrounds. Where are the points? I did have over 2 million and I accumulated gems. Now you have to purchase them even though you are paying membership dues?
Your so called"upgrades" are not working! Freezing, hard to open, etc. Now you are taking away about 50 good games in March. No spin the wheel to earn extra tokens, almost all games you have to use your gems to play. Not fun to play anymore, badges are going away. You have not changed the Thursday and Sunday games in over a year, boring. Keep getting popups about Adobe Flash, but it is installed and updated. What's going on, p[people are not happy. Do you even read comments/complaints?
Pogo used to fun, made friends and lots of games. EA bought them out and it has gone to pieces. They charge you for "gems" that you have to buy and can't possibly win a game without them. There is no longer a chat place when you play games. The games look like they were made for a child... cartoon characters.
To play the good games you have to be a member...$39 year.
Total waste of money. AND there is no way to contact them, no phone number, email, nothing.
My subscription was up this month so I cancelled it and did not renew. I don't like anything about the changes they have made to Pogo. My favorite game was Solitaire Gardens and it is gone. The new graphics are big and dark and look like they are for little kids. Pogo has no respect for their members. They must think we are fools and we would just accept the changes. They are losing their loyal members. They think they will attract young players but they won't because young players like the more exciting video games. Pogo has ruined their site! I would rate it a 0 if I could.
Been a paid member since 2013. Got a notice that Java needed to be updated. Updated it and got a virus from the POGO site. Cleaned my computer, got rid of the virus, now can't even sign in to the site. Just flashes on and off from site back to explorer. No one will help you from the site so don't even waste your time. Moderators insist there is NO VIRUSES on site but it is a common problem and, once you paid it makes no difference to them. I am done with this infectious site.

I enjoy playing games online, but the games load and play slowly and often freeze up. I don't mind ads, but considering the speed problems on top of it... ain't nobody got time for that. I'll just play games on my phone instead.
I had a new computer. Games would not load. Froze in the middle of the games. I had been a member since 2005. I was aware of them charging your card even after you cancelled your membership. Although most would not like to do this, the day I cancelled my membership, I cancelled my credit card and applied for a new one as this card was not used very often.
I was trying to setup a party day for my co-workers. I had Pogo Helpdesk call me so i could ask them some questions about their service. They told me i could setup a bunch of users using my corporate credit card. Fast forward to today, I'm setting up my co-workers accounts and BAM I can only setup 3 accounts using the same credit card. I get the Pogo helpdeskt o call me, and the guy tells me again that it's possible! I'm like "No! It's not! Do you even know what you're talking about?!" I'm very pissed, I feel Pogo's inability to be informed about their OWN PRODUCT made me look like an idiot.
Advice for Pogo: Make sure your Helpdesk can answer questions about your service!
Where to start? This website has more bugs than an entomologist convention. 1st off you can be playing poker and have a straigh flush and go "all in" and next thing you know the game freezes and you're booted out of the game. Some times you get booted as soon a you "sit down" at a table. Each time it costs 5,000 tokens. Even the ads trick you by saying that your player isn't working so they can install adware. This site is corrupt in the worst way. Some times I enter a game and instead of the game an ad appears and I can hear the game going on without me in the audio but can't see the game. I could write a book about how bad this site is. Don't go there. Don't recommend it. I used to love pogo for years then something changed about them. There used to be hundreds of poker player online at any given hour. Now, just a few. And many of them are running two computers under two different names so they can cheat at poker. Every thing freezes all the time.
They scammed me out of $80.00 due to their site glitching and freezing. Then when I requested a refund, they told me there's nothing they can do. Awful customer service! Disgusting company. I recommend NO ONE signs up for this site. Would have rated them negative stars if I could.
