Mac Owners beware of this site! They make and improve their games for Explorer 11... Mac's can not use Explorer! Therefore you can only play about 25% of the games they have listed and the number of games available to Mac owners is dwindling daily! I have been a member for years... and no more!

Pogo has terrible support. Problem player Host_TMS_Golf allowed to lock lobby chat at whim with a program in several high stakes pool rooms. Mainly 020 and 045, the popular roons. Made many attempts to report this player. He comes in allows chat for a few minutes. Then tells the room he is about to freeze room. Loads program then leaves. Destroys the full playing experience for all. EA/pogo could care less about the reports and screen shots I have sent.

I have been a club pogo member since 2003... almost 20 years. Since EA took it over, it's a bunch of BS, scamming, deck stacking, money grabbing BS! The games are near impossible to win unless you spend more money for power ups to get through the upper levels. Tired of being scammed. Don't waste your money because it WILL suck you in.

Ive been playing on pogo for 23 yrs (since they started up) they just took my usual payment, and bailed. The site is unplayable. I could not get into my acct, they said my passwd was incorrect (it wasnt) and when i requested a email to change the password i NEVER got it. Any phone number, or contact info they give now for contact is invalid or turned off, so you cant access anyone. Whats worse? They still have my credit card on file and i have no way to stop that but cancel my card. They should be sued... shame on you pogo.com. You made it sound like the site was going to be better, but the site is now lame and useless.

I have been a member of Club Pogo For years. I renewed my membership and began having problems with games I played EVERYDAY. I followed all the instructions on the HELP pages. I could not find any way to contact anyone to report the problem. I finally posted on the forum board and a supposed tech emailed instructions that I again followed to the letter. He than asked me to cut/paste/send to him the specs on my computer. I heard nothing back. There is no customer service to complain to. If I cancel my subscription I will not get any $$ back. I paid for services I cannot use. Club Pogo is a big Rip off. I am so dissatisfied and there is no way to get any help from Club Pogo

I was once addicted to them, but then they started placing adds DURING each game. I am now looking for a new site to play on. I shouldn't need an 'intermission' while playing a game. Absolutely ridiculous!

It seems Pogo's IT Department's fixes have fallen far below how game play use to be. Sad because we really enjoyed it. Ads are constantly interrupting game play making it juttey, doesn't load and interruptive. After their weekly 'maintenance' all seems to fall apart and then the healing begins again a couple days later. Then back to the same old poor functioning as before.

I continue to get a message indicating that Pogo does not work well with Firefox and to install Internet Explorer 11. Internet Explorer is not a widely used browser anymore and why aren't your games being developed in the more up-to-date web browsers such as Chrome and Firefox? Pogo USED to be one of the best site on the internet... sadly not anymore. Another era bites the dust...

Beware of this site! If you join Pogo, you will still have to endure endless commercials between every 2nd or 3rd game. Once you pay, they have your credit card. You will be charged every year automatically. I cancelled my "membership" after only two months. Months later they charged my credit card. I challenged it but my my cc company upheld the charge because I did not have documented proof of cancelling, even tho Pogo could easily and clearly determine that I had not logged into their site for months. This company is unethical, crooked, and crappy. BEWARE! Pogo is a rip off!

This site does not even deserve a 1-star rating but that's the minimum you can give it. Several years ago I was a paid member of Pogo but was not satisfied, so I canceled the membership. Recently I got back on Pogo to play free as a non-member. Monopoly & several other games kept freezing up. I was getting frustrated with being in the middle of a good game of Monopoly and having the site freeze up. I know it says on the site that to avoid commercial breaks you need to upgrade to paid membership. Today I called customer service and spoke to a man with a thick accent. I told him the problem & asked if Pogo did things just to mess up the game so you would upgrade to paid membership. Get this... his answer was YES. I told him I was going to give Pogo a negative review online. Don't waste your time with Pogo.

Pogo games - its a free site i love it they also have a club to join it cost money but the club has better games this is the ultimate site for free gambling they have bingo slots card games dominoes yahtzee monopoly if you visit there tell them scootermamarose referred you as i will get tokens you earn enough token you can turn them in on a daily weekly monthly cash drawing. I play there all the time even though i havent won its still fun

I Pogo online games. My favorite is word whomp. There are different levels of difficulty you can set the game at. I like the little ground hogs in this game. They are cute. The solitaire, brain games, hidden object games, arcade games, and scrabble are some of my favorites. I visited this site many many years ago. I have been playing the online games with friends and family for a long time. I love to have my little cousins come over and challenge them on word whomp. It helps them to develop speed and spelling tools. I like to see there faces when the ground hogs eat the carrots. If you need a break from work relax, play a game of word whomp. Pogo games are cool you don't have to sign up if you don't want to. You can play a lot of the games as a guest. Not everyone has time for games but everybody need to have a little down time. www.pogo.com

They take your money tie it up for seven days. Then say this a mount is not in your history. I do not have a history. Drop a dime and talk to your customer that you make a percentage on. They say it won't happen again it's in your history know. Well surprise, surprise. It happens again. No phone call, no money!@@@. Pogo Sucks.

To finish my sentence, the longer you play the worse the quality gets! You will be very lucky to finish a game before your game is lost to... lost connection. Takes so long to load and then you make one play and get a minute time out for ads. It really sucks!

They got rid of Scrabble, and at automatic renewal time, they sent me an email that they can't charge my card because it was no longer good! So, i didn't bother cancelling it, because they said card was not good! Today, I got an email from my credit card telling me they charged me another $39.99 on another old card that was on file from another account! What a bunch of thieves, will NOT give me my money back!

If the moderators of Pogo's game forums do not like a topic or post you have made they will delete it. They will delete it without any reason why, no warning what so ever. Pogo made a slots game a weekly challenge, but when you try to play the game you get a message stating that the game is undergoing maintenance. Pogo makes a game a weekly challenge and then put it under maintenance? I made a post on their games forum stating this and asked why. My post was deleted, so I posted it again and it was deleted again except this time I was told that my post was in violation of forum rules. So I asked why and that post was deleted.No reason as to why and no warning what so ever. That is very rude. I once had a problem with a page loading. I asked for help on the games forum page explaining the problem I was having. Their response was if the page loaded for them it loads for you. That is the level of help they give. Reminds me of a dictatorship.

I have been a Pogo Member for over 10 years and have played for untold hours. Last year, several of my favorite games, including QWERTY, were discontinued. The new HD graphics are awful! I have tried to like them, but to no avail. Again, favorite games such as Jungle Gin and Slots of Atlantis are going away. Stayed with POGO because there were no good alternatives; but now I seldom visit the site and will NOT be renewing my subscription. I do not know if the problem is with POGO or with the "new technology", as they claim. Regardless, I have lost all interest in this site.

I understand that technology has ruined many of my favorite games, but that is unavoidable. What is not unavoidable is the way Pogo now manipulates the games - you are so close, so Pogo offers to sell you more chances to finish the game. It is actually predictable that you will stall and be invited to purchase more tokens to continue. I will miss Pogo. What a shame to ruin such a popular site. Bye

I would give it the four stars it would of deserved but when EA bought it it turned to dust. I loved playing battleship, monopoly, pucks peak, but now they either A: dont load, B: dont work: or C: the site* just sucks.

I'm a little addicted to pogo. I find myself getting bored of the games quickly, but I still find myself heading to the website when i have nothing to do :) I love that they have classics like monopoly, and I can play against the computer which i really love. I recommend it to my friends all the time, they have a ton of games and even cash jackpots (though i've been on there a while and haven't won one yet)

Have played for quite a few years and then I bought a new Apple computer Now I want my money back because I can not play any of my badges. They do not seem to care or response back. I am looking for another websight.

I spent months and endless hours of trying to load games in the Forum section, working with the moderator and (supposedly) the programmers/designers to try to fix issues I had with games after a new Java update - of course Java.
When my last post was ignored for over 10-days and a new Java update came up that now blocked the games I'd managed to play after the previous update I let them know how unhappy I was.
Their response was to lock me out of that forum feed and tell me that it seemed that all I wanted to do was vent and that was not the place for it.
My response was to cancel my membership.
They are all about making money and nothing about providing service.
Oh, and, of course, it's all Java's fault. Certainly couldn't be the people who design their games and absolutely have to play with every new bell and whistle that comes along whether it works or not...

I paid the subscription for years and now the scrabble game against the robots is to easy when using the expert setting and many of the games I loved are gone. I was half way through an ongoing goal for months with a mahjong game where you had to make your way through all of the countries and poof its gone. I had months of my time invested in that goal. I will not be renewing my subscription.
