Pogo is working on the customer service and recently got back to me with help for a technical problem in good time. They were able to make it right, so things are looking up as they actually connect with their consumers.

As a customer I did my part... when it was time to pay up... and we're talking a little over $5... I couldn't withdraw... Their algorithm is set up so customers can complain, they do a fake review and delete your account...I contacting the BBB and anyone else to get this FRAUD services off the internet... Burn in 🔥 Pogo... You probably have no shame heartless?OB's

Links do not load to games. Canasta promises 30 minutes of game play if you watch a video or read a story. The videos will not load, the stories never appear. Continuous problem.

I have been a member of Pogo, for years. Now the game sucks. I will not renew. There's alot of reasons that I don't like pogo anymore. The games are extremely hard to win and expensive.

For 3 days now I have been trying to play scrabble against the robot and the words that he is getting credit for are NOT legitimate words. How am I supposed to compete with cheating?

I enjoy this site, cool games and cool people use this site, most make you feel welcome or you can turn off the chat option. Cool rewards and chances to win cash!

If you want to cancel your membership try to find a way to get to their live chat, as the cancel link on their website does not work. Google "how to cancel pogo", or try this link: www.help.ea.com

Slow connectivity with some games, interruptions asking the player to join 'Club Pogo'.
No competition with point system any longer. No points for the fun games any longer. Thanks I. E.

It is clear that the new owners of POGO had no intention of maintaining any identity of the original POGO. It was fun! I miss it. What has replaced it is a bore and a waste. Pity.

What a disappointment POGO is. Played some Hasbro board games i enjoy playing for free. I can live with all the advertisement when it is free. I thought the slow loading or not loading at all was do to the advertisements. The hook form POGO is to become a member in Club POGO to avoid the advertisement. So the fish that i am the hook was set and i coughed up the yearly $40 to join. All along thinking i would now be able to play the Hasbro board games without disruptions. WRONG! Although now there was no interruptions with advertisements, the site would still freeze up or not even load up the game at all. Thank goodness i had a 30 day free trial with my membership before my credit card was charged, because it only took me 2 days of not being able to even play one game before i canceled my membership. My suggestion is that seeing all these complaints with obviously no resolve, is to start sending Hasbro our complaints. I'm sure that Hasbro would look into protecting their names reputation & licenses that are under the EA umbrella. If POGO were to lose this license they would just fade away and be a site of the past. If you are writting a complaint be sure to add Hasbro's name.

No more! I've been a member since 2007 so 13 years. I've taken my auto-renew off and I will no longer subscribe or play on this site once all their on-going changes are complete, sometime this summer. Many games are like moving cards/pieces, etc thru Jello. Others load sometimes, dump you out or freeze in the middle of a game. It used to be a community kind of play where players were able to talk to each other, you could customize your "avatar" which was much more than that. Many, many forms of Mahjong and hidden object games. Worst is that you end up having to buy "gems" to "buy" extras just to finish some of the games if you want to do it in any reasonable time anyhow. One woman posted that she'd tried the same level of one of the games 538 times (she refused to pay extra to win) and still hadn't gotten thru it. No more. This is more like a kiddie-cartoon kind of site now. Graphics used to be geared to adults, now looks more like 4-12 year olds. Really a shame, I'm going to miss Pogo, but it's not worth playing for much longer.

This site has a ton of games. Little by little the few I saved stop working. I'm down to only a small handful I actually play, one of them is called mahjong escape. Not long ago when you try to get on that game, the site sends you to an unrelated game. And good luck trying to find a way to report this. They do have a forum board but it's only user to user support. This is on their end so users can't do anything. Some people can get on, but reports of this glitch are many and there is no help to be found. Searching through google, (pogo is run by EA games) I managed to come up with a support contact page and submitted a ticket. To which I get back, in part,
Copy;
"If you need an immediate fix to continue playing a game, go back to EA Help and select a topic other than Report a bug."

So if you have encountered a BUG you cannot send in a BUG REPORT?
How stupid is that?
A game linking into another game is a glitch ON THEIR END. It has nothing to do with browsers, cookies, cache or any of the usual nonsense support always sends. It's a bad link. Some programer was asleep and goofed. But with no way to contact anyone, there it sits.

And people actually PAY to be "premium" members on here?

Companies who make communication with their own customers impossible or next to impossible will always get a zero rating from me.

Oh. I have had this same issue with games I bought and installed onto my computer. Support is nowhere to be found. I have avoided buying ANYTHING from EA games for a long time now. They just don't get it.
Play free, what little you can, or find something better somewhere else.

I use Club Pogo literally everyday. It's the page I have set up to come up when I first come online. I've been using it for about 5 years or so now, and am completely addicted to it. I'm usually not much of an internet gamer, but Pogo is my go-to for the games I do like to play. They have a lot of word games and I love word games. Scrabble, Boggle, word whomp, tumble bees, and wordsearch are among some of their addicting word games. The only thing that is a "Con" for me is that there are waaaaaaaay too many card games! I'm really NOT into card games at ALL. Also, tokens are pretty much useless now, can't use them for anything except entering to win $25 gift cards or buy mini items (though even those are mostly requiring gems now, which you have to pay REAL money for). I always thought anyone who pays money for a set of clothes, furniture, accessories, a background, etc. that their character can wear on a game site which many people don't even look at the profiles anyway... has too much money and is spending it on ridiculous things. Also, the badges. You have to pay for badges! You're paying for an achievement, again which no one will see or know anyway lol. I don't know. I just think that sort of thing is ridiculous. I'm not trying to embarrass or insult anyone who does pay for mini items or badges, but it's just not my thing. Just my opinion. Besides that, I love pogo. Just don't love spending money on it lol. Even my yearly memberships are bought with my free coke rewards!

Long ago Pogo was fantastic, it's barely a shell of what it once was.

I've yet to find a game that isn't controlled or rigged in some fashion... Their slots is the most obvious. Others just freeze up if you are on a winning streak. But slots. They claim it isn't a casino game, yet it's listed under casino games. Most often while wheels are spinning, you can tell it's going to skip over any big payouts, just too obvious. If you should win free spins, it obviously switches screens, something that has worse payouts.

If you ever go to the forums to post your thoughts, you're not allowed to write/post anything negative. You can't be honest... no free speech there. One of their Knoxie moderators will have it deleted before you leave the forum. I will never believe they are volunteers, I believe they are Pogo/EA staffers on patrol.

They say they are family oriented, nothing is farther from the truth. My wife gets hit up 2 to 3 times per day to go into private chats. She does noting to get that treatment. Ya can complain to Pogo/EA sports... they basically tell you to talk to the hands, the eyes ain't reading it. So the pervs & lurkers win again. You can't block them. They keep coming through. Just think. That could be your preteen son or daughter getting hit up.

Pogo just isn't what it once was.

Pogo games was a legendary game site that was maybe the most fun game site on the web. Then... it changed. My guess is that it was bought out and squeezed for all monetary value (or though it seemed0 by devaluing the graphics, playability and fun value and just leaving the raw, poor video quality game itself. Today, pogo games is just a husk of what it use to be. And what was that? Avatars with 100's of available variations. Yes, 100's. The best available by coins, earned via gameplay or money, which was a fair value. Games that were very interactive with chat if you wished. And graphics that, over 10 years ago, were better than what's available today. It almost feels like Mitt Romney and his company-destroying-for-profit corporation bought it out and squeezed out all monetary value and left it as the most simple, unentertaining form it could possibly be. It's too bad. Pogo games use to be an industry leader. Now it just sucks. Seek elsewhere. Or, play games in their most basic forms with uninteresting prizes and very little people interaction (which use to be a selling point).

PS I don't need a proof of purchase. I'm not spending a dime on this crap. I spent good money in the past and it was worth it. Now it sucks and I'm not spending a dime. That said, play the free games if they're fun to you. Some are okay. Not what they were, but okay. The few ads aren't an issue.

Tip for consumers:
Seek elsewhere to spend money on games.
