“Thanks pond mobile”

Julia was amazing. My phone was lost service and would not connect. I emailed my account manager which has their phone support call me on another number with in an hour. She quickly figured out the problem back to normal in minutes. I was so thankful and appreciated her help and professionalism. I love the fact that I have a one person that I can reach out to who solves all my problem without dealing with long hold times and crazy transfer.

Works as advertised and the customer support was great. We literally spent less than 3 minutes to resolve the issue. Very useful for international trips. We appreciate pond mobile. Everything was covered

“Great service for a pric”

Grate service. I feel like my account manager is my personal butler. With me being jetlagged all the time I lose my phone 3-4 times per year, he arranges a replacement to be waiting for me at my hotel.
