I ordered custom ping pong balls with a friend's picture and a caption on them as a Christmas gift. I didn't read the fine print about custom orders taking up to 10 days to process and/or the shipping options to expedite shipping. I emailed the customer support because I needed the gift by Christmas eve. I got an email back that day from Ron assuring me they would do all they could to speed things up. I received my package in the mail two days ago and the balls are fantastic! Best customer service I have experienced so far this holiday season. The picture on the balls are a good quality and were reasonably priced. I can't wait to see her open them!
