I notified NPT about loss of color of my midnight blue mini pebble that I had installed in May 2018. It has completely lost all its color. Well, they finally came out. Joe Chavez from NPT and also who I thought was the installer but that is not true. He also works for NPT. After Joe tested my water, all was good, but then he proceeded to tell me that after he calculated other numbers that the loss of color is due to calcium buildup. The pool is only six years old. He said my color is there and I needed to purchase a product called Magic Jack. And he showed me my color is still there by popping out pebbles and showing me there's color underneath… I almost lost it, but I kept my composure. Of course there's color underneath. Where is the color on top? It was such a dog and pony show. That I could tell nothing was going to be resolved. And my intuition was correct. NPT stone scape does not stand behind their warranty. It is a 10 year warranty due to loss of pigment. It is completely useless. If I would have purchased Pepple Tech, I wouldn't be having this problem at all.
