They have gone out of their way to help me find the right parts and shipping is always quick... only thing is that they only ship free over a certain amount. But i guess thats how it goes All in all i wish i could give them 6 stars!
BUYER BEWARE: Bought a pool pump for just under $260.00 that failed well within their stated "warranty period." Notified Poolweb of the pump failure less than 4 months after installation. They offered less than $120.00 store credit on a replacement pump (plus shipping). When I questioned why so little they stated the warranty begins when I placed my order not when I received the pump nor when I installed the pump (a week after receipt). Worthless product from a deceptive company.
Website will say "in stock" but have found it not be accurate.
Delayed shipments by weeks.
Our credit card number was stolen, and I was threatened to be turned over to collection agencies if the bill was not handled immediately. It took nearly a week to get new cards and thus provide the information to poolweb, which felt it necessary to harass the consumer.
Do not do business with this company. I ordered a $500 part from them and although FedEx shows it being delivered, I never received it. FedEx takes pictures of all of my deliveries. Contacted them and they essentially said sorry and would not refund money. They should have insured the package and required a signature for an item worth $500. I have called their customer service department and asked to speak to a supervisor, and no one has returned my call. They actually asked me to fill out a police report. I said why, I don't know if it was ever delivered.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company.

None, I never got it.
Their website is nothing but lies. Placed an order only to have it cancelled because the information on the site was incorrect and they refused to honor the purchase even though they have the items in stock.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t purchase from this site.
I needed to make a return and this is when their true colors come out. They do not care about their customers and fail to be accountable for any mistake on their part, even if it is at the expense of their customers. Stay away, I then had to order the parts from somewhere else and I found them for less.
Items marked "in stock" and then customer service lies and said it wasn't in stock and charges and outrageous restocking fee when we finally received the product 2 months later. Stole over $200 of our money. Will never order from here again. Buyer beware.
Tip for consumers:
Go elsewhere.

Ordered a heat exchanger that was on stock. Incompetent customer service person swears it was not even though we got an order processing confirmation immediately after order
I ordered a Hayward pool light from them and they sent me a much cheaper light which wasn't the one that was advertised on the Internet site that I clicked on. When I emailed them to correct the problem they told me I received exactly what I had ordered. Lies! I can't believe google has them marked as a trusted store because what they did to me was complete false advertising they should be banned from google
Tip for consumers:
Don’t trust them try EZ test pools on google they were actually a trusted company to deal with that stood behind their product and didn’t send things that you didn’t order and tell you that you did order that

I should’ve received a Hayward underground pool light and I received a pool light made by Jay and J electronics, a much cheaper brand. I got ripped off
I waited 7 days for a gasket it arrived ten minutes ago nothing wrong with a packaging but the gasket inside has a gash in it they're making me go through the warranty department and they also will not let you leave any negative reviews on their site I'm sorry but it will not let me upload a picture or a sale receipt
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from pool web

Purchased what was suppose to be a replacement hose from sand filter to pump was not right piece, was charged a total of $41.00 then it cost me $8.00 to ship back, I was refunded a total of $24.00 and some change, so it cost me $25.00 for nothing, I think this company is a scam!
I ordered a crucial part for my pool because they offered overnight delivery. Because it was a Friday it did not arrive until Monday with a fedex charge of $38.00. They knew before sending that it would not arrive overnight. I will never order from them again.
I ordered a part for my pool cleaner from this company, which had an expected delivery date from the website of 3 to 5 days.
Upon order confirmation, they stated the part was out of stock and, due to covid, they expected it to be in stock in 30 days with no guaranty of that, and I would be notified when the part was shipped. When I went to cancel my order, they sent me to a return policy which states a 25% restocking fee, plus a charge for a shipping label.
How can you restock an order that is out of stock? I don't think this is a legitimate company.
I could return the part but there was a 25% restocking fee, Also I had to pay for shipping it back and sending the new part.
In the end I was convinced that the Poolweb shipped me the wrong part, returning the part had so many Financial advantages for them.
The item I ordered did not work. I filled out the return page on their web site and got no response. The first time I called they said, we will send you return info in an email today. No email, so I called back. I got transferred around a few times, and then was told that they would not take it back because it did not work. So they send you something broken and then will not take it back because it is broken? They have been rude and unhelpful. I checked around and have seen other people complaining about the same thing. They have multiple BBB complaints.
I purchased a cover for Jacuzzi cartridge filter tank and the cover was 3/8" out of round. I was told the cover met manufacturer guidelines and therefore was not defective. I asked if I should pound the cover on with a rubber mallet and see what would happen and was told that was my decision. Since there is no doubt the unit would leak if I did that, I decided to send the cover back, but shipping cost is up to me. Since the cover is defective I don't undeerstand why I should pay to have it returned. I'd give this review 0 stars if that was an option.
If you pay extra for next day shipping it doesn't matter gets there same time. They may ship it via a next day postal but wait 5 days to ship it from their store. I will not use them ever again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't pay extra. Expect it take longer than it should. I expected they were not open on weekends which was correct. Ordered Friday didn't get it the following week. Paid extra for fast shipping.

Shown products are missing parts increasing the cost advertised by 30% for complete products. See Poolweb solar pool cover clips…reel clips not provided.
Tip for consumers:
Look elsewhere first and be aware that a product may be much, much more expensive than advertised.

Solar pool cover clips. Could not use refund because products had to be installed before Poolweb refused to provide full advertised parts.
PoolWeb Agent said that she would show the pictures to the shippers and make sure I got the right item, In addition, I had called the Hayward people an described the size and number of bolts (30) and color. They gave me a number which seemed to be right which I gave to PoolWeb whom they said had the item, with the pictures and description. After having to send it back I asked Hayward if they could help, and was told that my my item was no longer manufactured WHICH IS NOWHERE MENTIONED IN THE PICTURES which supposedly depict what I wanted. The only clue is the color: Taup, but that does not mean there are no white models. NEITHER COMPANY would accept any responsibility for the mistake. Restock shipping was $45! I found one on Amazon which appeared to be the same as I have, so I bought it and found that it was smaller and had 24 bolts. As Little Beaver used to say, "Me plenty gus-dusted!" Fortunately. The input pipes are the same separation and in a vertical configuration so that I can possibly mount it in place of the old one by putting a 15" pad under it, Buyer beware both these companies. I have no proof that any of this was intentional, but if not, there is incompetency/indifference/incompetence. As I will say to Coke and Delta, "You are not the only game in town". 'Nuff said.
Tip for consumers:
Caveat emptor. Be VERY sure you want to deal with these people.
