We purchased a part for our pool and it was incorrect. Upon returning it, we had to call several weeks after returning it to ask about returning the funds, and to add injury to the insult, we were charged an outrageous stocking fee and shipping for the part when returning the item. Stay away from this company if you are unsure about the part as you will be out hundreds of dollars for nothing.

I ordered several of the same part. One of the items received was very close to what I ordered, but not exactly (it was the lesser model). I attempted to resolve via email, during which multiple times the agent promised to send out the right part. They sent a completely unrelated part as a replacement, and then went silent for weeks. It has been almost 2 months and I still don't have the correct replacement part. In the end I disputed it with my credit card company. I would not recommend, terrible experience. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

I bought 2 pair of pool guards ($100) by Fluidra from PoolZoom two months ago. 1 of 1 pair broke and I asked them to replace the product. They said they only warrantied them for 30 days and told me to contact Fluidra which I have multiple times but they won't respond. PoolZoom should be contacting them for me but they won't. So, I'm out the $100. Don't buy from them and don't buy from Fluidra, they are not honorable companies.
On May 8, I purchased a Scrubo Zoom Automatic Pool Cleaner. Despite following the provided instructions and charging the device overnight, it failed to turn on. I promptly opened a return request but received no response for a week. A return label was only provided after I made a phone call.
I shipped the defective item back and requested a replacement. The item was delivered back to the seller four days ago, yet I have not received any further communication. When I called again, I was informed that it would take an additional two weeks to process the return, and only then would a replacement be shipped. This delay means I will not receive the new item until around July 10, which is two months since I placed the order and significantly reduces the usefulness of the purchase during the pool season.
The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. I have now requested a refund and must wait another two weeks for it to be issued for the defective item sold to me.
This level of service is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
Sent me chemicals that literally expire next week and when I call to let them know no apology just make sure you read the return guidelines. So I do and no shipping refunded and a 15% restocking fee for them sending me chemicals that expire within a week. Never again. Back to lesliespool.com I go. Thank goodness I didn't spend more money.

We ordered a new pool heater and when the unit they sent arrived and we un boxed it it had water in the heat exchanger before we connected it and after it was connected it leaked like a sieve. They said it would bake 8 to 12 weeks to replace and they were going to submit a shipping damage claim, but there was no shipping damage as the box was in perfect condition and the metal enclosure had no damage. It was a defective heat exchanger. It was clear to us that they were trying to sell a used unit as new and now they just keep delaying a refund. We have disputed our credit card. We have asked them to pick the unit up so we do not have the expense of disposing of it and they have not.

Purchased a pool tank bottom. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong one. When I called the company to return it I was told I had to pay for return shipping and restocking fees. As you can imagine returning a heavy pool filter tank was not cheap. The website says 30 day returns but you have to look at fine print at the bottom of the website to know you won't get all your money back. I search long and hard for a sale and was extremely happy with the price but then I got the ball pulled from under me when I was told I had to pay for return shipping and restocking fee. I paid $539.90 plus $51.02 total $590.92 for the tank but only got back $462.26 back. A loss of $128.66. Buyers be ware. If you may need to return something think twice before buying from Poolzoom.

Called for advise on what all I would need and man I spoke with was super knowledgeable! I even had to call back 10 minutes later because the seal kit he told me to order was out of stock. Off the top of his head he told me the exact part number of each seal to search for on their site to add to my cart. Received my order 4 days sooner than original expected delivery date here in Ky. I'm sorry to see others had problems, but I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

I purchased a Heat Exchange unit. The unit arrived in manufacturers original box and was damaged in transit.
Suggested shipping replacement in a second box to increase chance of survival. Replacement came packaged the same way and damaged again. Third attempt again requested second box no difference.
Now there are none left to ship I have been offered a refund. Very pleasant customer service people, but the actual service from their shipping department is terrible. 3 1/2 weeks later I still have no heater for may pool and looks like no more availability so summer with a cold pool Thanks!

They waited two full weeks before shipping two tiny pump drain plugs. If you chat with them about the delay, then they will lie directly and say that USPS has not yet scanned the items but they have been shipped. Do not do business with this place.

Buyer BEWARE! Site says receive in two days three days later still not shipped. Attempted to call message says we are too busy you must email. Very common complaint about this company they claim quick shipments to beat out thier competitors knowing thier claims are false. Zero customer service go to a more establised business that chooses honesty and customer service over false claims and made up positive reviews. Competitors claim shipment in 7-10 days which is why I chose this company.

Just bought a Hayward pump housing but upon installation it bused and three bolt threads came off causing Leslie's installer to replace it with a genuine part. PZ has not responded to email requesting return and refund. Buyer beware.

Very pleased with my orders (2) from PoolZoom. One small issue on a pool cleaner part. The screws were standard fine thread and the receiving nuts were metric. A quick trip to the hardware store and all is well. I will continue to shop at Pool Zoom in the future.
My husband didn't look at the reviews. He order a part for our pool they charged our card but never email us a tracking number. He's been calling to see about when it's coming they never pick up the phone how is the place allowed to do Business my next call is to the attorney generals office and better business bureau.

I am a prime member at Amazon, shipping is included for prime member. Obviously you tried to keep all the money first. When I complained via Amazon first you gave $24.17 out of $80.58 back, then I called Amazon and one week later pool Zoom gave another $34.53 back. So what you are trying to do exactly? Maybe pool zoom expects customer give up and forget about their money? Now you still have to refund me another $21.88. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card. I continue following up until I get all my money back.
I asked them if the parts that I am ordering are correct for my pump they said NO, I asked to cancel. Next day they send the part and they say return is but we will just give you partial refund. If this is not fraud and thief I do not what it is.
Ordered a wrong part, immediately realized. Sent cancellation, sent second with invoice once generated, sent me notice next day can't cancel an order once tag created. Tried to explain FedEx has number just for that. Contacted charge not even in system yet, contacted FedEx we need to hear from them. Found local outlet they do business with as wholesale distributor, 22 miles away, can't help has to come from them. Called back asked for manager asked if working from home or office. Argued put me on hold and 3 seconds hung up, multiple attempts to resolve. Now instead of charging more they get no sale and an unhappy zoommpool supply customer, they are in Texas y'all. Strongly advise checking prices and shop another vendor not customer oriented company in my opinion.

I ordered the Jandy pro series salt cell replacement but the site didn't make it look like my order went through. No emails to confirm my order, no orders to say it shipped or delivered. I was out of town and then leaving to go of the country so a few days go by and I ordered on Amazon for less $$$ ($428 total vs. $448). When I got home from the short trip, 2 boxes are there... Amazon and Pool Zoom. I figured I would return the Poolzoom one but they charge shipping and the original shipping that was free plus a restocking fee. So I'm keeping theirs and shipping back Amazon's since there's no charge to my refund on the Amazon return.

Cancelled my order after almost two weeks of holding my money. Reason was the product had no in stock date from manufacturer and would simply take to long to deliver. After contacting the manufacturer myself they said in fact no it's the normal 5 day turnaround. Letting poolzoom know they completley changed their story to freight cost increased. Now they said they would keep my order only if I paid freight costs of $635. The entire freight cost. Not the amount it increased by. Honesty goes a long way. Instead I got fed lies and tried to be gouged. Horrible company
I have not installed the Hayward valve yet but came to me in a timely fashion and is the right product. I recommend Pool Zoom for all of your pool needs

The pricing was very good but, the delivery was two days late and was not in time for my weekend events that needed that part installed in order to happen.
Received my order and three of my bags of shock had been punctured and shock was all in the box. Everything else was good.
