My husband didn't look at the reviews. He order a part for our pool they charged our card but never email us a tracking number. He's been calling to see about when it's coming they never pick up the phone how is the place allowed to do Business my next call is to the attorney generals office and better business bureau.
I am a prime member at Amazon, shipping is included for prime member. Obviously you tried to keep all the money first. When I complained via Amazon first you gave $24.17 out of $80.58 back, then I called Amazon and one week later pool Zoom gave another $34.53 back. So what you are trying to do exactly? Maybe pool zoom expects customer give up and forget about their money? Now you still have to refund me another $21.88. I have already opened a dispute with my credit card. I continue following up until I get all my money back.
I asked them if the parts that I am ordering are correct for my pump they said NO, I asked to cancel. Next day they send the part and they say return is but we will just give you partial refund. If this is not fraud and thief I do not what it is.
Ordered a wrong part, immediately realized. Sent cancellation, sent second with invoice once generated, sent me notice next day can't cancel an order once tag created. Tried to explain FedEx has number just for that. Contacted charge not even in system yet, contacted FedEx we need to hear from them. Found local outlet they do business with as wholesale distributor, 22 miles away, can't help has to come from them. Called back asked for manager asked if working from home or office. Argued put me on hold and 3 seconds hung up, multiple attempts to resolve. Now instead of charging more they get no sale and an unhappy zoommpool supply customer, they are in Texas y'all. Strongly advise checking prices and shop another vendor not customer oriented company in my opinion.

On May 8, I purchased a Scrubo Zoom Automatic Pool Cleaner. Despite following the provided instructions and charging the device overnight, it failed to turn on. I promptly opened a return request but received no response for a week. A return label was only provided after I made a phone call.
I shipped the defective item back and requested a replacement. The item was delivered back to the seller four days ago, yet I have not received any further communication. When I called again, I was informed that it would take an additional two weeks to process the return, and only then would a replacement be shipped. This delay means I will not receive the new item until around July 10, which is two months since I placed the order and significantly reduces the usefulness of the purchase during the pool season.
The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. I have now requested a refund and must wait another two weeks for it to be issued for the defective item sold to me.
This level of service is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.
Absolute worst online buying experience! Steer clear of this company. They don't answer the phone, Email responses are a canned message. I would rate this company below 1 star if I could.
If you have people out there that you don't like, suggest this company to them!

The online side of the pool industry has never been so busy until Covid-19 hit as everyone began ordering their products from home. The item didn't arrive even within a week of their stated date. And they had the nerve to ask for a review BEFORE I got the product. When I tried to contact them, they never responded. When I did receive it, it didn't come with all the "parts". Still can't get in touch with them. Also, when I tried to "review" them via the email they sent, it wouldn't "keep" the review... maybe because it was a one star rating?!
It is overall a good product but is only good to clean dirt of the bottom of the pool. It gets stuck on the smallest amount of leafs or another object.
The photo was mis-leading. It showed an intact filter grid, not seperate fins. Not what I expected. Need better description

Helped me with my order and she was awesome. She knew what I needed more than I did. The price was outstanding! Adcock Pool and supply wanted 192.96. I ended up paying 114. And some change! No hassle ordering (amazon pay, etc.) and when we needed help, we called, a live person answered. A person familiar with pool equipment and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I originally ordered a new cable for a Polaris Sport bot cleaner (second time replacing that) but upon install we realized the cable was not the issue. The issue was either a faulty motor or control/power unit. Didn't want to go down that road so we called Pool Zoom and we arranged a return of the items we ordered and the rep was very helpful in helping us choose a new cleaner. We went with the Tiger Shark and WOW what a night and day difference from the Polaris unit! Very pleased with the service, delivery and return conveniences and especially the online purchasing convenience with several options for checking out. Thanks Pool Zoom!
We needed a part for our aging pool filter and Pool Zoom had it, and they had a diagram for our equipment to help us figure out what the part was called so we could order just the piece we needed. They even had two versions, an OEM and a generic. Both reasonably priced. We ordered and had the part in a couple days. It was the right part and arrived in excellent condition. We are very pleased. We will go back to Pool Zoom before hiring the expensive and grumpy service guy from the pool store again.

Cancelled my order after almost two weeks of holding my money. Reason was the product had no in stock date from manufacturer and would simply take to long to deliver. After contacting the manufacturer myself they said in fact no it's the normal 5 day turnaround. Letting poolzoom know they completley changed their story to freight cost increased. Now they said they would keep my order only if I paid freight costs of $635. The entire freight cost. Not the amount it increased by. Honesty goes a long way. Instead I got fed lies and tried to be gouged. Horrible company
BUYER BEWARE! I have ordered a part that was supposed to be delivered on Monday but when I called yesterday (Monday) to get tracking info that had not been updated since Saturday they told me that my package had been shipped but they did not know where it was or when it would be delivered. I had a similar experience today (Tuesday) when I called to check on my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they still did not have any updates as to where it was or when it would be delivered and offered no discount, or anything that might help me out. The Google review of 4.7 that they have seems to be a farce too. Most of the reviews had no name attached to it and whether the comment was good or bad the rating was always 5 stars. I'm not sure what is going on here but i would not trust them to get a delivery to you on time. I am the GM of a facility with over 7 thousand members who have been waiting for a switch to get the pool heater back up and running and because PoolZoom cannot get their shipping correct the members are being put on hold with no real time it will be fixed. That makes us as a business look bad and when I asked PoolZoom if there was anything they could do they had no help at all! I have reordered the part from Amazon because I don't have any idea when my order from this questionable company. I suggest NOT ordering from this company!

I researched your order specifically and it seems like this order was placed when there were major winter storms effecting supply chain and shipping in all areas. We appreciate your feedback but our shipping estimates are typically even longer than actual delivery times on most orders. I do bet it is a frustrating situation with a lot of pressure on you to have the pool running when you have 7 thousand gym members depending on you. I can only suggest in the future that if there is a hard to find part that is responsible for maintaining the availability of use for the pool, you may want to get a back up part for the maintenance crew to have handy. For every reviewer who has complained about the aftermarket pool scrubbers for Polaris cleaners, I share you frustration. They wear out within one to two weeks. I ordered the genuine Polaris scrubbers from Poolzoom and the price is the best I can find. These scrubbers you can find many places, but this vendor was least expensive and shipping was reasonable. I recommend.

I have been looking for replacement parts for my Dolphin Nautilis and they had what I needed at a great prices. The website was easy to navigate and allowed guest checkout but I signed up for an account anyway as I plan to use them again.
I wish I would have read the other review before buying from them. Their website says they take returns, but I have been waiting over a month for a refund, and they are charging a 25% restocking fee. I don't even know if they sell anything themselves- for the pool handrail I purchased, they are just a middleman.
Answer: The availability of the part versus buying the complete unit. The price was right for this hard to find part.
