This company has an unfortunate returns policy as a 3rd party seller on Amazon. Buyer beware! They will take your money and run!

This company has terrible customer service. And a terrible returns policy that is definitely scheisty.

Dolphin Pool Vacuum. Used it twice, it did not work, called the company, no help, I returned it. They told me it was fine and gave me back less than 50% of what I paid, and charged a 20% restocking fee! So, for a $710 purchase, they refunded me $311! What?!

Thank you for the review. We were really hit hard this summer due to Covid. The season had started early, and carriers were not ready for it. This caused major delays with orders. At the same time we were having issues with our phone systems. Since summer has ended and we have been able to work on catching back up we have implemented much needed changes to the company so that issues like that will not happen again. Our focus is to provide the best customer service we can.
