Pool pump part arrived on promised day, only 3 days. Price was about half what others were asking, and surprisingly was an original manufacturer's part. Worked perfectly. Seriously, the best on line purchase experience I've ever had.
We purchased a part for our pool and it was incorrect. Upon returning it, we had to call several weeks after returning it to ask about returning the funds, and to add injury to the insult, we were charged an outrageous stocking fee and shipping for the part when returning the item. Stay away from this company if you are unsure about the part as you will be out hundreds of dollars for nothing.
Poolzoom.com had the best price on a replacement ozonator - DEL AOP 50 Ozone + UV Generator, up to 50k Gal. Appreciate the excellent communication confirming the order shipped with an accurate delivery date. Well done!
Pool Zoom sent the product in a timely manner. However, we needed to return the item which had not even been opened. It was a $345 item, so although they did take it back, they took off for shipping (which I totally understand) but also a 10% restocking fee of $34.60. So, whatever you do, do not buy any item you think might have to be returned because you will lose your $. Crooks! My item was perfectly fine to resell.
They are also very hard to get a hold of! Leave a message with returns dept and they NEVER call you back. You have to call again and again to try to reach someone to get an RMA number to even do a return.
Ordered a product from this company and then they did not send the product out. They talked about a 3rd party overseer and asked for more information. I tried calling and could not get through. I tried responding to emails and could not get through. I'm in the pool industry and If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. There are many companies out there that appreciate your business this is not one of them. I never right bad reviews but this company has upset me soo much that I just had to. Don't even waste your time.

Worst experience ever. I ordered the floating umbrella 2 weeks ago, they don't email about my order, they cancel it but fail to refund my money. I call and the guy says it was not completely canceled just on hold. So I tell he I want the item but don't want to be charged again. He tells me I won't be charged again, we'll the was false. They charge me again and I call again. Now a lady tried to tell me I was refunded. All I wanted was the umbrella for our pool. I will not be ordering from this place again
The item didn't arrive even within a week of their stated date. And they had the nerve to ask for a review BEFORE I got the product. When I tried to contact them, they never responded. When I did receive it, it didn't come with all the "parts". Still can't get in touch with them. Also, when I tried to "review" them via the email they sent, it wouldn't "keep" the review... maybe because it was a one star rating?!
I received my Hayward Control Valve sooner than expected. I replaced my old leaking valve the next day and it solved the problem, It was easy to install and the new control valve works better than the old valve ever worked. If your control valve is leaking or hard to turn, order a new Hayward control vale from PoolZoom; you will be glad you did.

The parts arrived quickly but were the wrong size. Advertised by Hayward (the manufacturer) as the standard size for all H series pumps, heaters and filters, but doesn't fit the Hayward H400 gas pool heater. Coordinating the return now.

I ordered a Polaris sweep hose from PoolZoom and it arrived in a wide open package. I emailed the company and have not heard back from them. I am not sure if I received everything I was supposed to.

BUYER BEWARE! I have ordered a part that was supposed to be delivered on Monday but when I called yesterday (Monday) to get tracking info that had not been updated since Saturday they told me that my package had been shipped but they did not know where it was or when it would be delivered. I had a similar experience today (Tuesday) when I called to check on my package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they still did not have any updates as to where it was or when it would be delivered and offered no discount, or anything that might help me out. The Google review of 4.7 that they have seems to be a farce too. Most of the reviews had no name attached to it and whether the comment was good or bad the rating was always 5 stars. I'm not sure what is going on here but i would not trust them to get a delivery to you on time. I am the GM of a facility with over 7 thousand members who have been waiting for a switch to get the pool heater back up and running and because PoolZoom cannot get their shipping correct the members are being put on hold with no real time it will be fixed. That makes us as a business look bad and when I asked PoolZoom if there was anything they could do they had no help at all! I have reordered the part from Amazon because I don't have any idea when my order from this questionable company. I suggest NOT ordering from this company!

We are sorry your item arrived a bit later than projected. Our estimated shipping times are based off of carrier standards in your area. Unfortunately things do happen in shipping. I researched your order specifically and it seems like this order was placed when there were major winter storms effecting supply chain and shipping in all areas. We appreciate your feedback but our shipping estimates are typically even longer than actual delivery times on most orders. I do bet it is a frustrating situation with a lot of pressure on you to have the pool running when you have 7 thousand gym members depending on you. I can only suggest in the future that if there is a hard to find part that is responsible for maintaining the availability of use for the pool, you may want to get a back up part for the maintenance crew to have handy. It is overall a good product but is only good to clean dirt of the bottom of the pool. It gets stuck on the smallest amount of leafs or another object.
