I enjoy Popeyes chicken at Vandegrift Blvd in Oceanside, Ca and Popeyes chicken on Vista Way in Vista, Ca chicken is always moist and hot. They're Popeyes chicken on Oceanside Blvd in Oceanside, Ca that their chicken is over cooked and very dry. (dark meat).
Decent food but done of the worst customer service I've have had. Would give lower review if possible. Front counter had no line and attendance spent 15 MINUTES arguing with each other over who would take my order; all refusing to serve me. When they saw to me they literally threw my family order in the bag to send me off.
There's no excuse for being out of chicken during dinner hours, 5-7pm. People don't care if someone ordered 36. That's three 12'ves, three customers. If that's all the food you are going to have ready on a regular basis you will lose customers. If you don't want food waste then you are in the wrong business. You will lose more money by losing customers.

Popeyes needs to stick with what they know = chicken. Just had their new fish sandwich and every bite had that yuck fishy taste. I threw it away and will be going back for a refund.
Made an online order got to the location in 5 minutes, waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes, cashier was upset because I requested my fries fresh because cold fries are nasty, she told me "your order is already made." I DONT CARE my food is paid for and i my soda was sitting for 30 minutes so when I asked for them to replace that, they gave me soda with no ice. Let's not mention the lobby was closed when I walked to the door. A girl told me it was closed and I attempted to tell her I had an online order but she walked away. What's the point of online ordering if I had to still WAIT as if I was ordering?

I ordered through doordash and the store canceled my order, I went there to get order it which they had my bag ready and charged me full menu price for all the items ordered. I had to spend 8 more dollars that what the online price was for the same food that was cold because it had been sitting there. I do not recommend ever gracing this store with your business. Go to KFC or Chikfila and be treated with decent customer service. DO not i mean do not waste your time or money on popeyes. I was trying to order the meal deal 4 sandwiches, fries, and 4 biscuits for 19.99 ended up getting the food myself by driving there for 28.00. So much for a dashpass
Chicken was not done. I am probably going to be sick from eating it. Meal was way overpriced. Three chicken tenders for over 15 dollars is ridiculous.

I heard the food is good however the svc is very poor.
I've seen an employee having kids and grandkids in there. Another just gossiping. However, the guys were working. They close the door at 5pm and everyone has to go through the line. I've seen about 7 vehicles leave. I wanted to see how long it would take for me to receive my order. It was 45mins in line. Bottom line,, Good food bad service.
Also family and friends shouldn't
Occupy the space at the store unless they too are customers.

4xs ive gone to your restaurant and rhey never hsve anything. No matter what time of the day i go. Then your app isn't working well. I wind up leaving the drive thru without purchasing food going to KFCs.
We ordered shrimp from the one in Elkhart Indiana today it was totally disgusting... didn't even look or taste like shrimp... We should have known better after our chicken experience last year... the chicken was disgusting too all dried out... NEVER GOING BACK THERE!.
We ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and then just 1 Spcy Chicken sandwich by itself. They didn't give us the sandwich. We went back and they asked for the receipt which we didn't have. Asked if we called. Said no. They said they looked at therir history and he did not see the order. He refused to give us the sandwich. Very rude. We asked to speak to the manager and would not get him. We pointed out the guy who handed us the food originally. I have worked in fast food as a manger for 20 years. That was definitely NOT the way you handle that situation. I would apologize and give them the sandwich. You need to build good customer service so the customer keeps coming back. They were just unbelievable.
My family and I waited at the Decatur Alabama location from 5:58pm to 7:25pm for our order. An off work manager offered us a refund around 6:45 for our wait and due to an issue with the card was not able to process it and was going to offer me cash instead but the manager on duty didnt know how to do the override when it came to processing the closing paperwork so refused to give me a refund and also refused to give me my receipt back. This establishment was better off being closed.
I went to popeyes off anvil block ellenwood ga. I only wanted a leg n a thigh. Cost was $8 plus tax. What a rip off. I went 3 miles to Churchs chicken n got a leg and 2 thighs for $3.99 and Churchs ask if I wanted hit sauce. You no if you dont ask 4 condiment u want get any but Churchs ask. I will NEVER go to Popeyes chicken again. And the lady had the nerve to be rude after I said $8 for a leg/thigh is a RIPOFF. I'm not that thirsty. Chicken from Churchs was hot as well

Went to this location that's about 40 minutes from my house paid about 20 dollars for for that was not good at all tried calling and low and behold no one answers
We bought a family meal 10pcs chicken with sides in portage avenue winnipeg, we taste something different in some of the chiken… taste like soap or something like that. So we called the store right away to inform them so they could check on it too…. The manager cynthia offered to replace the bucket of chiken but we just let it pass and so she gave us gift cert. Instead, we appreciate that she handled it nicely and we hope that it wont happen again. We dont know why it happened or how it happened but we just hope that nothing serious about it
Served rotten cole slaw at Crismon Rd. Mesa AZ location. Number on the receipt was for a different location on Power Rd. Associate at Power Rd. Said they get people calling them all the time to complain about the Crismon location and "that is a terrible store that should not even be open". My 17 year old daughter took a bite of the rotten cole slaw and ran to the kitchen to spit it out and was nauseated. The smell was horrific. We had to sterilize the spoon, sink and take the trash out immediately. My daughter could not eat any dinner, me wife was sickened. I couldn't eat anything for about an hour and then just a little red beans and rice. We had purchased the 16 piece classic family dinner with extra mac and cheese and extra gravy. We finally did call the Crismon store to warn them before they poisoned anyone with spoiled food. They asked us if we wanted more cole slaw. I'm sure you can imagine our response. I have left reviews everywhere I could. Your "Expert" "Chat Service" is a scam! They wanted my Credit Card number to charge me for a subscription service to report my dissatisfaction!
Went to treat myself to lunch, and ordered a shrimp box and a Mango Frozen Lemonade. I was going to be handed a frozen lemonade when I told the gal I ordered a Mango Frozen Lemonade, she made the correction. Then I asked for cocktail sauce for my shrimp. I arrived back at my office and discovered that she poured out the Frozen Lemonade and put the Mango Frozen Lemonade in the same cup, gross, and then my cocktail sauce was actually hot sauce! Not leave the drive-through until I know my future order is complete!
INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE! One week ago we ordered Popeyes and the first response was 45 minutes - all good. Incrementally that got longer and longer until it was 2 + hours. Then after waiting 2-hours, we get a message that your order has been cancelled.
Flash forward - we decided that we have ordered from Popeyes before and we should give them another shot. Popeyes had actually reached out to the previous incident apologizing and offering 600-points (which means what?).
The result of the "retry" was IDENTICAL! Crazy... we ordered and paid - all was good so after an hour of waiting and a couple of delays which amounted to nearly an hour and a half delay - we get this screen that shows "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED"... for what?

This is the biggest joke .......... Popeyes is about as incompetent as you can be. I literally live ONE mile from them. If they cannot figure out how to deliver to someone that close - probably not going to happen for you either !

Order your food don't get what you ordered but you paid for it had to go into store and had to pay for it again this place is a total joke I would quit eating if this was the only place in Dawsonville to get food if they had a brain they would take it out and play with it a bunch of butt brained idiots
We went through the drive through to get Ghost Pepper wings and Butterfly Shrimp. The first time through we got the wings, but received Popcorn Shrimp and no sauce. On the second trip through we handed back the Popcorn Shrimp and received the Butterfly Shrimp, and when we asked for the sauces, we received 3 marinara sauces and no sauce for the wings like we all see on the TV ads.
The food was good. We just wanted it as advertised.
I made an online order for Pick up on the drive thru I just had a hysterectomy surgery, hence my reason to pick up my order thru drive thru, when I got there the woman on the phone was very rude and told me to come inside I told her my situation and that I requested to pick up my order thru drive thru she insisted I had to come in to get my order, when I got in there I was made to wait for 1/2 hour and then she said that they did not get my order, even tho I showed her the receipt I have on my email. She refused to serve me and told me to call and get a refund. She refused to serve me what I ordered and paid for. She had no empathy for my situation. What a horrible experience from POPEYES, I wont be buying again.
I visited store # 2362 on June 27 at 12:14 PM, when I left the store I realized that I had made a mistake in the order and I asked the man if he could help me and with arrogance he told me that he couldn't do anything, he noticed that I have an accent in the language and I felt his total rejection. I felt sad and had to make a new order and take the wrong order. Never in my life will I return to this location.

I used to be a KFC goer until I was introduced to Popeye's. KFC is OK but since trying Popeye's I have switched my fast food chicken restaurant. Not only is their chicken so much more flavorful and tasty but their mash potatoes are real not instant. If you have not experienced Popeye's it is a must.
I went through the drive through, and we told the lady that was all and she didn't say anything so we said hello multiple times because they'll usually tell you ur total, and she goes did you need anything else and he said no that was it, she said well I told you to pull to the window, we get up to the window and she was like do u have a problem and we said if u have a problem and she said u had an attitude when really it was her who had an attitude and she was being so rude and told us she wasn't going to serve us and deal with little $#*! kids and that she was giving us our money back because she wasn't going to deal with us. She was very rude and kept going back and fourth. Will not be going there. And I hope she gets fired Cus I bet this isn't the first time someone's had to deal with her rude $#*!.
