I enjoy Popeyes chicken at Vandegrift Blvd in Oceanside, Ca and Popeyes chicken on Vista Way in Vista, Ca chicken is always moist and hot. They're Popeyes chicken on Oceanside Blvd in Oceanside, Ca that their chicken is over cooked and very dry. (dark meat).
Decent food but done of the worst customer service I've have had. Would give lower review if possible. Front counter had no line and attendance spent 15 MINUTES arguing with each other over who would take my order; all refusing to serve me. When they saw to me they literally threw my family order in the bag to send me off.
Ordered from website 60$ worth of chicken said they delivered but never was. Called the story and told me to fuk off basically rude and no refunds (edit) emailed customer service and they issued a refund

Went to Popeyes on Friday April 5,2024 and ordered the fish sandwich and ended up getting sick with food poisoning went to my PCP and it was food poisoning the worst thing that could happen to anyone. I guess you're never safe at restaurants like Popeyes or any other fast food joint. You take your life into your own hands. Stop serving the fish sandwich!
I very much like their spicy tenders and until recently visited twice weekly. The Orange City, Florida location has declined in quality of product and certainly service. The staff is rude, obviously hate their job, and the customers they serve. I visited today and before I paid asked if everything i ordered was available. I learned to ask because they are almost always out of something. Even though I was told they had everything, it wasn't. The clerk got very upset that I wanted to cancel my order. I just walked out.
I bought 3 boxes of 12 pieces wings both lemon pepper and sweet and sour. I kept seeing blue spot on the wings. My son ate almost 2 containers and vomited 3 times. When I looked closely at the spots they were MOLD. When I went back in the morning to get a refund she asked me for the molded food. I replied why to reserve it. She asked me to leave the store or get arrested. This is disgusting 🤢 she recommended that I leave instead of giving me a full refund. Now my son feels horrible and my belly was upset all night. Then my son googled molded chicken at Popeyes and there are actually several others who caught the Mold on camera before eating it all. Oh my goodness!

I had a Popeyes store that was great buy then they got a new manager and it was terrible I ordered chicken and got a chicken neck instead of a leg. No napkins, no diet sweetener for the tea. I tried to call Popeyes customer service but all I got was a text AI bot. Worthless and time consuming with no help. Looks like they no longer respect their customers so sad I liked their food. But I will be fine without it.
The flounder fish sandwich should be ashamed. There is more crust than fish. So Disappointed! Will not order again.
I don't understand all the raves I've heard about this chicken. Ate there for the first time and I ordered some tenders. They were absolutely tasteless. No herbs or spices, pieces were small and over cooked. Biscuits had more taste but unfortunately, it was salty tasting... a biscuit.
My daughter got the "signature" wings. Looked good but she almost chipped a tooth when she tried to bite into them. I could've taken chunks from the chicken and loaded them into my muzzle loader and used it as ammo. Just $#*!ty all the way around. Won't be ever eating there again. I'll stick with KFC!

First time it was a bad experience. The cajun gravy was fishy tasting. Spoiled our whole dinner. So we decided to give them another chance. OMG! Worst! My tenders were absolutely dried out and my husband's chicken burger tasting fishy from the same grease. Try calling there they could barely speak english or be unstood. Never! Never! Again😫😫😫😫
Its my last time going to the popeyes inside of the Regency Square Mall. I ordered a 8 pcs, spicy, all thighs chicken, box of (6) biscuits and 3 peppers. There is a 15 min on spicy chicken the cashier replied. I said ok, I' will wait. Cashier hands me my receipt it has legs and thigs, I brought it to her attention, she replied, no I know all thighs, I said ok. Well 20 minutes has passed, I aske how much longer, she said its being prepared now, seconds latter she hands me th box and say, heres your 8 piec mild. I replied no, I ask for spicy.( I never saw spicy come down the rack from the kitchen) cashier looking dumb founded, then said, give me a minute, that went to 10 minutes, so I ask, how much longer on the Spicy, its now 30-40 min. She finally hands me my chicken, I opened it up on the counter and it has legs and thighs, I shouted, give me the manager now!. Long story short. I had to accept 3 pices of mild thigs to make up the difference of the legs. They had NO SPICY COOOKED AT ALL. From the 8 pics box, 2 pieces was spicy and the rest was mild! I don't think the Spanish speaking cashier and its workers know the difference between spicy/mild or legs/thighs, which is sad!
Don't waste your time complaining. They don't care. All business is handled by text and e.mail. Proably A.I. You will be directed to the store manager for solutions. What a joke.
You need to fired whole night staff I set in drive over 20 min then back up and went inside only to stand in line for a 20min and not get serve because no one took my order that crew is really messed up
Ever since Popeyes was sold to restaurant brands international, The quality of the chicken and the preparation of the food service has steadily gone downhill in a surprisingly and unexpected way!
I have tried to forgive and forget, on more one occasion, but I keep getting the same results! "Terrible
Food". My only other consolation, Is that I once enjoyed fried chicken the way I loved it for so many years! And the way I believe the original founder mean't it to be!

Now what, I drive back? I called them, can't speak to humans it is all texting. It is probably run by 20 year olds. Even with texting, they are incompetent.
A family of 4, one child had no food so I gave my food and I had nothing to eat.
I contacted customer service and they offered $5. What an insult. Many texts, much repeated information request for the same information, copy of bill, my email, my phone over and over to give me $5 and wasted like a few hours dealing with incompetent Head Office Customer Service.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY shop elsewhere, KFC or Mary Browns or some other. Errors happen but when called to resolve an issue, dont be irritating and escalate it further.

I've been going here since I was little and enjoyed it but it has definitely taken a turn for the worse. The people taking my order did not listen to me at all. After I started eating the meal I realized that the regular chicken tenders tasted like barf, but my father, who was with me at the time, believed it tasted more like soggy toilet paper. While the biscuits have definitely improved the beans and rice gave me the blazing $#*!s. The spicy chicken tenders were definitely not the same and they are bland with spice while the others are just bland. All in all we believe that Popeyes sucks $#*! and you should go to Crispy Crunchy Chicken at your local gas station.
I live 2 miles from the restaurant. I ordered dinner, paid $75, waited an hour and a half to get my food. I called the restaurant and talked to the "manager" and he didn't even care. I will NEVER eat at this $#*!hole again!
The worst customer service. They didn't know what chicken they had dark or white. Didn't know how many pieces they had. When asked the guy said a little bit. I'm sitting at the new Popeyes on Gateway. 11 customers have come thru since I ordered a chicken sandwich an I finally get mine. After 10 mins I asked about it she said it takes 6 mins to cook. Ok so I still had to wait 20 more mins
We went to 1061 Hwy 51 North Madison Ms ******* our order was cold and food was uncooked cajun Rice was spoiled and both our order was wrong for $25 this was the a disappointment and I hope no one have to go through this again.
There is slow service manager was loud and rude tasteless. Chicken had to make my own brown gravy to make it taste good. This is in Hobbs, New Mexico. Won't be going back ever.
My past and last two $65+ orders have been like ordering dry skin. The once voluptuous chicken sandwich is a mere two bites of meat somewhere within the hard coating. Same goes for the chicken tenders. All I can say is - where's the meat? I'm still waiting for a call back to discuss. Some bot has been trying but sounding like a broken record.
If there were an opportunity for zero stars, I would give it that. Mobile order to picked up at 4:25. Arrived at that time only to be told by rude front employees, then manager, it would not be ready for another 15 minutes. In 23 minutes, I received order, missing some items I ordered. Very frustrating. I will not be returning!
Bought chicken today 12 pcs. Chicken tasted like they throw it in fryer without any seasoning awful.
First of all we went through the drive through and we were the second in line. It took 30 minutes to get an order for 2. Then we could see the people making the food and they were touching our food without gloves on which is completely disgusting and to top it off well…. I'd rather eat dog$#*! then eat there food.
