Popeye's

I was in Leesburg store #******* on 3/13/23 looking for some apple pies for me and my family. The cashier and another employee who was there treated me very well and offered me that I could call to order the apple pies so they would have them ready for me. That for me is 100% service. Keep up the good work and super courtesy to the customers.

My popeyes location just brought back the dreadful cajun rice. The first glimpse i caught of that rice made me want to give it lotion. It looked drier than my brothers elbows, and that says something. They done gave me undercooked rice, and that just aint it. When i shake it, it takes me back to elementary school bean maracas. But lets stop bashing the looks, and bash the taste. What does cajun mean to these people? Brown food coloring and pepper? It has no taste. Its gross. I want a full on refund. I feel like i just ate wet wall. Im honestly ready to sue and fight whoever made this, probably some 15 year old that lives off of tostinos pizza rolls and dr pepper. (i threw the receipt away with the bag)

I went to Popeyes witn my father and sister. I was attended to by an employee who mumbled his questions, cut me off, and worst of all, I asked for a combo of four chicken and four biscuits. I leave, open the box, only to find THREE chicken and TWO biscuits.

At the window at 6:16 pm I am greeted with we are only taking cash. I said fine and gave my item to be told they do not have sandwiches. I did not order one, but. Gave my cash only to get short changed $9.00. After my challenge I am told she gave me the correct change. She repeats what my change was and said it wrong again. I handed the change and receipt as she reads it back to find out she shorted me $9. No I am sorry. She left and had a nicer person finish.

When I arrived the young lady stated, we only have ice tea or fruit punch for drinks. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mashed potato and she stated, yeah we don't have the mashed potato's. I told her I wanted 2 legs and 2 thighs, she pulled out 1 leg 1 thigh 1 breast and 1 wing. I restated that I requested 2 legs and 2 thighs, she sighed and fixed the order. I then asked for an extra leg seeing she could not complete my order and she responded I can't do that, I said ok and took out a $10.00 bill and she responded I can make change either. I paid by card and asked when I was leaving if this is just a bad day? She responded no it's been like this for awhile. I can not provide my proof of purchase because she could not provide me with my receipt either.

Went to Popeyes in Little Ferry, NJ. It was a disappointment. I understand prices have gone up, but I was still surprised by the $12 I had to pay for a meal that had a side dish that was only half full, a miniature chicken wing that was nowhere near full size, no utensils, no napkins and had to wait 15 minutes for a dessert that was supposed to have taken 5 minutes to finish cooking! The server was friendly, but it seems that little is said about the quality of service and the little things that contribute to customer satisfaction.

Went there for lunch. Service was quick and food was good. Total was$10.24. I gave cashier $21. I was wanting a ten back. She only gave me$. 76 back. When I questioned her she made up some excuse and told me I didn't give her $21 and there wasn't anything that she could do. Last time for me there.

I haven't been to Popeye's in a while but visited one on Hesperia Road yesterday. I was actually impressed by the quality of the chickens we got- tasted great and they were huge portions. The service was great except there was no dine-in option. The speakerphone wasn't working to place orders, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I thought the service window employee was great as well. Will try this location again in the future.

I ordered 5 wings and a 12 piece. I got mostly breast 2 wings. Bad service at the Popeyes on Burleigh in Milwaukee. I gave her 50.17 my total was 42.17 she gives me the wrong change back I complain she tells me she is right. She gets the manager and tells the manager she can't cause she has a mouth. So disrespectful. I want a full refund. My chicken was soggy. Didn't get what I ordered. I am so mad

We went into Popeyes and I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, first of all the ice Meche r had no ice, the chicken sandwich tasted awful. It tasted like fish and the fries were all stuck together and cold. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not would I not only recommend it I would tell people NOT to go. I told the lady at the front it was awful and could not eat it, all she said was sorry and that they didn't cook seafood and chicken in the same grease and did not offer a refund! We will never be back!

... I found Popeye's in OH in 2015 and have been a loyal customer since. Prior to that, I was a long time KFC customer and can say they have low standards now. Having been to KFC's in NY, UT, OH & AZ it's all the same; raw, soggy chicken. I bet the Col. Is rolling in his grave. Popeye's doesn't have this problem. Consistency every time!

So I order Popeyes for my family from the Palmer and Dessau location and spent a good $50 on Popeyes for me to get uncooked chicken as if that is safe. I called and will be returning the uncooked chicken for my money back. Unacceptable!

I think there was a little bit of chicken in the chicken strips Overcooked and dry Mac and cheese was just a blob of cheese that had been sitting for at least a day. Overall very expensive and very little edible food.
Will not return

Had not been to Popeyes in about a year. As a family that only eats Fish And Poultry, Popeyes was a go to at least once a month. But, had not been to one since 2022. Decided to go to a Popeyes in another state while traveling 7/10/2023, expected to get a great bunch of chicken for the family. Ordered Chicken sandwiches and tenders for some. Every one in family was appalled of how the Popeyes chicken had changed. Absolutely terrible breading on all the chicken. In reading reviews the following day we were not the only ones that were disappointed about the terrible lack of delicious chicken from the past. We along with all our relatives have eaten our last pieces of Popeyes [Chicken?] Times change but, Popeyes has not changed for the better. Wanted to give a ZERO rating. But, we will do it with our money spent elsewhere. Good by old friend, money speaks louder than words when it comes to poorly prepared food.

Your staff is taking priority to the online orders and drive thru because they are living up to the measures put in place. The customer who wants to eat at your dinner is forced to wait in the lobby for over 10 minutes, just to take the orders

I am beyond disappointed with my food. The
8pc Chicken tenders I ordered are all fry no chicken. The flavor is very dry. It has the worst texture and is probably a few days old and refried. I am very unsatisfied with this meal.

I recently tried the new Cajun Flounder sandwich, the sandwich was prepared well, however it was too spicy, it drowned out the taste of the fish, my wife only ate half, said she's had enough. Now I am not against spicy foods, it just does not sit well with fish and WHY is there no other establishment be it fast food, sit down, etc no one else makes it spicy, at least make an option for spicy and not spicy

I placed a catering order for 16 people with the Popeye's located in Mason Ohio off Mason Montgomery Road for Pickup on Thursday December 16,2021 to be picked up at 11:45am. This was placed 5 days in advance. 15 minutes before I was to pick up the order the Manager Amanda called me to tell me they were out of chicken. I asked her to place the order at another location and she said she could not do that since she was a franchise. I called the corporate office to get the same kind of response. Sorry but they ran out of chicken and there is nothing they will do.

So so glad Popeye's has brought back the cajun rice. I actually stopped going to Popeye's because the cajun rice was no longer available. Thank you, for bringing this delicious rice back! A friend told me it was back, and I got so excited, for real excited. Please keep it on the menu.

I was so glad to see a new Popeyes open in the Syracuse area but that didn't last long. Shortly after the store opened I returned, after being there opening day, and there was a pile of dirt in the middle of the floor and all of the tables were dirty. The person that waited on me didn't know how to ring me up. Even after that I went back and was greeted with "our soda machine isn't working and we don't have spicy chicken". Again the person didn't know how to ring up my order and all of the tables were dirty. Not surprising but no one was at the drive through and I was the only person in the dining room but there were employees standing around but no one felt the need to even clean the tables. I guess I give up.

We visited the Town Square location at 8:30 pm. The cashier was very unprofessional almost laying in the window. We asked if she could make sure our food was hot only to be told that it would be 50/50. Not understanding I asked for clarity and she explained that some chicken had been prepared 30 minutes ago and others a little later. I asked if she could give us fresh chicken and she said no because they close in 45 min. I asked to speak to the manager and he abruptly came to the window and said "What you need" I began to tell him and he cut me off and stated "I give you money back we are cooking anymore chicken". I was so shocked that I couldn't even respond. After returning my money he rudely said " Give my ticket". UI let him know that he was rude and that I would not be returning and he said fine. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you have children working there please check on them because he was extremely rude to his staff in the background.

Tried my first Popeye's in the Town Center Mall, Boca Raton. The chicken tasted great and crispy though the fries were a bit small. Well 3 hours later my stomach started turning and wasn't feeling well. I can't say for sure but my body and intestines were in distress. Need I say anymore.

Hi, I am very satisfied with popeyes food, but there's one thing popeyes is missing is the customer respect since today when my mom when to popeyes she didn't know lots of English, and then the lady who was in the cashiers were yelling at my mom for absolutely no reason all she did was hand over the phone to the lady but she screamed at my mom saying the phone was in her face, but it was just next to her.
