On any online order, you have it for 45 to an hour and a half long when the Dasher or GrubHub deliver or menu five or Uber eats comes in for the delivery. That means y'all had it too long due to the lack of staffing your staff members are lacking work Due to the fact that they want to do hand gestures to each other and dance moves with each other on their shift when you have a lobby full of customers managers on scene, but ain't doing nothing about nothing that's poor management.

Save your money, There is a good reason why so many people leave bad reviews for popeyes because the food and service is horrible.
If you use the website or app to order if there is any problems with your order you are absolutely screwed because they have no customer service just an AI called Jessica and will refuse to refund you once the charge you card there is no way you are getting a refund for any reason you are better off paying in store so if there is issue you can get you money back instead of getting robbed for you hard earned money.
I purchased the $12 value meal yesterday and I had a extreme case of diarhea and vomiting all night which continue to part of today. I had to go to urgent care because it was so bad. This is the second time I experienced this for the from Popeyes 1636 Grand Ave in Baldwin *******. This is the last time I will eat from there.

**Poor Service and Missing Items at Popeyes in Starkville, MS**
I recently visited the Popeyes location in Starkville, MS, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the service slow, but I also didn't receive all the items that were supposed to come with my order.
First of all, the wait time was excessively long, even though there weren't many customers in the restaurant. I waited for what felt like an eternity before my order was finally ready. When I got home and checked my food, I realized that some of the items I had ordered and paid for were missing. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting so long for my food.
It's really disappointing to experience such poor service and to not receive the complete order. I hope that the management at this location takes note of this and makes improvements to both their service and order accuracy.
The service that work's at the cash register are very I'm mature. They said bad comment while I was in restroom. Then while eating they were calling me disrespectful names so I'm never going back to them again in Pocono Summit.
No wonder popeyes closed in byron then reopened to the same sorry service and I don't care attitude. We go there to try to support them reopening and what happens they slap you in the face with I don't care about you, don't care to serve you. Everyone that was working just walked around eating chicken being loud look you straight in the face and walk away and refuse to take your order. We walked out and 3 other people walked out with us cause they wouldn't take their order either. So keep it up yall will close again but then again guess they don't care and being owning it and running it don't care either. Just plain sorriness. I will never ever go back
Believe it or not I went inside of Popeyes I ordered two piece snack a breast and a thigh mild I got my order went to the car the breast and thigh was spicy I took it back they gave me two more pieces I went back to the car the breast wasn't done I took it back they gave me two more pieces they gave me a breast and wing I took it back the thigh was spicy again I don't think that I should have went in that place those many time
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on Friday, February 7, at approximately 11:13 AM at your Popeyes location at 161 Columbus, Ohio (Store #*******).
Upon entering the restaurant, I approached the counter and asked an employee if I could use the restroom. A young lady informed me that she would unlock it for me. As I returned to the counter, several employees were present, and one particular employee began handling containers in a way that seemed intended to get my attention. When I glanced at her name tag, she initiated a conversation, claiming that I knew her. I politely responded that I did not, but she proceeded to bring up her mother and insisted that I had been in a relationship with her over 35 years ago.
What followed was an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional interaction. This employee began making false statements about my past in front of the entire staff, attempting to start a disagreement with me over personal matters that had no place in a professional setting. I was completely humiliated, and none of the managers or other employees intervened to stop her. One employee did acknowledge that this was not the right place or time for such a discussion, but no one took steps to de-escalate the situation or address the employee's behavior.
As a loyal Popeyes customer who has frequented this location every Friday, I was deeply embarrassed by this experience. I expect a restaurant to be a welcoming and professional environment, not a place where personal matters are publicly aired in an inappropriate and degrading manner. Due to this incident, I will never return to Popeyes again.
I urge you to address this unacceptable behavior immediately. No customer should have to endure such humiliation, and employees should be trained to conduct themselves professionally, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope Popeyes takes the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future.
I've been to Popeyes 4 times on 170St & 100Ave, good food but can't get an order right if their life depended on it… PLUS, the speaker wasn't working so I ordered right at the window! AND she still screwed up the order…. I gave this restaurant a fair chance, but will NOT BE going back to them E V E R again…
