Popeye's

I like Popeye's Chicken! They have been my favorite until I developed high blood pressure. I no longer can afford to consume their chicken because of health reason being specifically the extremely high sodium levels in their foods. I had to switch to another a brand that is not as salty as Popeyes. Hypertension is a huge problem in America. You can do something to keep Americans more healthy by being a leader and use less sodium in your products. Amen.

I worked there for a short period of time and when I say it was awful it definitely was. They don't train you they just put you out there as if you should know what to do. They are not sanitary they want you to put chicken on nasty sheet pans and they also leave dishes overnight,. The manager Brittany yells at new employees and The DM Jodi is not friendly either. I'm sure they have a high turnover rate because of the way they treat people. This is the building on Cumberland street located in Lebanon TN they are awful. They need to be re-educated on how to treat staff and customer service as well

Was only car in drive Thru took forever to say something at window. They forgot to put Mash potatoes in my bag had to go back to get it. Didn't even say sorry. Just look at me like it was my fault. Place is Bad u got like 5 workers there and everybody just standing there.

This is the second time I've been to popeye's and been so disappointed. I won't go back again. Today I went about 11 o'clock 1130 ordered some Mac and cheese. A 12 piece family which came with 2 sides, biscuits and 12 pieces of chicken. I think the chicken half of it was from the night before. The macaroni and cheese was definitely from the night before it was a bowl of starts with more cheese mixed in, I would not be serving this to anybody. I'd be the same to even put it out. I was a kitchen manager for many years of a local restaurant. And I cannot believe the quality has sunk to this level, again...Not the first time, but the second am extremely disappointed. I'm on social security. I rarely get to go out and hope that it would be at least decent food. But I can't even call this decent food. I hope this helps anybody who may be just on the fence. We tried Popeyes near Coquitlam Center last week and found the chicken and fries tasty. The gravy is strange so won't be ordering that again. The one thing that annoyed me was we ordered a 14 piece meal and there were 5 legs and 4 thighs which is WAY too many dark pieces. They only gave us one wing, one breast and the rest ribs which is disappointing. At least make it 50/50 white and dark pieces for the price because it's not cheap. Not sure we'll be back because I would imagine it would be way to expensive to get a few more white pieces in the meal.

I enjoyed having Popeyes delivered from Geneva Illinois store. It arrived hot and fresh no thanks to Door Dash. They left it on he ground at an outside entrance, not the main entrance. Several seniors in the building helped me hunt for it after I was notified it was delivered. Kudos to Popeyes. Door Dash NOT so inch.

Spent $80 on two family meals to go. Got home, missing a bunch of sides and desert. I called the store, they intimated that I was lying. I sent an email to Corporate with all the detailed information and copy of the receipt. A week has passed and not a word for from Popeyes corporate. Apparently they don't care about customer service. I used to be a Popeyes customer, no more!

To my excitement, I have had the privilege of spontaneously coming across 6 different Popeyes in the span of 5 months. To give some back story, i am from Quebec where they have wrongfully not included the Popeyes franchise to the list of fast food options made available to us consumers.
In any case, this leads to my excitement of having the opportunity to eat the delicious crispy cajun chicken made at Popeyes. However, my enjoyment of food often ties closely to the relationship between it and its partnered sauce- which leads to my affection towards Popeyes. MAUMELLE ARKANSAS Erroneous charges on my credit card. Won't answer phone. Corporate office said they contacted the store and recommended they return the charge but still no response.
Looks like management is as crooked as some of the employees.

Discrimination has two sides, justifiable and of course un justifiable. Food quality, and professional performance of duties, -consists of prevalent personal chatter, attention to work, processes in preparation of product 9 over the crust of chicken) having to repeat order details 3 or more times, the taste and quality of chicken are gone( old or longer periods of grease filtering), or change of:
Popeyes will fail and close due to employment proper screening of applicants, for the ability to display in their work habits attention to their job ethics- company's image and purpose.

Popeye Avondale Az has rotten service. I have been there 3 times and every time they have gotten my order wrong. Last night I stopped in at Avondale on Mcdowell and ordered a 5-piece meal for two. I got home (10 miles away) opened up the box and had 3 pieces a leg, a thigh and a wing. I tried to call them and no answer. I think the phone number on the internet is even wrong. Poor service at best. Stay away

August 9 me and 3 of my coworkers went for an early lunch we decided to go in and eat when we walked in the floor was sticky the counters have not been wiped down there was food all over the floors and chairs. The trash was there from the night before. Over by the drinks is smelled of mold and old cokes. You could tell it was never cleaned from the night before. The workers just sat down and ate instead of cleaning and it was only 10:30 in the morning. The manager stayed out side smoking whit 2 other's workers. Very bad place to eat will not ever go again. Stay away from this place

They have one of the worst customer services I've ever seen. From someone who used to work in food it was actually sad. Once I told them they messed up my order instead of fixing my order this lady decided to argue with me about it while giving me a rude $#*! faces. They never fixed my order I left..

I sometimes go to the popeyes on Lee Rd in Cleveland. The service is terrible. It can easily take a half hour to go through the drive thru. Whats worse is they can't seem to get your order right. I've had this problem with them more than once. Its hard to understand why they can't get a customers order correct. Are they stupid or just ghetto? I'm done with them.

I used the Popeye's App to order a meal on December 6th. While I made my way to the restaurant to pick it up, I had already received an email saying that due to a technical error, Popeye's will refund $28.43 that my credit card was charged. The restaurant obviously did not receive my order and helped me create a ticket. They asked me to pay the same amount again to order the meal I had ordered earlier. As I did not receive any further updates or responses from Popeye's for a week, I started writing to them asking for this refund. In spite of sending out at least 10 emails, which are either escalated to other Agents or the same Agent keeps telling me that the refund was processed on the same day and that I should contact my financial institution, I have yet to receive this refund. I fail to understand why a Bank needs to be contacted to release refunds sent by merchants. To say the least, this has really left a 'bad taste in the mouth' about this global company. I do not plan to ever purchase meals online or in store at this restaurant. What a nightmare!

Just stopped for chicken at the Mountain Home store in Arkansas. They have raised their prices to 2.00 per piece of chicken and that includes a wing! Ordered a 12 piece box and when I learned how much the raised their price I told them it was a public rip and they said inflation sir. My reply BS, you just lost a customer you've had for years. I suggest boycott and make them bring down their prices.

Food is good when they have it. Green Bay Wisconsin location is out of something too often. I've kept going back for personal purchases, it's a 50/50 chance I leave with an order. I will not do deliveries for Popeyes until they figure out what needs to be done to get it done. I show up to be told I need to cancel the customers order. Not good for anyone's business when they're out of chicken items and soda.

Stopped in the Greenville, NC store several times and was never waited on. I was passed over several times for others that were behind me in line that were of color. If they are only for people of color they need to state it so as I do not waste my time. I have contacted CS several times with no reply. This has kept me and any of my 250 plus employees from eating at any of their restaurants.

Came to Popeyes to pick up a party tray a it was like a playground kid's hanging out they were not employees and very loud bone of the young men behind the counter was eating at the service counter I enjoy the food. It's a new store

Went through the drive thru with a very simple order for 1 person, and they still forgot the fries and side of mashed potato. Both kids at the window were on their phones the entire time. I'm done with Popeyes! And no receipt!

Employee are rude. Chicken box was open and spilt. Biscuits are hard half filled mashed potatoes and half filled cole slaw. Popeyes could have good food but the employees don't appreciate their jobs. It's not worth the money!

This manager was very rude when trying to get his attention to advise the drive thru gave me the wrong order. He acted like a Mexican cartel who just got out of prison and only had the job because his patrol office required him to do so. He was not professional at all I was so afraid that he was going to assault me. I love this Popeyes chicken but I will not be returning to this location out of fear for my safety. When I got to the window I told them again what my order should be and they gave me what they wanted. Johnny Garcia when I ask what his name was he gave it to me like he was untouchable.

Love the food but service is terrible. It don't matter what location you go, it's the same terrible service. I'm a shame having this kind of service in my City. Better off closing their doors.
