I really enjoy Popeyes but I was really disappointed because the chicken was hard. The fries were cold and the biscuit wasn't appetizing.

I will never go to popeyes again I have never seen such outrageous prices I will be going to chickfalay from now on

Bevron and the crew was wonderful the cook came to the front to push out the orders and they came check on us

THIS POPEYES IN SAUK VILLAGE ILINOIS HAS THE WORST FOOD AND SERVICES IN THE SOUTH SUBURBS. A SIMPLE CHICKEN SANDWICH OR TENDERS AND EVEN THEIR CHICKEN.TASTE HORRIBLE. THERE CHICKEN TASTE OLD AND STALE AFTER THEY MAKE YOU WAIT 30 MINUTES.AND WILL OVER CHARGE YOU AND KEEP YOUR CHANGE IF YOU RE NOT PAYING ATTENTION. MOST OF THEIR STAFF LOOK LIKE EX CRIMINALS AND RECOVERING DRUG ADDITS. THEY NEVER LIKE TO GIVE YOU A RECIEPT UNLESS YOU ASK FOR. AND ALWAYS PREFER YOU TO PAY CASH INSTEAD OF CREDIT CARD AS IF THEY COULD BE STEALING AND POCKETING STORE REVENUE. Ask for mashed potatoes and got red beans/rice. THEIR HONEY PACKETS SAY"HONEY SAUCE" AND HAVE CORN SYRUP AND HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP AS INGREDIENTS

Bad experience at Santa Maria location, the lady who took our order was rude and did seem to be care for customers service first our order was completely wrong, she did not even bother herself to repeat the order or tried to explain or even upsell, we asked for deluxe SW and the order came basic the F frise was offered half empty and when I asked her to put the proper quantity she said with straight face no because The other two order were full, I said no I need all to be the same and she still insisting on no, when the conversation started to become loud another gentleman came and politely apologized and offered new frise. I was so upset because first the order was wrong then the lady attitude was not right and sounded arrogant and rude. At the end of my meal I asked the manager about the location name because I wanted to write a review, he said what was wrong, I explained what exactly happened but the lady insisted on saying I did you favour as I initially put extra frise. I said I am not getting free food to do me favour I paid for what I ordered and you got me the wrong order because you do not have customer service skills or upselling skills and better for you to learn from your other colleagues. She replied loudly and in a rude way I do not want to learn from anyone. I left the location very upset since it started to get busy and I don't want to be embarrassed infront of other guests as it was no point to complain to someone who is not ready to listen. I am not sure why this time the service was bad from the first interaction with no smile and an employee who does not feel like to serve guest. Maybe because my wife was wearing Hijab and we were treated like this because of it.

Overall I give Popeyes a solid 8/10 service was ehhh but the food was yum yum in my tum tum!. Where do I start ohhhh i got it I'll start off with the chicken cheese biscuit. Wooo wee the was good. It was so buttery but added that crispy so good texture at the same time. Just the flavor in the chicken cheese was amazing. The cheese was cooked great some fresh jalapeño chedda. Spicyyyyyy! Next well settle in for an appetizer Parmesan fruit nuggets and man oh man were those something else. The fruity cheesy crisp they had on them tasted just like fruit loops. Next is the the cum loaded French fries. They had a perfect slimy stick to your mouth with a nice flavor. The salt and peppered combined was tremendous. Just that salty peppery taste just gives you a kick in the nuts. Now rewind it back a couple hours for breakfast I got the scrambled eggs mixed with hot sauce then the buttery bacon with nut Meg milk. And lord almighty that was something else everything was perfect had a balanced kick with the fresh taste of them all, and I will say THE BUTTERY BACON WAS BETTER THAN MY DEAD GRANDMOTHER'S TORTILLAS. Lastly we have desert. I ordered the great bambino. Which was a combination of peanut butter mixed with some jelayyy and crumbled Oreos with the topping of ice cream and a half gallon of cheeseeeeeeeeee. And HOLY MOLY, that was freaking fantastic. Oh my goodness words don't explain how good it was. Only downfall of Popeyes was that one of the servers named Fat Holly she was smelly I will say which made me want to leave, she was very rude and smelled like an elephants queef. YIKESSSS.
