Pop Fit

I have been requesting cancellation and returns for 3 months. They will not cancel the subscription; send return labels but most importantly, not stop withdrawing from my acct. I will be contacting PayPal; BBB and Bank of America. What part of cancel don't they understand

I don't want to trash Popfit's whole clothing line. I love the idea of side pockets. I ordered full length, shorts and Capri. All ordered in same size and all fit differently. Long ones a little big, capris too tight and shorts perfect.

The undies were nice for awhile. All are misshaped after wash which I could deal with because they fit perfectly. At about the six month mark the glue that holds them together started degrading. Pop fit would not replace and these were not cheap. So…unless you plan on replacing every 6 months you are wasting your money.

I took a job as a wear house/logistics worker and needed leggings that were going to be able to keep up with me. I decided to give popfit a try. I am SO glad I did. I am basically working out for 10 hours a night and go from a squat to a high reach continuously and these legging NEVER have to be adjusted. The high waste to help control my mommy tummy is amazing and the wear house grime easily washes out of the fabric. Huge bonus is my walkie I have to Cary clips into the pocket beautifully and the mike reaches my shoulder clip without having the cord flip all over the place. I am definitely a new popfit customer for life!

I bought a pair of poofit leggings and was really happy with them! They didnt roll or fall down during my entire 2 hours at the gym; they're very stretchy and move with you; they have HUGE pockets; and the material is actually pretty smooth and soft (unlike some scratchy workout pants I've gotten in the past). My only concern is I didn't have any options to choose the length of pant, so mine ended up being a tad too long. But I can hem them myself and be just fine. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

I was excited to claim my free leggings. I loved the diversity of sizes of the models featured on the site. I ordered a red pair of leggings called Jane with pockets. I am a fan of bright colors and there is definitely a variety of colors as well at pop fit! The pockets are roomy and can hold a phone and even a water bottle. The leggings for true to size and feel so comfy. I can't wait to get more! They are also so flattering. I think they make my thighs look and feel smaller as well. I have been telling my friends about the and I know they will be pop fit fans in no time. :) I highly recommend ordering from pop fit. The quality is definitely durable as well. The first pair is also free and all you pay is shipping. I know you will enjoy these leggings just as much as I do! Happy shopping.

I got my first pair of leggings early into my pregnancy. Now as a mom to an almost 1 year old I live for my popfit leggings! I finally tried the sports bras & I'm mad at myself for not getting them sooner. Best athleisure wear ever! Comfy tops with super comfy leggings that stay in place, compliment my body & have pockets! Plus you can't beat the amazing reputation of the company. Very highly recommended!

I have bought and paid for many many many leggings. All of them were never true to size, they were either too thin and basically hurt my c-sectio scar, these leggings have done none of that. They stay in place all day, they very comfortable. I love the pockets and the styles they offer. The pockets are amazing they keep things my keys or whatever I put in them in the pockets. I have never found another legging that has this much comfort for every day wear.

I was hesitant to buy "athleisure" pants at first because I play pretty hard, but I loved Popfit's inclusive messaging enough to try them and holy heck these pants I got my first pair through their insta promotion so I only had to pay shipping and I went for a run in them. Not only did the high waist band stay in place and my phone stay in the pocket the whole time, but they perform more like expensive moisture-wicking workout pants when I get my sweat on they move with me during yoga practice, and are opaque enough to wear to work. Even the customer service from popfit was above par. Just pay attention to their size chart

I got a pair of PopFit leggings since they were offering a free pair online. I didn't expect much simply because they were free. But I really loved their marketing to be inclusive of all body types so I thought I'd give them a shot. I am SO HAPPY I did! These leggings are super comfortable - they have a great thick material and as promised they stay up! I've been a religious LuLuLemon customer for years and these leggings definitely come in close. Also their customer service is great! I was having trouble with figuring out my size and they were super helpful in helping me figure out the correct size. I am 5-1 125lbs and ordered an XS.

I found Popfit through an ad on Instagram. The leggings having pockets immediately caught my attention. The first pair you order are completely free and you only have to pay shipping and handling. I knew when they arrived they would be a new go-to in my wardrobe. They're very comfortable, not see through, and made with quality. I ordered 3 more leggings and ordered a pair of undies from their panty/thong company as well. Keep up the great work and craftsmanship.

Amazing leggings! I have a hard to fit body with a short torso and long legs so normally pants end up super low waisted on me and high on my ankles. These leggings are nice and high waisted and come all the way down my ankles! I can put my cell phone in my pocket so if you want to go for a walk/run and have a step counter, you actually have a place to put your phone! The material is comfortable and breathable and NOT SEE THROUGH! It's amazing to be able to wear leggings and not have to find a shirt that is super long to cover up my underwear that's showing or worry when I bend down. Plus, any company that stands for such diversity and inclusion NEEDS to be supported. I promise you will love Pop Fit!

I got the popfit bike shorts and sports bra on a promotion, and even without paying full price for them, I'm disappointed. I was very happy with the cheek boss undies (they're sister company) I've bought in the past, but the popfit sports wear is just not it. The fabric is scratchy and somewhat stiff for workout clothes. I wish they were stretchier and softer and more breathable. The fit is okay. They are pretty tight on me, even though I used the sizing chart. I wish I sized up (I think they even recommended sizing down because they're clothes are "super stretchy") I have bike shorts from target that I am much happier with in terms of product quality and price (I'm a L or XL). The list prices on these items are so high, it is not worth it. At first I liked the sports bra (albeit it being a bit too tight), but the elastic band isn't sewed in, making it get tangled inside the bra. Annoying. 1/10 would reccomend.

I believe the company is fraudulent and their positive reviews are staged.

You order, your order doesn't arrive.
You contact them, they tell you to wait 25 business days.
You do, and then you contact them again.
They tell you to wait 30 business days. You do that too.
Your tracking link doesn't work, you contact Australian customs and their freight provider.
Neither have any knowledge of this so called parcel.

They tell you that your order was uncollected at customs and therefore you're not entitled to a refund. There was no parcel to even make it to customs...

PopFit first caught my attention when I found an add last year on Facebook. I really liked that the models were women of all shapes and sizes. I tried my first pair and I've never bothered to get any other leggings since. They come once a month with my subscription but I like to order a few extras here and there. I have several leggings, capris, shorts, shirts and bras. They sent me a complimentary pair of underwear at one point and I love them, too. My leggings have not lost their shape at all and the colors are still bright and vibrant. The pass the squat test, too. Highly recommend! I am a customer for life!
