We've used Bouncin bins the last 2 years for our block party bounce house & they are fabulous! Easy to reach via phone, well priced & staff is very kind & helpful! Would recommend them to everyone & will always use them for whatever we need! Thank you!
The rentals arrived wet and dirty. The 7in1 combo smelled like mildew and had a decent sized hole in the netting and was pretty dirty. Kids at one point tried to climb thru the hole, it was so large. The attendants said nothing. The slide had standing water in it still and was pretty dirty as well. The attendants, despite us talking to them and their supervisor calling, continued to just stand around, chat and be on their phones the majority of the time. They didn't stand at the opening to make sure that rules were being followed and that too many kids were not going down the slide at one time. Several times I noticed kids trying to climb up the slide, while several were trying to go down. I explained to them what our monitors normally do and that didn't make a difference. I don't feel they really monitored anything, however, as soon as 2pm hit; they quickly told kids to get out and tore down. I understand our rental was up, so that was fine. That just felt like it was the only thing they did. Positive feedback: they arrived on time and moved the generator and blower to the other side of the bounce house, so that we could assure safety of the community.

They were early for setup, so didn't have to worry about it running behind. Was quick and easy on our part and they were really nice. Kids loved the bouncy house and was great entertainment. Would recommend.

We rented a bounce house for our company summer picnic at a park. The whole process from beginning to end was wonderful. It was easy to book the rental. They dropped it off and set it up in about ten minutes. The guy who dropped off and picked it up was really nice and awesome to work with. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Delivery was fine and being able to just have items picked up was good but the concession interactive games that we got (specifically emoji game) were falling apart we have to print out our own visuals for the game.

Warehouse was a little hard to find. Customer service was excellent. Dunk tank was a big success however it leaked and we had to keep refilling. We would use again if we lived closer to pick up location.

I would definitely use Portland Bouncin Bin's again. My experience with them was pleasant, effective, and speedy. The secretary took my reservation with knowledge and confidence and let me know what to expect on the day of delivery. On the day of our party, the driver cam and went in minutes and came and went the same way. Job well done!

Great experience. Did have a little trouble finding it to begin with. The bouncy house was clean and just what my great grandson wanted toy story. Everyone had a great time. Easy pickup, drop off.

What a great experience! Delivery and setup were a breeze with Tomas. The kids had so much fun jumping and playing for four hours. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun party experience.
