Portland Resume Writer

I purchased a resume/cover letter in the middle of December. One requirement before the resume was written was for me to fill out some questions. I started on the questions, but as the weeks progressed I realized I won't get to these questions. A resume right now wouldn't be of any use. I contacted the business and asked for a refund because I wasn't using their service. The business never responded back. I sent a few other emails. Now 3 months later I'll contact my credit card for a charge-back knowing the opportunity might have passed. I would stay away from this business. Hopefully, this review will help someone in the future.
