I have been a part of Poshmark for 3 years and have always received the best service and quality clothes
Their chat button on their site has never worked and I have emailed 5 times and still received no answer. Their lack of customer service is enough for me not to use the site. If you have issues with a purchase it takes them days to respond and if you have an account issue they don't respond at all. Lately there have been a new wave of scam sellers that copy from other sites and triple the cost but Posh won't remove them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Go to eBay. They stand by their sellers and buyers. Poshmark is a bunch of lying thieves! They will FORCE your money out of your account EVEN if you want to return the product. Forget getting help from your bank- they don't care either.
Can't even begin to explain how terrible Poshmark is! The customer service is awful and the percentage that they take per item is ALOT. 13.49$ as a flat rate to ship any item- as well as overpricing from sellers. Ridiculous. Cheaper to shop in store or ANYWHERE else online. I deleted my Poshmark account and won't be going back. Save yourself the headache- don't even bother with this garbage site.
I have lost a lot of weight and needed to get some smaller jeans. I bought 3 pair from poshmark and am very happy with them. I got them so fast and they are all in perfect condition. I would reccomend them to everybody.
Tip for consumers:
very well thought out site. easy checkout and user friendly.

I purchased this Nuwave cooker as it was advertised Like New.
When received I would say Like New many uses ago. The unit is scratched beyond new and permanently and is filthy with previous use cooking oils and food grease!
We just spent $110.00 to throw away someone else's mess "FROM MIKEA BEDROOM" which was the manic marker writing in the delivery box.
A piece of_____.
I just happened to come upon the Poshmark.ca site and I just love it! You can get I swear almost anything from this site. I've purchased Guess purses (2), Robert Zur leather loafers, Happy Planner planners, stickers, books, necklaces and bracelets. Like everything you have to be careful about what you're buying, keeping in mind the price and of course the shipping, which can add up to costing you more than at a store. All my purchases have been on the Canadian site but you can buy off of the US site as well. Shipping is $13.49 + tax but if you watch for the weekend shipping can be anywhere from $4.99 - $9.99 depending on what you are purchasing. I usually receive the merchandise 10 days from anywhere in Canada. It's all delivered by Canada Post and they give you a tracking number. You pay upfront but should you not care for what you purchased you can send it back for a refund at no cost to yourself. I have never experienced a problem with any of my orders. I haven't tried selling anything but then again, I'm a shopper! I know they take a certain percentage off of what you sell. You can and I have bartered to get the price down or a lot of sellers will give you discounts if you create a bundle (2 or more items) from their closet. They have Posh Parties on select items. There is something for everyone (men, women, children, small sizes to plus sizes) but be careful it is incredibly addictive! My motto is it doesn't cost anything to look right? If you choose to check it out HAVE FUN!
Not a fan. The sellers seem scammy. Rarely have I had a purchase go completely smoothly. The sellers are not responsive. They ship at the last minute possible, and don't respond until after it's too late, if at all. If I could have cancelled my last order I would have. I'm fact, I went on the site at 5am on the 7th day, and the cancel option wasn't available even though the status said my order hadn't yet shipped and therefore I was supposed to be eligible to cancel it. This is about the third time in a row that I've had issues after placing an order. It seems there are scams rampant on the site (check YouTube for stories about this — one woman was sent a piece of cardboard). The majority of sellers I've come across have left a very bad impression! After several order attempts, I want nothing more to do with Poshmark.
As a buyer of a half dozen times on Poshmark.ca twice the seller simply didn't respond to my purchase in which case my money was refunded. Not a big deal but it held me up for week not knowing if my purchase would be completed. Three (or half of my experiences) have been good. Not great deals but fair in terms of price.
My most recent purchase (and probably my last) was a pair of boots that were described as "worn", the worst looked like creases in the leather. What the photos conveniently didn't show and the seller neglected to disclose was that some of the creases were actually deep cracks in the leather surface. They should have been described as worn out.
In summary
- Poshmark Canada is limited to the region of Canada and the market just isn't large enough for sellers so I think sellers just lose interest and abandon their shops with items still listed.
- No great deals but if you search long enough you might find something decent for a fair price and it may actually ship.
- Merchandise photos aren't large enough and lack the ability to enlarge or zoom(Poshmark must be down sampling them to conserve bandwidth unlike ebay) so, you really can't get a good look at what you're buying.

I received second order today, love "My John Fluevogs shoes" They very well packed I should say, but The add indicated size 6 and there way to big, they are size 8. This shoe does not have the size visible in the inside it is stamped on the sole of the shoes, outside under. They are clearly a size 8. Bad customer service Poshmark.ca... BS no "Posh Protect" I expected better...
Last week, I received My first order, Fluevogs of course, posting said with few flaws but condition "8.5 /10" "next to new" bought herself. They arrived in a enveloppe "flat" in a bag. Surprise surprise I got a pair misstated "galoshes", That what I got that I got repaired at my own cost, elastics were dried up. The seller stated that she was insulted and regret selling me these expensive brand shoe at such a low cost, did she have sellers remorse or she took a chance I would not say anything about these misrepresented shoes. Now I have to return them after paying to get them fixed by a cobbler. I guess it was a lesson for me to share to others STAY AWAY FROM POSHMARK

Don't even buy from them
