I ordered for a 6PM delivery. Got text messages that the delivery was on its way. I was able to track "Robby" until he disappeared on my street. Address was correct. Never heard from him again and Bertucci's said the order was still pending. 90 minutes later, I picked up the order myself. Bertucci's didn't even offer anything for the trouble either. They just apologized and said they have been having trouble with Postmates. HORRRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
I ordered four orders of taquitos, which contain two taquitos each. Of those four orders, I received two of my orders. When I contacted Postmates to let them know what happened, they gave me a $. 13 refund. When I disputed that and informed them that I never received half of my my order, And by not returning my money, they were stealing from me, I received another email stating that they would still not return my money. I'm not sure how a business cannot return my money when I did not receive my items. I canceled my monthly membership, delete the app, and promised that I would share my story with everyone that I could to let them know to stay far away from this company. I can only hope that one day they will go out of business, and maybe then they will have learned their lesson.
Placed a Postmates order and it notified me it was deliveried but it never was- tried contacting postmates, but there's no number- so emailed them. We live in a 24/7 doorman building and they verified no one had tried to make the delivery. Called the restaurant and they said it was picked up. Finally postmates emails back and says the courrier tried calling and no one was home, so they're charging the full amount and we won't get the delivery. Finally, the guy arrives and says he was confused- not that he had tried and we weren't home - turns out postmates just made it up and/or never looked into it and was happy to just charge us and not deliver what we paid for. Who would ever trust a company like that?
This was the worst ever. I ordered from the app. But it wouldnt let me. I do have a new phone but it wouldn't accept the change on my account so I called support. It was like an hour of wasted time. The guy said i had to put my card in again then walked me through the steps, asked me to enter my new phone number he was going to make sure to contact the pizza place to expedite my order and I carried on to input my number and there was a click. I thought he helped me. Heck no, an hour for 1 pizza and the jerk just hung up. This is how postmates treats people? And there was no order when I called. So, I went to Grubhub. 30 minutes later, voila! Grandkids were excited! Do not use Postmates!
They delivered my food wrong and then they charged me $78 for a $40 meal. When I finally was able to speak with someone all she did was offer excuses and place blame on me and the restaraunt. It was suppoed to be a free delivery and I was charged. Dont order ffrom this service, once they get your credit card info they overcharge. This company should be reported to the BBB and taken out of business.
My total was $4 more than I confirmed after ordering to meet their minimum. Then I ordered from a place whom I assumed they were affiliated with since it was a searchable business in their app and was charged a service fee. How was I suppose to know you list places you're not affiliated with?!? The food took forever to get here and to top it off it was incorrrect and they refund me $1.35 on my next order. But I will not be ordering again so it doesn't help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered some items back in July. Brandsmart was the company i ordered the items from. I was charged for a cancellation fee using postmates services. I received a called from Brandsmart to cancel the order because they did not have the item. When i cancelled the order. I wrote an email to postmates asking why they are charging a fee. Result. We have to charge you a fee regardless if i cancelled it or not. Please don't order from this company a total ripoff.
Complete bull $#*!. I ordered food to my hotel im at. Im on the 6th floor and can see everything in the parking lot. I got a text at 853 pm saying "Your order is out for delivery! Your Postmate, Branden, will drop off your items in 5 minutes." So I head down to the lobby to meet him there. Then I get a text at 857 pm saying Branden is leaving it at the door. I get to the lobby at 9pm and hes gone. I asked the guy at the desk if someone left a delivery from chipotle and he said no. So I try to see if there was a number to contact Branden and there was not. So I called customer service to be hold hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me in three minutes that the only thing they could give me a refund in 7 to 10 business days. And they wouldn't even call Branden to bring me my food. To you Branden I hope you enjoy your free 27 dollar chipotle
Horrible drivers and costumer service. They need to be more careful hiring employees. They always get lost or delivers wrong items. It's incredible that when something is wrong with your order you don't have an opportunity to call the driver for an explanation because the information of your driver disappears as soon as they think "you already have your order and everything is correct" This company has the WORST EMPLOYEES EVER... If I could give 0 start I would.
Im so sick of postmates that i am deleting the app. I understand that they don't make the food and that he vendors are responsible for making the order correctly, but 6 of my last 7 orders have been wrong. They aren't wrong because the vendor isn't reading special instructions. They are weong because im either missing items or the items i ordered are missing ingredients that are port of the item i ordered. Postmates clearly does not vet their vendors or have any type of quality control in place. I just placed a $40 order that included two dishes. One dish was missing the PROTEIN! The main ingredient! The other dish was described as having scallions and came with red onion. Postmates refunded me $3.75... not even the full cost of delivery. Nevermind the fact that i didnt get a single item that i ordered made correctly.
My first experience with Postmates - Ordered my food at 7:03 pm through Postmates from Shake Shack (3790 Las Vegas Blvd) and upgraded to priority deliver for an additional cost. After calling the driver 3 times (Lost and confused) I receive my order only having to walk down the street to find him. I got my food at 8:40 pm (Cold fries and the burger was a bite size because it was cold and shriveled. NEVER again will I order through Postdates. I threw my order out - A $#*! Show Delivery mechanism with untrained drivers - Don't order in from Postmates - unreliable and worthless. Go dine out and get the food Hot - Sucked
I tried to order dinner using the Postmates app as I have done a few times before. As soon as I hit enter, I noticed that the address was not correct--so I hit cancel. It did not cancel--so I tried a few more times, and then opened the app on my phone (I had been using a laptop) and hit cancel. This time, it said it was too late and it would charge me $29. At that point, I used the support button to change the address. It would not allow the correct address, saying it was outside of the delivery zone. However, the restaurant was 5 minutes away and my food was going somewhere about 30 minutes away! So, I tried "live support". They said they'd check my order. Ten minutes later, they came back and said there was nothing they could do. Had they answered immediately, I could have EASILY reached the driver. I tried calling using the phone number on the app, but no one answered. I did leave a message. Bottom line, after over an hour of trying to make this right, I got a bill for $40+, no food--and was offered a $5 coupon for my next order. That will not happen! It felt great to delete this app--even If I am still hungry!
Placed an order through Postmates for an order of loaded boneless wings. I was delivered either buffalo or barbecue boneless wings. When i reached out to Postmates to complain, they only offered me a refund of $1.16 and a credit of $5.
$1.16 refund for food that I don't eat.
I also ordered the tripple dipper platter with chipolte chicken crispers and southwest rolls... the crispers were SOOOO drowned in sauce that the rolls (which were not cut in half) were too and fell apart when you picked up.
Sloppy work, sloppy food, sloppy service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When they deliver the wrong order, you're stuck with it. Use any other delivery service but this if you want to eat.
Prices are fake. They paid Google tons of money to appear in naps results, displaying before the actual owners websites, and then they charge you more than menu price. Complete scam.
This postmates is so far the worst delivery person i have ever experienced and they don't deliver but charge you full amount and customer support sucks.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I placed an order that was never delivered. When I reached out to customer service, they don't me since the delivery guy had attempted calling me and I didn't pick up, that it was my fault, so they would charge me the full amount of the order, including delivery fees. The point is, I was home the entire time and i was expecting a knock on my door not a phone call. Why didn't they attempt actually delivering the food to my address? And how can they charge me if they didn't? This is a SCAM. STAY AWAY!
I ran into a bug with the app that caused two separate orders to be placed simultaneously. I reached out to their support team for help, and instead of troubleshooting or offering to refund the extraneous amount, the customer support member simply told me to be more careful next time, like I fat-fingered placing two entirely separate orders. I've used this service a bunch up until now, and have had many co-workers and friends use the service by my recommendation. I like the idea of supporting a smaller company over Amazon Prime, but they've absolutely lost me as a customer (and it sounds like they're pretty desperate for those in my area, if the constant barrage of FREE DELIVERY/20% OFF/PLEASE USE OUR SERVICE emails are any indication.)

Answer: Their app has all type of glitches and issues they did the very same to me I didn't even sign up for their free trial but I am now having to dispute a charge of 95.88 on my account. I was charged for orders I never got and also I reached out to them multiple times never got anything back. They actually put on the app that the order was resolved when I have never spoken to them this company is a fraud and I do not know why they are still in business! I'd say remove your card information.
