Late night shift at a hospital- ordered locally and it was smooth, app worked perfectly and came here faster than the stated time! Not sure why so many have had issues, I hope they keep up the good work!

After I placed an order for Rubio's, I deleted an order on October 13,2024. I was only partially credited the order according to my bank records. I was still showing an $6.37 for the delivery & tax they charge. I contacted the company on the morning of 10/16/24, because that is when I showed being partially credited on my bank account. I then contacted POSTMATES to get a FULL REFUND because I was only credited $18.46 instead of the FULL AMOUNT WHICH WAS $24.83. POSTMATES told me because it was more than 2 days after the order THEY COULD NOT ISSUE ME a REFUND. What THEIFS. So I was charged $6.37 for an order that I CANCELLED & NEVER GOT. Everyone BEWARE of POSTMATES SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Postmates AKA Uber Eats sucks balls... they lie about their delivery times and they keep extending it and extending it and they add extra onto the actual cost of what the food is stay away

They over charged me $5! I paid $28 for a $23 lunch PLUS I tipped her $3 so I really paid $31 for a simple lunch platter. And I cant contact anyone for my money back. This is a $#*!ing joke.

Over priced and zero customer service. When they mess up a 80 dollar order they will give you a 5 dollar credit even when I email pictures as proof. They need to hire customer service reps.

I ordered from Panera Bread directly today. Their website indicated my order would be delivered by Postmates with an estimated timeframe, 12:43-12:53pm. At 1:15pm, I called the restaurant to inquire about my order. I had just clicked the Track My Order button on my confirmation email, and the next page indicated: Delivery attempted 7/3/2019 at 12:13PM. Customer Not Available. I PLACED THE ORDER@ 12:13PM.

The store manager was very nice, pulled up my order immediately. After a brief hold, she came back to advise me they were not able to contact the driver, but if it was ok with me, she'd get my order prepared again, and she'd deliver personally. We are a large business location, and Panera Bread caters for us regularly so there's no trouble locating us and since the location is only 5-6 minutes from us, I agreed. Within 15 minutes she was there, with my order! She was very apologetic but I assured her this incident would not keep me away from Panera Bread. She left and we ate.

But what happened to the original order? Was it actually prepared and taken from the restaurant? We'll never know. All I know is that I'm going to email Panera Bread right now and plead with them to either use their own delivery service or get a much better one. They deserve better than this.

And fortunately, I did not download Postmates app, otherwise I'm sure I would have been charged the same exorbitant fees I've been reading about here. All I was charged was $4 and that is a small amount to keep me away from Postmates.

I ordered 9 items and most importantly my granddaughters needed to be fed. My granddaughters happy meal came with no fries and couldn't give her my fries because my large fries didn't arrive and my other granddaughters didn't get the 2 orders of 6 piece nuggets and had to give them our burgers and we had to starve and customer service # is busy and I only got an $11 refund from an automated system and us adults had to basically starve, because we gave our food to the kids NEVER ORDERING again and food was beyond cold.

We order a family meal and they over charged us and refuse to refund. Every order is cold and late! We will be deleting our account and never going back

I refuse to use this service again. Ordered ribs, bbq chicken and shrimp tacos and instead got chicken fingers and a pasta dish. They refused to issue me a refund!

I ordered my food last night through the app.

1. It took them 25 minutes to contact me to tell me the order was being canceled.
2. The driver called me from the restaurant she was picking up from to tell me when she got there they were closed.
3. My total bill after fees (I'll get back to them in a second), taxes, and food was $28.55; yet they charged my card more than $35.00.
4. Fees: They hide a "service charge" in the "taxes and fees" line during the checkout process that most people don't catch (This is in addition to the delivery fee). So people are paying upwards of $11.00 + tax in addition to the cost of there food and don't even know it. You have to click on the small i next to "taxes and fees" by the total before you hit pay in the app.
5. When I contacted them about it they basically gave a half-cocked apology and did not offer to make it right even though this was my first time ordering with them.

Poor customer service and for what they are charging for the service the logistics are terrible.

I ordered threw these people in the order it self took 2hrs when it finally said complete I goes to get the food in there's nothing there. Mind you the driver never contacted me about anything being wrong. I then calls the driver in she tells me they were taking a long time they didn't have the food ready in Uber called her in told her to complete the order we just gone call in refund it threw her(me) I never received a call from anyone I called the restaurant in they told me yes they gave her my order. Her name is Kristina in she stole my food Postmates refunded me 25$ I spend 38$ this is the worse food delivery place I have ever order threw. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! I tired contacting them in there is no way to do so

Why is service fee $1-2 with one order and then $10 or more on next order? Same with delivery fees. Why can't there be just be one price that is clearly published?

Postmates is the WORST. They take over an hour for drive through fast food, don't let you cancel your order, don't refund you your money when you don't even have your order, and you cannot get hold of anyone. THEY ARE THIEVES. All they care about is taking your money and leaving you out to dry. I never even received my order and they STILL won't refund me my money, and they fought the dispute with my bank. DON'T USE POSTMATES.

Do not use this service there is no way to call or chat to customer service. I order my food 2 hours ago. Soen the last hour trying to contact them I finaly cintacted them via twiter and they tokd me there was a probem with my order an they had to cancel. They also offer you credut abd never give it to you

I ordered never received and was charged. How can it be any worse than that. The driver showed delivered, so she may have just taken my food... I DON'T KNOW, i JUST KNOW I WAS CHARGED AND DID NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD! And, customer service is ignoring me. RIP OFF! RIP OFF! RIP OFF! My first and last experience with Postmates.

Be warned this company does not care about service or train their couriers how to respond to delivery issues.

We ordered from Zankou for a department lunch (15 people) on Postmates. When the food was delivered, there was only two bags so my coworker who went to meet the driver questioned him on the completeness of the order. The driver was defensive and said, YES he absolutely checked the order and then became angry when questioned if he was sure. When my coworker came back to the conference room with 2 bags, we were shocked to find more than half of our order not included. POSTMATES does not have a service number and you must email them with issues for an order AND an explanation for each order item. REALLY, Postmates? You messed up and order, let me spend 20 minutes filling our your forms. We contact Zankou and to their credit(shout out to Zankou), they were immediately attentive and started on the missing order which WE ran over to pickup since it's now been 2 hours with people waiting the conference room. Postmates customer service provided us a $5.22 credit (yes, you read that correctly) which was a cucumber salad and a $10 credit. Our order was nearly $200 and they charged us $25 service fee. REALLY? What service did you actually provide? The 2 1/2 wait or making us DRIVE to get our own food?

On principal and because I can not support a business that treats customer service like a favor to be withheld, I cancelled my annual subscription and I will definitely look to other delivery services.

Postmates scamming $#*!, i even pay for unlimited so I dont pay delivery. This is literally $1 n sum away from double the price, I love how the tax is also literally over $1 off. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL!

On 4/6/20 through Postmates. Included in that order was a milkshake that already had an opened straw in my drink in the hands of an ungloved driver. On a regular day I find this unacceptable but now with the spread of Covid19 I am appalled that this was allowed. I contacted the restaurant and they refused to issue a refund I needed to contact Postmates concerning this matter understandable and I did 3 times with no response. I reached back out to the restaurant and was informed that when Postmates gets your order all they do is go to the restaurant and place the order as a customer... Essentially they can just get all the free food they want. I did receive a refund of $5.15 on 4/9/20 but then I was charged $17.87 on 4/9/20... Even with refund I should have only been charged $14.51. And I've not used Postmates since 4/6/20. I did not touch the drink, the driver took it and to my knowledge he did not return to the restaurant. I took the food which was stapled closed. But I am owed a refund at the very least a response. Postmates is sketch at best... DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

IM SO TIRED OF ORDERING FOOD AND WORK AND THE ORDER IS ALWAYS MESSED UP AND THEN ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS CREDIT THE ACCOUNT LIKE I NEED MY FOOD THEN REORDER AND HAVE TO PAY FEES AND TAXES ALL OVER OVER AGAIN SMFH Y'ALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER SOMETHING MISSING FROM ORDER HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP MISSING ITEMS NOT INCONVENIENCE THE CUSTOMER

I ordered ribs last night from R&R BBQ SLC. My courier texted me 20 mins. Later saying it would be 30 mins. More for my ribs which were the feature of my order. I didn't have my phone near me so didn't get the message. 10 mins. Later he texted saying he had made a decision to skip the spare ribs. I texted immediately telling him this was not acceptable but there he was 2 mins. Later at my door. I asked if I had a revised receipt confirmation to which he assured me that the charge had been adjusted but he handed me an R&R wrinkled receipt from his pocket. It looked to have everything on it but the ribs so everyone being hungry I let the issue of an incomplete order go.

Opening the bag I was shorted another small item but thought "sloppy" but not worth complaining over. When I received a confirmation later that night that my card had been charged for the original full amount successfully became concerned. Checking the receipt my courier had handed me I saw that the receipt was for a different card number.

I don'[t know what really went on here but I now have to dispute the original charge to my cc company and deal with a fraudulent charge.

Won't order again from Postmates!

Purchased food and they delivered the food to the incorrect address. Contacted them for assistance and they refuse to refund me my money. So, no food and no money! I'm done!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever used. Paid for a membership for a year or so. Cancelled membership because I no longer needed it and they have tried to charge my checking account EVERY MONTH SINCE JANUARY. It pends then it falls off. This past month it pended then cleared on my checking. Check my app, no membership, check my bank account again and it definitely charged me. Email them about eight times, no response. This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

They took 95.88 out of my account when I never had a subscription with them I downloaded the app placed an order when the driver came half the order was missing. The driver seemed intoxicated and when I tried to contact the driver the app wouldn't let me. I tried to contact their customer service they never answered but they marked the order resolved when I never spoke to them. I wrote them three emails as they do not have a phone number they never reached back to me and continued to charge my account. My bank placed a stop payment and I was told that they modified their name to take more money out of the account now my debit card is closed and my bank has to mail me a new one and now I have to wait to pay my rent I have never been so livid and disgusted in my life with a company I cannot understand how this company is still in business. Do not use this app. Also they've charged me for orders I never got and whats so crazy all the orders are from the same restaurant. I also removed my card information and deleted the app but somehow they still have my information. Now I can't access my money and now have to wait to pay my bills until a new card comes in because of these disgusting individuals. I'm going to be reporting the to the better business bureau. Not only am I disputing that charge but 4 other charges! I have two toddlers that constantly need diapers and all kinds of stuff but now me and my kids are in a pickle because of a crook company names Postmates!

THOSE JERKS ACCEPTED MY ORDER, CONFIRMED DELIVERY & THEN CANCELLED! THE RESTAURANT HAD ALREADY PREPARED THE 2 ORDERS & WAS WAITING FOR PICKUP! I PHONED THE RESTAURANT & SAID TO HOLD THE ORDERS FOR A UBER-EATS PICKUP. WHAT A DISPICABLE BUNCH OF LOWLIFE MORONS! WHO JUST DUMPS YOUR DELIVERY 1/2 HOUR BEFORE A CONFIRMED PICKUP? NEVER USE THESE IDIOTS! USE UBER-EATS!
