I am surprised to see the negative reviews. I ordered a pet stroller on Monday and had it by Thursday and really needed it fast, as my Yorkie had knee surgery and I had to take her out with me. I loved the super fast service.

I waited one day to see if I'd actually bought the seats - if the transaction went through. It seemed it did not and I had no receipt. I then went to Amazon, bought the same pet seats and they were here in two days with all tracking provided. A month later two seats arrive from a company that shall remain nameless as it's no fault of theirs. I called this company to find out what gives and they tell me that actually the seats come from Precious Pets. Funny it doesn't say that on any packing. I call PP and get a very arrogant unhelpful woman that apparently receives many negative calls as she was nasty from the start. She can't tell me why I got no follow up emails, can't tell me how these seats were ordered, can't tell me why it would take a month but can tell me I'll be paying for return shipment. Nice, real nice.

Order placed 6/19/17 for 2 large dog beds for 2 labs. After a month, still had not received. Called over and over. Left messages and emailed. No one returns emails or calls. Finally received order and beds were small. Took 2 weeks of calling to get a return authorization. Have had return 2 weeks- no refund. Pam is rude, not helpful and could care less that they have your money. DO NOT USE THEM!

NEVER EVER order anything from Precious Pet's Paradise! I ordered an orthopedic bed for Dutch for his birthday on October 28. They took my money right away, and have yet to ship my item. I called customer service twice about my order and they said the item will be shipped out today. Now i get an email stating the item is out of stock. No explanation nothing whatsoever. I called to cancel my order, they will refund my money on Friday- no apology no nothing. When i complained about their customer service the lady hung up on me! Awful customer service!

My dog has come back to me injured twice after daycare at the University Blvd location in Jacksonville.
The first time I was not informed and noticed a very onbvious bite mark on my dogs neck. They claimed to have no idea what happened. The bite broke the skin so I find it hard to believe she wouldn't have yelped.
Recently my dog received a puncture wound that required 4 staples to close. As this safety issue is pervasive I decided to never bring my dog back there.
I paid in advance for a 10 visit punch card. I asked for a refund of the balance of my payment. The response? I was completely ignored.
Take your pet there at your risk. I feel that taking my dog there again would be putting her life in danger.

The company is fraud! Shipps and charges cards after already canceling 2 weeks prior. Have sent the product back and still waiting for a refund. Company employees (Pam & Sara) need to go to customer service school. They are awful!

It really is true that when you see something that is too good to be true it probably is. I saw a bike pet trailer for my dog and found it considerably less at Precious Pet Paradise, the name is a joke, than any other site. Normally I don't buy anything from these rinky-dink type online places but I thought I'd give it a try. Mistake! Still sitting here with no email that it's been sent and it took about four days to get a reply to my email. I even called - and you will never get anyone on the phone - and left a message asking for a phone call back and no phone call. I will be disputing my charge.

I wish I had of done my research before I ordered but because it was a PayPal company I thought they'd be legit. Well I'm still waiting for my order I placed on June 15th. I hope PayPal will have my back and can get this settled. I'm glad I didn't order the more expensive item.

Their website boasts about "... unmatched customer service... knowledgeable staff." I had to laugh at that one. Their employees have zero customer service training and couldn't care less about the customer.
I ordered a cat bed, was told through email it was on backorder, even though the website didn't mention this when I ordered. Then I heard nothing. I emailed a couple weeks later and asked what the status of my order was. Nothing. Wrote AGAIN and asked what was going on, did I have an order with them. I got an email saying it had (just) shipped.

I ordered a suitcase and pet carrier on this site. After a week, I contacted them as the product hadn't shipped. They were unable to tell me when the item would ship. I canceled the order. A month later my credit card statement showed a charge from them for $268.00--date was after I had canceled the order. This website is a scam--order was canceled, items weren't even shipped but they thought it was fine to charge me anyway!

DO NOT... LET ME REPEAT... DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. With that being said, the advertise items as "In Stock" when the actually are not. This has happened to me 3 TIMES. There is ZERO Customer Service. You WILL NOT get a return phone call and they NEVER answer the phone. Don't believe me? Pick up the phone and call. When have you EVER seen a business with NOTHING but 1 Star Ratings. Think about it.

They'll charge you and then do absolutely NOTHING unless you involve PayPal or some other organization that can give her grief. Hey Pam... don't get too comfortable. I'm just getting started.

I placed an order on September 1,2011. I checked out with google checkout that had my old mailing address. I did not notice when I checked out, because I filled out my correct address on the web site information. I got a shipping notification on my dog bed. When I did not receive it, I tracked the package to find out where it had been shipped. It had been shipped to another address. I am not blaming Precious Pets for that error. However, I called them on two occasions to rectify the situation and give them a correct address. I, also, emailed them. No one ever responded to my inquiries. I checked my credit card and it had not been charged. Therefore, after almost 3 weeks of waiting on Precious Pets to reply to my phone calls and emails, I placed an order for the same bed with another company. I received the other bed right away. I went to pay my credit card today and I noticed that Precious Pets charged my card on October 2nd (31 days after my order). I have never received any merchandise from them nor have they returned my phone calls or email. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but wanted to let other consumers know that this business lacks in customer service and ethics. How are they going to charge me for something I never received? In addition, how are you going to charge my card 30 days after I placed the order and not ship me anything? Save yourself some time and order from someone else. I wish I would have read the other negative reviews before placing my order.
