Prehodabuilders

Really horrible experience. Hired a GC so that I wouldn't have to deal with the aggravation of coordinating multiple parties. Prehoda Builders promised they were the Ones who could do the job. Were they ever wrong. They started off first by completely ignoring the plans for my rear overhang and disregarded the architects drawing. Then they excavated, uncovered an abandoned waste clean out pipe and backfilled it with dirt and rocks, nearly flooding my basement. Following that, the front mudroom and covered porch were completely misconstructed with wrong sized lumber, posts hanging off footings, and many other mistakes too numerous to list.
