Its a good website, each customer just need to read the terms of service of the small check box that they ave to agree stating that its an auto renewal service and they can cancel at anytime once they are sign in to their accounts or contact customer support to cancel for them. Therefore, nothing is wrong with the apart from people not reading what they are signing up for.
There were many times where I felt cheated and ripped off. I would run searches on spam/scam caller numbers and there would be "no name associated with that number." They had the gull to make this sound like it "rarely occurs" but in my experience it occurred most of the time. Other times former owners of the number (including but not limited to long deceased people) would show up in search results for a number that just called me. In a few instances, a name of a fictional character would come up. It's really like "what am I paying for here?"
White Pages Premium, although far too expensive, was tolerable since we had the old "lower" rates grandfathered in with more searches, but the roll out in October of their new screens - its terrible. We used to be able to key in a Birth Monday and day to zero in on the individual we needed to lookup as well as their approximate age. Now the selection of birthdate is gone. Also, you can still zero in with the approximate age as long as the person is not over 80 years old, which a lot of the people we search are as much as 100 years old! And, even if you have the middle name of an individual, you wont zero in on the person you need. No, that would be too easy, now they give you hundreds of names to choose from - all with different middle initials. For example, i looked up a name in WP and got 82 results. I looked up the same individual in Fast People Search (a free online service) and guess what! I got one result and the exact person I needed. I feel sorry for anyone who is paying the current higher Prices which are ridiculously high! My suggestion? STAY AWAY. RUN!
This is bull $#*! database i spent money and and still unable to login to white pages. Also sent email to their customer support and i never see their response.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE! I paid for the $99.99 (500 lockups) after 40 lockups it was asking for an upgrade to continue. They count each time your curser touch the screen as a lookup. In the first place they are illegally selling private data and scamming you on top of it all. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!
Most lookups come back with "no information found" yet they still charge for each search. Total waste of time and money. Their response amounts to "so what? Too bad!"
Don't do it! All u get is a name, phone number, and address- things you could probably find out with a search at the courthouse!
Seriously they say they will provide more information but do not... stay away... find another site. Anything has to be better.
I did a "reverse phone number" search and it stated it's a landline but I could purchase the "Premium" service for $4.99 a month to get more information on the phone number (name possibly and address, at least the state it's from). So I purchased the Premium package. I put in the same number that for FREE stated it was a landline and now it states "There is no information on that phone number"! I'm thinking I did something wrong so I put in my phone number and it brings up someone else's name, address etc! I entered our other (3) phone lines on our account and they ALL bring up other names! We've had these phone numbers for over (2) YEARS! I call Customer Service and he states they have no control over "when" they'll get updates to the information on the phone numbers! What! Why am I paying you for BAD information? "If" I had gotten information on the original number I was seeking NOW I cannot trust I'm getting the updated info. Plus remember I was given more information on that number when I searched for free (it was a landline)! WHITEPAGES IS A SCAM! DON'T BUY!

Don't buy from Whitepages!!
They are the most accurate and will remove false information without a fight. They take honesty to a new level. You should trust and rely on them. THEY ARE ALSO POLITE.
Stealing cards and double-charging them! Be careful even when outside of the US. Be prepared to dispute.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS REVIEW 0 STARS, I WOULD. THEY SELL YOU A DIFFERENT PRODUCT AND THEN REFUSE TO REFUND YOU FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT. THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU TWICE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I just joined Whitepages Premium and found every phone number I needed was out dated or not the right number. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. There must be a better than Whitepages Premium!
Offers very very little, most you can find for free. It's a ploy to get you to buy more expensive services
I paid to get a check on a specific person in NC and it gave me a background check on a deceased person on the other side of the country
Whitepages Premium is not worth any fee. Can't located people I have a valid address for. Much better options available.
