VC is one of my preferred vendors. I've asked for some specialty things and items not showing available and Richard has gone out of his way to get them for me. Orders have been processed quickly and there have always been some nice and much appreciated personalized extras. Packaging is over the top and very well protected. Great experiences with this store and I'll continue to hold them in high regard.
I would recommend Premium Vape Supply to anyone! I've been shopping with them for several months now. I have never had a negative experience dealing with them. Their customer service is top notch, PVS is your one stop shop for your vaping needs. Everything from cotton, wire, batteries, tools, drip tips and then of course the obvious, eliquids and hardware. The absolute best price I've ever seen on ANML e-liquid. Even local brick and mortar stores are about $8 more for a 30ml

The fact of the matter was there was never any hostile or threatening comments made by me, I have copies of all the emails for proof. They made a mistake on their website by showing something in stock that they did not have and said they called however I never received any of the calls or voice mails that they claim. This business banned me from their website based on a perceived bad attitude.
First of all, who has ever been banned from a business' website that made the mistake without cursing at them or saying anything derogatory whatsoever in nature? I've never been banned from anything, and didn't say or do anything that should have even come close to deserving that, not that I care since I won't ever shop there again regardless. The weird thing is that I told them that their mediocre offer to fix it was fine, just that I was going to make sure people knew I didn't have a good experience and that's when they cancelled everything and banned me from their site. They even made it so that I couldn't link to them, making it almost impossible to review them. Trying to stifle unsatisfied customers is pretty alarming in itself to take it that far. They also tried to say that they couldn't offer anything better because it was breaking regulation, which is not true. There were other better solutions, such as a discount for your mistake. You couldn't offer 10$ off an upgrade? Nothing to compensate. Just to send smaller bottles that I didn't ask for to arrive the same day I was supposed to get a bigger bottle anyway.
The fact that you are chasing down 1 customer with a bad review and doing everything you can to discredit them and paint a more favorable picture of your business should be proof enough that you are not a place to be dealt with. Who else wants this to happen to them when you have another tantrum? You also failed to mention that you didn't email me for 2 days until I first asked what was going on with my order. I also never said you didn't call, but I never received any missed calls or voice mails, so please do not throw around accusations. Like I said, anyone is better off just staying away from this company. I've already re-ordered the items I was going to get with this mishap at another site and I'd recommend all of you do too.
Prices are reasonable but the shipping is EXTREMELY fast. Ordered at 4pm and had tracking later that day!

Free First Class Shipping (3-5 business days estimated delivery to customer’s location)
Customer placed order and we contacted customer via phone same day 1142am PST on 10/06/2016 as we were out of stock on Selfie Sunday 6mg x 1.
0209pm 10/07/2016 we contacted customer again from the provided number on the order there was no response.
Emailed the customer 0213pm 10/07/2016 offering customer 2 x 15ml 6mg Selfie Sunday 6mg so we could fulfil the order for shipment. Customer stated that we caused a delay in receiving his shipment and requested we upgrade his 30ml Selfie Sunday to 120ml Selfie Sunday. Customer also stated we had not attempted to contact him from phone number he provided. We provided a screenshot of the attempted calls and customer responded saying he doesn’t respond to phone numbers that are not recognized.
Our Resolution:
We offered 2 x 15ml 6mg Selfie Sunday (same amount as ordered). We explained we cannot provide free product per the August 8 regulations. Customer stated he didn’t want anything “free”, just a better “price”. Difference in product cost is 30ml = 17.95,120ml = 54.95 for stated 1 day delay.
We offered upgraded shipping to priority which is 2-3 business days to customer’s location. In this case shipment would arrive same day or 1 day earlier than original order if that stated order were shipped on the same day with the shipping speed selected (First Class)
Customer continued to respond with hostile emails threatening negative reviews for an unsatisfactory solution and service. We exercised our right per our terms and conditions to cancel customer’s order and issue an immediate full refund. Per the nature of the conversations customer was also banned from the site permanently.
