“Good cs bad manager. 1 OUT OF TRILLION STARS”

Customer service with Madison and with Randy was good all the time! The manager who owns the place refused to give discounts on certain items. I ordered a vac plus bags. I unfortunately had to order vac from another company and bags from this company. If I ordered the vac which was 200 something plus 31.00 and 50-60.00 for shipping it came to 309.00 and cents. I refused to Pay that since I never planned to pay it. MANAGER NEEDS TO BE MATURE!
