I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
My neice ordered a bouquet of flowers from Prestige Flowers for our 50th wedding anniversary. They arrived 2 weeks later. They did not look anything like the picture she had ordered from. They were put in a vase straight away with water and the packet of liquid that accompanied them. The next day they looked as if we had them for a week. My neice was very disappointed.
She had obviously been ripped off! We would never use this company again.
Call to your banks and report them as scam or fraud, the more people report that more chances to block them from receiving the money! I just called barclays and they said that they will wait for other people to complain in order to block this company in their system, also they said that will try to give my money back as Prestige Flowers didn't comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Yet AGAIN the flowers did not turn up on time, even though I ordered them a month ago as they were for Denmark. This second bouquet was an apology for their mistake for not delivering flowers to a family friend who had suffered a bereavement. Why I agreed to trust them with flowers for my uncles 85th I will never know.
This was supposed to be their goodwill gesture, their way to prove to me that I could trust and rely on their services. When after having to Google a contact number for Prestige Flowers it was an overseas call centre with extremely rude uninterested staff.
I will never buy from them again but I can assure you I will make this review available to every social media platform and Review site as possible.
Tip for consumers:
Do not trust the flowers will arrive on the day promised

The below description is what I paid for. Clearly the pictures illustrate what was received were some dying roses, orchids and in fill.
Delivery service terrible as was actually handed the box horizontally! This is obviously the responsibility of the post office, but they chose to use them.
Description;
You will receive Rhodos Roses, Hypericum, Thlaspi, Golden Orbits, as well as our unique and very special Double Flowering 'Roselilies'.
Tip for consumers:
That they were a terrible company with poor reviews and reputation.
I should have done more research!

I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my friend on her birthday. My friend never received them at all. Prestige Flowers blamed the courier. I will never use them again. What an absolute joke!
Prestige flowers stated they would deliver the flowers on the Friday, which is the day that I selected. I sent the flowers to a work place to say thank you to someone, the work place is closed on the weekend. I ordered them on the Thursday to be sent for the Friday. The flowers did not arrive until the Saturday. However the person could not collect them until the Monday, meaning the flowers were 3 days old and dead! I spent £40 on them and will make sure to not waste another penny on this company again. There are plenty of other companies out there who offer a better service and are at least willing to alleviate / refund or even partially refund to keep their customers happy! Do not waste your money here!
Had 2 bouquets delivered for our wedding anniversary, On from our daughter which contained red roses and proteas. This was lovely, although two of the roses didn't survive beyond 2 days. The second bouquet was from my husband to me, ordered by our daughter. My husband is not really computer savy!. These contained pale lilac and white roses and gerbras. The roses looked unlikely to last and they didn't! Less than a week and they have gone over! The greenery was dead on arrival. All in all very disappointing. We will not be using this company again.

I didn't make the order - it was a present

Ordered flowers and a vase. The vase did not arrive... only the flowers... very small amount of flowers for a medium bunch. Also they had the name of the recipient wrong and the sender! When I sent a note to complain I was told how to look after the flowers... not a mention of the vase etc. Rewrote my complaint and was offered my money back on the vase or a voucher. Terrible service will not use them again.
Due to the late delivery of the flowers (the next day) the flowers were useless. No help from customer support. Complete waste of £40. Do bot use this company! And god help you if you get Lorna as customer support, not interested in the slightest.
Really unhappy with quality and delivery of flowers that arrived for our family in Scotland by Prestige Flowers.
They never arrived on 24th December as requested (arrived on 27th Dec) and our Daughter in Law said that she could tell they had been packaged for a while as they had started to turn.
No pictures where taken as by the time Prestige asked for them the flowers were in the bin! I realise that people must try it on with them all the time but certainly not something I would do unless unhappy with product and service.
They have since first posting this review and complaining to them come back and said they would re send flowers
One star is one too many. I ordered 3 bunches of flowers to arrive before 1pm on the 21st. 2 bunches arrived and one had dead roses. The third bunch did not arrive on the 21st. This was costly to me as I had to go to the local florist and but another 2 bunches as I needed them before 1pm to give them to my son's teachers for end of term. I ordered "Medium" I would hate to see what small looks like because they were small and dead. The 3rd bunch arrived 24hrs, if yo have an anniversary or something special. Don't order go to your local where you can see quality and size
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from them you cannot see size and quality

I had to buy new flowers
Ordered some flowers that should have been worth about £42, what I got was no better than what you would buy for a fiver from a garage and totally different flowers to what I ordered also they turned up a day late as I ordered them for my wife's birthday and turned up a day after her birthday, just a joke and terrible service all around
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this company

I purchased flowers for mothering Sunday only to be informed, on the day, that they would be delivered on the following Monday. The did nothing to address this or reimburse me in anyway, only claiming that they couldn't guarantee a particular date of delivery. All this despite advertising these flowers for mother's day! What is the point of this company?!
I ordered flowers for our anniversary which were not delivered on the day. I received an email that night, apologising and advising that the courier service was unable to deliver that day and would be delivered the following day.
The following day, the flowers were not delivered again. I emailed and they apologised and asked if I wanted to cancel the deliver or have them delivered on day 3.
I responded saying we were leaving the UK that day and to cancel the order. The following day, they advised that the flowers had been delivered (by which stage we had left the country).

I ordered flowers, the address was changed (letter of postcode omitted & street nos)& they claimed I input it incorrectly. The phone nos on Paypal receipt & given by their live chat are disconnected, the fake DHL tracking nos didnt work so no way of contacting the courier who alleges in their notification that the flowers must be signed for & can t be left... so they have taken them back to the delivery base for 48 hours before redelivery... which never occurred. There was a phone nos for the delivery address that no one called & they have taken my money with no apology or Refund & just... sorry, your fault & your problem & no way of contacting the courier to change the delivery address... SCAM. Scam... scam. How can we warn people on their website?
Despite telling them of poor qualityimmediatly on opening them and sending 3 photos at different times they refused to replace them. They included at least 3 excuses, including a guarantee for only 4 days.

The second time I've used Prestige Flowers and the second time I've had a problem with my order!
Unfortunately, both times was for the same recipient and there won't be a third!
The first time, the cake I ordered to accompany the flowers I purchased was not delivered, Although refunded it still leaves a gap in planned gift.
The Second time the flowers were delivered late and arrived the day after my aunts 90th Birthday. This was despite ordering well in advance.
They use a third party for deliveries and hide behind their Ts&Cs if your order is late (unless you pay extra) there's no guarantee they will be delivered when expected.
My advice is to avoid and order elsewhere!
Never received flowers or chocolates then got offered £15 credit for £60 worth of good I never received! AVOID AVOID AVOID
Tip for consumers:
Use a different company
Rubbish service. Brought flowers for mother day for my mum to be delivered and they DID NOT look like the photo. They were near enough dead when we received them- we chucked them after 4 DAYS. We asked for a refund and they offered another set of flowers delivered. Did we receive them? NO. Emailed to say whats going on and they have just ignored us. AWFUL COMPANY- shouldn't be a company at all if they can't even handle special days!
AVOID!
Ordered flowers and delivery failed twice. Prestige said they would send another delivery the following week. They blamed Royal Mail. They didn't send the other order but redelivered the original a week older! They also omitted a Vase, Chocolates & Wine. Again they blamed Royal Mail. Now they refuse to answer emails.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Absolutely appalling, bouquet turned up with totally different coloured roses which all proceeded to die within a day or two anyway - anniversary present ruined... Customer service team utterly dismissive - never again!
My son ordered a bouquet from these rogues for Mother's Day. On opening, three of the blooms were broken off, all the buds on one lily were yellow/brown, the roses were brown and wilting. What more could be wrong... well you cannot get through on the phone to them and they don't reply to emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Utter Rubbish. Poor communication.
Utter Rubbish. Poor communication. (order nò #*******)
My friend ordered some flowers for me as a birthday surprise gift on Wednesday evening with next day delivery. As the order went in late we expected next day to be Friday. Its Saturday today and we still haven't received the flowers.
They sent them via royal mail and tracking details just says dispatched since Thursday 5am. I emailed them through their website and they responded that they also only have information as stated in the tracking. Seriously?. Is that what PRESTIGE means?
Should I expect dead flowers? If you've got issues with delivery then charge more instead of £4.99 with poor service and poor comms.
Just wish there was a zero star

Hello, we are sorry to hear about this. Kindly send your complain at out email address: *******@prestigeflowers.co.uk
I ordered roses for valenntine's day shipped to my wife in the UK, it was supposed to come with some "free chocolate" as mentionned in the offer but nothing except the flowers were in the box. The worst thing about that is the missing word, in fact I wrote a small letter that never has been delivered. The space provided for the letter was just blank.
What should she do? Write it herself? Or guess what was supposed to be written? That's some of bul$#*!. I call false delivery on that! Will never order from them again. Y'all better keep your money in your wallet, it's not worth it.
I ordered flowers for my partner, on receiving confirmation I notice errors on the delivery address, within a few minutes I notified them of the error, they came back and said because they printed the ticket there was nothing they could do, I will be stopping payment and refusing the order
