I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.

Bought flowers for sisters birthday with a congratulating message.
The flowers arrived but the message card was empty, while I sprcifically checked the option of "message" delivery as well. Now I jad to tell my sister myself that the flowers were from her family, which kinda destroys a mood of gifting flowers. When I wrote to the companu, they said something along the lines of "this is a done deal. Sorry cant help you bye". I am not going to fight over half a dollar but you get the point of how they look at their customers.
AVOID THIS LOT, ABSOLUTE JOKE!
Everyone who's thinking of using this lot, don't, pay a bit extra and use INTERFLORA! These lot are an absolute joke, no real way of contacting them and you'll just receive an automated message. Yes it's busy everywhere but you'd think they'd deliver with 2 days notice! Apparently it's policy they don't issue refunds, we'll see about that.
Avoid like the plague, you will be let down and your loved one won't receive anything but these lot think it's ok to take your money. Also they'll shift the blame onto Royal Mail which we all know are a joke too, so use someone else! Seriously disappointed. Thanks for nothing!

Flowers deliver in bad condition-very poor company service avoid at all cost
Flowers deliver in very poor condition, were for a 25th wedding anniversary so upgraded to deluxe, nothing deluxe about them were decomposing at delivery, there customer service very poor told me to send pictures and there reply was nothing wrong with them there chief flower arranger had decided, no refund or replacement flowers offer, roses had totaly died within 3 days paid £40 could of bought better from asda/morrison/tesco for a fraction of the price and would of lived a lot longer advoid at all cost.
Very dissatisfied, Mothers Day gift from son and daughter in law, roses wilted in a day and lilies never opened just wilted and died.
Took a number of emails and angry phone conversation to get reponse
2nd bunch no better. Ruined my Mothers Day gift and no apology.
Certainly bunch did not look like pictures on order and response to complaint did not relate to advert "No quibble 100% satisfaction"

What a load of rubbish next day delivery. I ordered a £45 bouquet for next day delivery for family that had had a bereavement and to catch them before they left for their travels only to find it hadn't been delivered until they had left the building for a month. Shocking service - please don't use - doesn't even deserve one star - customer service was rubbish
VERY disappointed. Ordered a mix of lilies and roses for delivery but only lilies were delivered.
Very poor quality and only lasted 4 days, before they were dead and smelling! Paid £36 and customer service (Emelia) offered me a £5 voucher off my next order... How I laughed, as if I'll be ordering from them again, so declined her insulting offer. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Ordered flowers online on the 18th March from this company for one day delivery as a birthday present, as I write this review the flowers have still not been delivered, I received standard automated email response when I complained at their online web page. If you require next day delivery do not order from this company unless you or the recipient are prepared to be disappointed

Ordered flowers for a close families friend having lost their dad. They ignored delivery instructions on first delivery. So did not get delivered. 2nd recipient wasn't in as they will now not be around to accept flowers. Company completely unhelpful. It's now been on a van for 4 days! And they want me to send these flowers to to my friend. This isn't something nice to receive half dead flowers! They will not give me a refund. Do not use this company. The other competition is much better and the customer service is brilliant
Do not waste your time and money. I ordered for next day delivery and the flowers were not sent. I followed up and were told they would be scheduled to be sent again, however they were not sent twice. There has been no explanation as to why both times the delivery was not sent. Prestige flowers are happy to take your money and not deliver the flowers, not once but twice. No explation. I had to follow up everytime.

DISAPPOINTING failed to deliver the flowers i ordered, refused a refund blaming a courier who was given a detailed address and instructions. Appalling service and corporate responsibility. Try the newer and more refreshing flower services of floom.com or the like.
Received flowers that were mostly already dead. Tried to contact customer service multiple times with no reply. This is absolutely the WORST as far as quality and service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. (Check out the photos, this is the day after delivery.) AVOID.

Ordered flowers for my Mum to be delivered on 24th and looked very silly when I rang on Mothers Day to see if she liked them as I had been sent an email to say they were on there way!
No ans from them when emailed or msg - I'm in Australia and now feel awful?
No stars. I'm still waiting for flowers to be delivered 5 days later for "next day delivery!" Ive rung them and spent 25 minutes asking where they are. I've emailed 3 times. No response. I've paid £31 up front for NO FLOWERS.

My son and daughter in law sent a bouquet on 27. 04. 19 they arrived literally half dead and were not in anything to keep them damp/alive. Later I learnt they had cost £70+. The box of chocolates consisted of 4 chocolates! The flowers were completely dead within 3 days except for the carnations. On the same day I received a bouquet from Sainsbury's which cost £8.00 and are still alive and looked gorgeous. My family complained and I received another bouquet from Prestige and a larger box of chocolates but NO letter of apology. From my experience I suggest DON'T BOOK FLOWERS THROUGH THIS COMPANY
Absolute knightmare of a company. I ordered flowers 2 WEEKS ago so they had time to arrange everything properly and get them to my wife today on Valentines day. I selected the 14th February for the delivery date then paid.
I emailed them yesterday telling them the tracking number they had given me did not work. They replied saying i had to wait until the delivery day for the tracking to work. Today (14th) came and it still didn't work.
I email again and no reply this time. Then i received an autmatic email saying DX courier had picked up the parcel today for delivery TOMORROW.
Prestige flowers are an absolute joke! Do not under any circumstances use them.
I ordered a 100 rose bouquet for my nan's 96th birthday this june. Although the website was easy to use and the order was delivered on time, what i had ordered was not what was received, to top it off it was dead within 3-4 days. What I bought (and paid for) is this case was not what i got. Customer services then, almost one month later replied and offered a voucher stating that you have to send photos within 48hours (which was done and ignored). They also stated that i had sent only 1 complaint email on the 23rd June, which is incorrect and completely ignored all of the dates that i actually sent complaint emails.
Personally, I would not order with Prestige again and the after service is utterly shocking!
Shockingly poor standard of flowers. Horrible customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Had paid for luxury upgrade and ordered chocolates to go with the flowers. They were never received. Embarassing set of flowers sent to a relative on my behalf. No offer of even a partial refund.

I am disgusted with the quality of flowers that were sent to my 82 year old Mother who is in hosptial.
The photo of the flowers on their website looked nothing like the flowers that my Mum received, they were just a mass of green fern, a few roses and one of two sprigs of fresia's.
I contacted customer services as well as sending a photo and apparently there was nothing the matter with them according the the florist manager!
I spent £42 on this order (cake, vase & balloon add-ons) and truly which i had gone to Interflora.
I was offered a £5 voucher to use against a future order to which i told them I would never order with them ever again.

Flowers limp on arrival, 10 Rose's in a cheap glass vase £45, complete utter scam, low quality Rose's, didn't even open, just died, 3 days and in the bin, disgusted, don't use this company!
I received a bouquet (Rose & Lily) from Prestige Flowers 2 days prior to my 74th Birthday on January 19th. I was not in at the time of delivery so they were left by the side gate to my property.
After following directions completely they were arranged in a vase but after 2 days 3 of the 5 roses dropped their heads and needed to be thrown away. After a further 2 days all the flowers were in a poor state and so were thrown away, even though some of the Lillies were still in bud.
I have received many delivered flowers in the past from different company's and I would certainly not recommend anyone to order flowers for delivery from your company.
I cannot send proof of purchase as the box has been thrown away

My sister and I live in different countries. For her 30th birthday I decided to send her a big bouquet. I ordered it a week before her birthday. It did NOT arrive on her birthday. In fact it arrived the day after her birthday at 3PM. I tried to contact the company several times, and got no answer from anyone. I finally had to use Facebook to contact them. It was so ridiculous. They did not even offer to pay back the shipping cost to me. How can a company not deliver a simple set of flowers even with a week's notice. I NEVER use this company again.
If I could give 0 I would. I ordered two bunches of flowers from this site and paid for the delivery for a year as I thought I would use them going forward for occasions as I liked the look of the flowers on the site. One was delivered and the flowers were dead, you couldnt display them, the second never showed. I contacted them and they said I didnt give them the correct address, I sent them the email confirmation which they sent me and said it was the correct address which it was to which they proceeded to say it must be incorrect. I think I know where the person I wanted to send flowers too lived! This person had been ill and during this time you would think they would help. They simply said tough luck! This is robbery! I have paid for flowers, that didnt show, and thats it tough luck I loose? What kind of company is this. PLEASE AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
