I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
Ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for over £80 and both were droopy and dead. They refused to replace & offered £15 compensation. Totally crap. For the money a shocking experience.
My 18yr old daughter spent £50 with this company sending me some flowers for mother's day. The roses heads drooped the day after delivery and the lilies never opened. She emailed them with pictures of the flowers and was offered £10 off her next purchase. She wrote to them again and they said they would send a replacement bunch. The 2nd bunch arrived but contained only half the amount of flowers! The quality was not good again either. Some of the leaves are bent or snapped and the end of the petals are already turning brown. The lilies arent looking too healthy either so I wouldn't be surprised if they fail to open again also. She should have been offered a refund first as last. Terrible experience.

They sent dead roses to my Mum on Mothers Day, Mum didn't tell me but she complained and they sent another dead bunch exactly the same days later. I contacted them from Australia when I heard the story to get a refund and get my Mum a gift card, but they said my 2nd complaint was more than 24/48 hours after and offered me 5 pounds credit. Obviously I don't recommend you use "Prestige" Flowers.
Flowers arrived on right day but not impressed at all. Most of the buds had broken off and most of the stems had wilted leaves £31.29 lighter. 5 days later the buds are dead so no flowers. Sorry MUM "Happy 83rd Birthday" from Prestige Flowers... WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN

I ordered for women`s day march 8 for my mother and they send me an e-mail that will deliver on march 9. Today my mom didn`t received anything and I send them an e-mail. They reply and telling me that will deliver earliest on Tuesday march 13. IT IS A JOKE OR WHAT?
I pay 56$ for that bouquet.

THE WORST FLOWER COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My "get well soon" flowers arrived 3 DAYS AFTER I PAID FOR when the person already went to the hospital. I paid £56 for NOTHING and all they said is that whenever the order is placed I'm accepting their terms and conditions where says that it can be delayed! Don't let them to cheat on you!
I use Prestige quite regularly. Especially for flowers for my mother in law.
My 14 year old son came to me last week and wanted to get his girlfriend some flowers for her birthday which was on Tuesday the 15th March 2021.
We sat down and he chose exactly what he wanted and we placed the order to be delivered on the 13th March 2022.
Come Tuesday 15th March@ 20.36 - The flowers and gift/card still haven't arrived...
He has sat endlessly trying to make contact with Prestige and Royal Mail. The customer service response he has received from both yourselves is awful - First gf and the experience of gifting for her birthday has been ruined by yourselves. The flowers will undoubtly be squashed and clinging onto dear life now. I won't ever use prestige again. Nor recommend you to anyone else.
As of 11.00 am 16th March 2022 still no flowers nor response from prestige!

Had an email to confirm that the flowers I ordered three days ago would be delivered between 8am - 6pm. They didnt arrive and after asking where they are i have just had an email to say that unless they were paid for as same day delivery that delivery is not guaranteed, Wish i hadnt have bothered
I ordered a mother's day gift to arrive on 25th March, the day before mothers day, to ensure it arrived on time. It arrived on the 28th, 3 days late and far too late for mothers day.
When I asked why this had happened, I had two very slow and unhelpful responses from customer services saying 'there could have been a number of factors it was delivered late'. No actual reason given. It looks like it hadn't even been dispatched until the 25th.
The parcel itself was OK but expensive (£40) for what was in it and totally useless that late. Definitively wouldn't use again or recommend.
So I ordered my nan some flowers for her 80th. Glad I was at hers on the arrival of the DEAD BOUQUET! HAlf the flowers weren't the right ones they were substitutes and they were all literally dead! Nothing like the photo I ordered. Can't even compare the 2! Went for the Paris bouQuet! More like swamp bouquet! Full of green leafs, brown dead roses, snapped floppy lilies. Wow what a gutter! Demanded refund but they said I can only have a replacement. So will review tomorrows da vinci bouquet which she reluctantly gave as a replacement she was really splitting hairs over a 5er! Paid £45 for the dead bunch today. Waiting for the £60 replacement tomorrow will keep you posted! If I could rate as a 0 star I would! Pics of Paris bouquet vs my swamp bouquet!

I received these flowers from a friend yesterday. How lovely, only to open the box to what can only be described as half dead, brown around the edges, worse than petrol station, flowers. I will not be telling my friend but cannot believe with all the competition out there that Prestige Flowers are not ashamed. I have looked at them this morning and decided, 12 hours after receiving them, that I have to throw them out. Every time I look at them I get more cross. DO NOT USE PRESTIGE FLOWERS USE SOMEONE ELSE! No reply from customer services and when I try and leave a review on their website it says your review will appear when they send you a confirmation email. Guess what. No email from them so I can't post my review on their website. Shocking!
Flowers arrived Sunday, my Birthday, ALL roses dead by Tuesday morning. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

Flowers arrived a week late few thin stems yellow leaves and lilies dyed in their tiny buds. Customer service not interested said my complaint was too late!,, shoddy company steer well clear
Bouquet arrived smaller than advertises, dispute paying extra for the larger bunch. Followed all the instructions and they have gone over with 4 days.

Ordered a rose medley bouquet for my wife. Good service as regards delivery but despite following the instructions about care and water. The flowers only lasted barely four days.
Next day delivery was not met because they gave Royal Mail the wrong date. They acknowledged this but still refused to give a refund (their customer service is also horrendous).

Flowers were a total let down bought for my 78 year old nans bday! All droopy, crispy brown not many flowers at all never will I buy or recommend these and trying to contact them is a joke!
Failed to arrive on time. Informed by customer services (joke surely) that should have read small print. I won't use them again. They have no idea what customer service means.
Positive reviews seem to be about the website rather than the actual flowers that paying customers may never get to see if they are sending them to someone else so thought I would shed some light on the actual quality of the product you are paying for. I have bought two bouquets from Prestige Flowers very close together for friends birthdays. My one friend made me aware that her lilies died without even opening despite following the advice re, trim stems, add food, etc. So i checked with the other friend who then told me the flowers had been old looking and partly dying when received! Disgusting given that I paid over £50 for these flowers.
But worse than this is the customer service. Prestige Flowers are refusing point blank to refund me despite me sending photos of the dead unopen lilies and offering more (probably dead) flowers that I obviously have no use for as the birthdays have been and gone!
Substandard product at a premium price and company benefitting from the fact that the paying customer may likely never see the flowers and the recipient would probably feel ungrateful or embarrassed to mention the low quality.
You can get a lot better at your local grocery store for a fraction of the price!
This company don't deliver their own products or make use of a courier that will deliver throughout the day, despite charging a significant fee for postage. Instead they use Royal Mail, meaning they have no control over when your order will arrive.
As with many of the other negative reviews here, my order is, at this present moment of writing, in a Royal Mail sorting office, where it has been for the past 24 hours, going rotten. The order is now late and so the sentiment of receiving surprise flowers has been ruined.
Although Prestige making use of Royal Mail to do their guaranteed deliveries (even though the delivery with Royal Mail cannot be guaranteed) is ridiculous enough, the fact that they only put the order out for delivery after 5pm on a Saturday, according to the tracking information, further compounds the stupidity. I made the order more than a fortnight in advance.
My advice would be to shop around for another company that understands the prime value of such a business is the sentiment that it provides, by taking care of their own delivery or by using a reputable courier that delivers throughout the day, rather than letting Prestige ruin any surprise gesture you have intended by being totally careless with the fundamental part of their business. The negative reviews are mostly about the same issue. Clearly this company are not getting the message.
Next day delivery flowers did not turn up on date requested. Customer Services not interested. Apparently their terms and conditions say "next day service will be within 3 days".
