I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
Given that today is valentines what use is a future date. It is not acceptable and I am really angry at how I have been treated. I feel robbed.
Never never use this website
They are running a CON business
I will lodge complaint against them for cyber crime

Avoid avoid avoid ordered flowers for my daughter on the anniversary of my grandsons death which did not arrive
The flowers were wilted and half dead the day I ordered them. The next day they were in the bin. Total waste of money.
Terrible flowers, nothing like pics or description and even worse customer service, once they've got your money they don't care!
Terrible customer service and even worse flowers! Please don't use these people. Incredibly disappointed.
Bought £30 worth of flowers, paid £5 postage, got a 10 flowered tatty looking mess. Customer service horrendous!
Don't waste your money.
Pathetic bunch of flowers and dying.
Appalling customer service when I complained
Wish I could give 0 stars. Took £40 but no flowers delivered. Not answering phones or replying to email. Avoid at all costs. Con artists.
Just awful in every respect. Late delivery. Rude, insulting customer service. Bad flowers. Dead within two days. Avoid.
I wish I read some reviews before ordering with this complany.
Exceptionally disappointed with our order. Absolutely disgusted and wished I never ordered from them. We ordered a beautiful living flowers for our friends special occasion. What they delivered is beyond disappointing and looks nothing like what they offer on their website. I was totally embarrassed and heartbroken to see what my friend unwarpped on her special day. Instead of beautiful flowers I ordered they delivered a pot of compost with some sprouts. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I am trying to get my money back and all they say is as the product is not showing any signs of damage they wont refund the money. How about I ordered flowered and you havent delivered flowers! I was told that if my friend takes care of the so called plant as per instructions, eventually it will blossom! I ordered living flowers that looked gorgeous on the website, what they sent is a joke. Imagine someone unwrapping a pot of compost as a gift! Totally embarrasing! I would never buy anything like that in the shop, so how is it ok to send this when I paid online? I am heartbroken.
But the worst part is that I cant get my money back, so not only they mislead their customers at the point of purchase, but you wont get your money back for the product that looks nothing like you purchased. Dont get fooled by the beautiful pictures of stunning flowers on their website, this is not what you will get for your money. I will continue my battle for a refund via pay pall now, but how frustrating and time consuming this is! I will also contact the ASA and go down independent dispute resolution route.
So if you want to avoid the pain and embarrassment I am going through with this shambles of a company, do not make the same mistake as me and dont order from them and warn your friends and family about this scam.
PS as Ive been battling to get my money back, they offered me £5 voucher! Unbelievable! You are disgusting!
BUYER BEWARE. If I could leave a zero then I would! I have been using prestige flowers for about a year and a half and thought that I had found a good flower delivery company. WRONG. I have just had flowers delivered to my parents for their birthdays. I ordered a large bunch at an extra £10. I am only aware of the problems with the flowers because I forgot to put who they were from on the card and my mum thought they were from someone else so called me to tell me how bad they were. She was mortified when I said they were from me and said that she would never have told me about them being so awful had she known. The flowers were dead, rotting, broken, brown and green and slimey. I pressed my mum further before she admitted that she had had to complain about 3 other bouquets, 2 that I had sent to her and one she sent to my sister. I have sent a lot of flowers over the last 2 years and have contacted the other recipients who I had to press for an honest opinion of the flowers I had sent them. Again they reluctantly told me of dead rotting and substandard flowers.
I rather think that this is what this company is relying on. You send flowers that you don't get to see, and the people you send them too, probably, like my parents, wouldn't dream of telling you how awful they are.
Of particular note is the fact that they have all said that the size I had paid for did not seem to be what was delivered, which is very worrying.
I wouldn't touch this company with a 10ft long barge pole, unbeknownst to me the majority of my deliveries have ended up being dead and rotting.
Customer service is appalling, offering nothing more than a replacement delivery... Which was organised by my mother... Not me as the payee. I would have asked for a full refund so that I could use someone more reliable.
A replacement bouquet does not compensate for the loss of enjoyment, the surprise of getting "some lovely flowers" delivered - the experience is tainted for both the sender and the receiver. In all it has left a very bitter taste.
I can't find an option for uploading photographs but will do once I can find it

Flowers.... Debatable... Green bin waste delivered
Ordered flowers on Thursday for Friday delivery. Now Monday afternoon and no flowers and nobody answers 'phone at Prestige Flowers.
My sister received a very tatty looking bunch of flowers today, 16th Feb. The majority of the blooms looked dead. They were for her 50th birthday which was on 11th Feb. Delivery was attempted on the day by Royal Mail. I paid £6 to Haute/Prestige for guaranteed delivery before 1pm on her special day. Although my sister was at home at the time of delivery she failed to hear them. They were returned to the sorting office. According to Haute/Prestige failure to take delivery was my sister's fault. It was "at my recipients discretion" not to accept delivery according to one of the very unhelpful "customer care" staff. I've never been in the habit of telling someone they were having a surprise delivered as it rather spoils the surprise.A further problem arose because I had noticed on my confirmation email that my name was down as the recipient for the flowers. I let the company know immediately and asked them to change it. Three days later I received a message saying it was too late to change it.My name being down as recipient meant the flowers could not be collected in person by my sister or her partner. My sister has had a tough few years, an accident on holiday left her incapacitated for 12 months then, tragically, her 29 year old daughter passed away suddenly. These things are obviously no fault of the Florist. But they do mean I want only the best for my sister, as that is what she deserves. We couldn't celebrate with her on the day.I thought I could rely on Haute/Prestige's professional service to make up for this.I have used the company at least 6 times over the past couple of years and have even recommended them to others.I just feel frustrated, and disappointed.Veronica Hesketh

I pre-ordered flowers six days in advance of my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary as was unable to be with my folks on their special day until a few days afterwards. I really, really, really wanted to treat them to a beautiful bouquet as both have been extremely ill. When the flowers (gift set) had not arrived by 3pm that day, I tracked the delivery on Prestige Flower's website, which stated they had been 'dispatched'. I contacted Prestige Flowers to check if they were on the way and received this:
"I can see that we have the delivery date down as 07-06-2018. Due to the sheer volume of deliveries it appears as though the Royal Mail are having a delay in updating the tracking. I can assure you that this order has been dispatched and our delivery times are between 8am and 6pm. Normal delivery terms apply."
The flowers DID NOT arrive until later the next day. Prestige Flowers blamed Royal Mail for the delay, although Royal Mail confirmed that the flowers were not given to them until the day that they arrived (a day late) - which was further proved by their tracking system.
I request a refund from Prestige Flowers because I had provided them with a six-day lead and had been told by one of their customer care team that they would arrive between 6am and 8pm on the date I had requested. Their response was no, but I could avail of a 10% discount on future purchases.
Why on earth would I use the services of a company that failed to provide in the first place?! The customer care responses are simply copied & pasted from the terms & conditions on their website. There is no number to contact. They will not call you (even after multiple requests).
Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing transaction that left me out of pocket (significantly). All I wanted was for my parent's to have a beautiful bouquet to show I was thinking of them. Instead, they received nothing and I was forced to pay for a terrible service with no option to discuss.
I JUST placed my order and apparently I can't get a refund even though my order is getting shipped in a few days. It is not worth it. DO NOT USE.!
"An absolutely APPALLING company! Their guarantee for a specific delivery date is a SCAM!
Beware this company does NOT send flowers on the day you specify.
Below is an email I sent to them. As a result they have offer me a refund of £5.99….
I will NEVER use this company again. I will make sure I will use a local florist. They always deliver on time.
This company's 100% satisfaction guarantee is a SCAM. They hide behind the courier, in this case the Royal Mail.
If I could give them minus 1 out of 5 I would.
Please be wary of Prestige Flowers unless you want total DISAPPOINTMENT!
My email below-
Thank you for your reply.
I do not believe that the non arrival of the flowers is as disappointing for you as it is for me, and think this is a rather ridiculous thing to say.
You haven't suffered the embarrassment of not being able to present your partner with a gift on their Birthday.
Offering me a £10 voucher on my next order is, to be quite honest, an insult.
I contracted you to deliver flowers on a certain day, and you have not fulfilled the contract. Whilst, I appreciate that you will blame "third parties" for this, it does not alter the fact that I engaged into the contract with Prestige Flowers and that they have failed.
Therefore, I am giving you the option of rectifying this matter by refunding my money.
If you do not, I will never use Prestige Flowers again.
I will also ensure that none of my friends and family do either.
I will also be writing a negative response on all review websites featuring your company. This is something that I do not wish to do, but if you cannot reimburse me for your company's failure, I believe I have no option.
It has come to my attention that there are many negative responses on all of the review platforms that I have checked in the past couple of hours.
The Daily Mail has a regular section each Wednesday where they publish letters appertaining to poor customer service, so I will have no option but to air my grievances with Prestige Flowers through this forum.
I do not believe spending over £50 is an inconsequential amount, and believe the minimum standard of service I can expect is for the flowers to have been received on the correct day.
I await your confirmation of a full refund before I proceed with my actions.
I would also be grateful if you would forward this email to your Managing Director, and your Senior Customer Service manager. I would also be grateful if you would forward me their names, positions and email addresses please.
Thanking you in advance for your assistance.
Very disappointed! Will not be using Prestige Flowers again
