I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
It does not even deserve single star, but has to tick to start the review. It's simply disgusted Company. Order sympathy flowers they deceived to wrong address. Ordered well in advance for Valentin day, never get delivered. Third order which was actually placed in advance has to cancel and fought for refund. I have no idea how they having this excellent n 5 stars on their web site. They are a biggest fraud among flower companies. Do not business with them. Their staff is so rude and unprofessional
Tip for consumers:
Do not ever order from prestige flowers

From start to finish this company has been a joke. I ordered flowers for my daughter as she moved into her new home on Saturday. It is now late Tuesday evening and despite several emails and attempts to find a resolution the flowers have still not arrived. Prestige Flowers blame the courier, who in turn blames Prestige. No help whatsoever from Customer Service. They simply quote their Ts & Cs which absolve them of almost every issue under the sun. First, and definitely the last, time I order from PF. Don't waste your time and cash as there are plenty of other decent companies out there.
Their service is just s**h**i**t**! Not worth a penny.
They missed the flowers delivery for my order *******. It was supposed to be a birthday bouquet booked 5 days in advance!
No delivery happened at all!
I want my money back!
24 hours service is a farce. Incompetent bunch that hide behind excuses in small print!
Use the Experts or learn the hard way. They also consider Scotland and NI remote... so don't expect a delivery on time.
Did not deliver on promised day, nightmare to chase royal Mail for delivery. Customer service not helpful or interested. Wasted 2 days chasing up and still the flowers haven't arrived. Lots of churned out e mails saying I should have read the small print which basically says " nothing here guaranteed".
Go elsewhere, shambles of an organisation.
Flowers arrived today (Monday) after we paid for them to be delivered on Sunday (Mothers Day). Really not happy about that. You'd think as someone selling products for special occasions they'd have that taken care of, but looking at all the reviews in the last few hours, they blew it big time.
No answer on the website customer service chat. No answer to emails.
I can understand a late delivery due to issues and an email letting me know, but this is shockingly bad.
As a family we order a lot of flowers and gifts online every year, never again from these cowboys. Will be sticking with Bunches from now on, awesome service from them.

Don't use these cowboys. Not delivered on the day they promised (mothers day). Wrong label. Personal card was not to my mother but a couple named Bill and Freda. Only offered more flowers and no refund despite breaking contract terms. Dreadful people.
Used before and happy. Order a gift 08/11 to be delivered 10/11 - it is now 5.26 pm on 11/11 and still not received. I contacted this morning and offer a £10 voucher and postage refunded. As if I'd use again, I'm at present in a queue waiting for customer services. No excuses - unacceptable
Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I ordered flowers, next day delivery, for my wife on our anniversary and they didn't arrive on our anniversary, rendering the order pointless.
When I contacted them to complain, the excuses ranged from:
1. Not our fault, blame the courier.
2. You live in a remote location (Edinburgh)
3. Our 100% Satisfaction guarantee, doesn't apply to you, even though I was clearly not satisfied.
4. Dear Customer, read the small print, even though you are paying us for a service, we take absolutely no responsibility for it and as such you are entitled to absolutely nothing.
5. Your flowers turned up (a day late), so everything's ok.
Seriously, I would not touch this company with a barge pole and urge you all to avoid if you want someone special in your life to get the flowers you order on their special day.
Warning, "next day delivery" means nothing. They are using post office not a courier & when things go wrong they have no control, nor do they take any accountability. The 100% no quibble satisfaction guarantee is an outright lie. I complained about flowers not being delivered & got a standard email quoting small print with no attempt at resolution.
Awful customer service, but CONSTANT email offers.
Late delivery, auto excuse of bad weather, but clear dry day, just useless delivery! Raised a ticket to complain but nothing back except a request for a pat on the back for their response!
When flowers did arrive pretty average quality, chocolates were past there best, shocking the "free" ones were perfect lol.
Avoid Avoid Avoid! I'll be using the garage forecourt next time as better quality and at least you know what you are getting!

Had a beautiful rose bouquet from Prestige but within two days, despite treating them as told, they were dying! No response at all from Prestige! Roses I bought from Aldi for £2.05 lasted almost two weeks - disgusted with this company!
Update, after another email with photos I had a reply and an offer to replace my bouquet without argument. Awaiting the new flowers next week. So far this seems better.
Certainly one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences of online shopping that I have ever experienced. The flowers never arrived despite the payment being taken. After many attempts to gain my money back, they refused any refund.
Wish I had read these reviews before. Ordered Mother's day flowers that arrived on time, but roses half dead and other flowers crushed. Despite shipping material being in perfect condition. My mother said "better off buying from local garage and that worst flowers received in 25 years". All very disappointing especially on this day for the receiver.
Order number is *******
I just wish I had seen all the complaints about delivery here before my daughter ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. Instead of flowers what we have is a rude set of emails, AND a photo of a shed, which Prestige plainly keeps to hand in order to claim they delivered folks' orders there. What else can I think? Certainly it's not my sister's shed. She doesn't own one. Now there's to be an enquiry taking seven days. Since I think this lot are scammers I'm not holding my breath. I don't want to die while I am waiting.
I would avoid this company like the plague even under present circumstances, plenty of time given for my silver wedding anniversary, took my money really quick, no flowers delivered, tried to contact them using website, joke, after numerous attempts they will refund my money, let's wait and see, if you intend to send flowers think before you use this company.
Ordered flowers to be delivered today. No word from company and then when I contact them they apologise for the issue and offer to reorder the flowers as compensation on another day. How is fulfilling your order late any kind of compensation? Definately mystery be the job from hell spouting rubbish as customer service adviser with this company. Such dreadful service. Wonder how many orders just disappear in thin air without the sender even knowing? The rating should be negative 10

Received peach roses for my birthday on Thursday, at least half have droopy heads the rest nearly. Dead A gift from my granddaughter. I am telling her never again. She threw her money away. Had much better from the supermarket. Soo disappointed.
Terrible service! Bunch was smaller than expected, chocolates were not received, they were already half dead on arrival. The bouquet was supposed to arrive on mothers' day but arrived the day before. They provide instructions 'to revive drooping roses' which is strange, but makes sense when you see the state of them. I followed the instructions... no effect whatsoever. Basically had paid good money for a bunch of dying flowers. Company is refusing to reimburse and probably will ignore or delete this review. I will warn friends and family.
My daughter spent 45 sending me a so called bouquet.
It was left outside a communal door where anyone could have taken it.
We could have bought better flowers at our local garage for about £5 it contained 9 flowers of substandard quality. It is an outrage these people are taking such a vast quantity of money and getting away with selling rubbish.
At least $#*! Turpin had the decency to wear a mask.
These people must be stopped getting away with this extortion.
Whats pictured on site to what you receive is a joke! Loads of leaves and twigs to make up for the lack of flowers. The size of the bunch shown on their site is a medium... Paid extra to make it a large thinking it would be really nice as the medium one looked alright. Ordering the flowers and delivery was spot on. No communication in between but they did arrive on time. Then nose dive! On arrival I didn't even have to open the box to tell it was definitely not the size I ordered as it would have been impossible to to cram a large bunch into such a narrow box.Don't waste your money! Be warned.
Pictures below are what I received. Supposed to be large! Then what is shown online... the medium.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t bother...waste of money! Super markets sell better for a lot less money.
As usual I got a delivery of flowers from my son in Amsterdam. He chose roses and lilies as he knows they're my favourite.
What a disappointment …. Roses were black and dead around edges. Oh! There was greenery also, two big stalks of coarse leaves which were all dotted with black spots, one went into the bin immediately. Roses never opened and lillies were certainly not good quality. I complained, but was told it was out of the seven day guarantee even though I sent them pictures just out of box!
I phoned and told my son never to order from this company again.
I bought fifteen lovely fresh roses from Tesco today for £5
Awful flowers!
After 3 completely rubbish bouquets were sent one after the other, I contacted them with pictures of flowers that cost £35 and were dead within 4days. Was told ‘you've had replacements already, flowers are perishable!'... as I pointed out, I didn't ask for any more half dead plants to be sent, quite honestly I'm sick of filling my bin with their flowers that are wilted, snapped stems, and different lengths! I was simply letting them know that their products are substandard and are dying within a couple of days... they cut my chat off! They don't want to hear it!
Avoid the company, they send absolute rubbish! Spend your money elsewhere!
Ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Paid £10 to upgrade to large & when they arrived, £36 had bought me 6 roses & 2 lilies with 3 buds on each. Sent a picture to Prestige & they claimed they'd mistakenly sent a medium bouquet instead. Their offer of compensation - the £5 difference between medium & large refunded. I hate being ripped off. Avoid these cowboys like the plague!
Valentine's day delivery didn't arrive and instead arrived the following monday, looking a bit browned and worse for wear.
I ended up buying my girlfriend an additional bunch of flowers from elsewhere for valentine's.
Prestige Flowers were unwilling to offer any refund and didn't seem to understand the grief it caused me, so wont be using them again!
