I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying with this company. I ordered flowers for next day delivery in central Scotland as a birthday gift. No delivery that day, or the day after. Still waiting (day 2). Emailed customer service and got a prompt reply saying it's not them, it's their courier. Never again.
I've had such a negative experience dealing with this company and their courier partner, dx delivery. I ordered flowers for boyfriend's birthday which never got delivered on the day. Then they lied about not finding the address and having insufficient information. I made sure they had the correct address and a telephone contact for the recipient and the flowers were still not delivered THREE days after the original delivery date AND no reasonable explanation given! Customer support from the courier guys was the worst ever! They didn't seem to care that they were going to deliver STALE flowers three days after someone's birthday. We still haven't received the delivery even as I write this review!
I ordered flowers for my partner for our 10th anniversary and they never arrived, despite of the fact that I paid extra for a morning delivery slot. They tried to blame Royal mail because of strike action and they offered to refund the delivery charges which was no help to me what so ever. There are plenty of other courier services out there, so why use Royal mail knowing full well there would most likely be disruption!
These people are either completely lacking in empathy, or lacking in intelligence. Not sure which.

Upon contacting the organisation, a representative called Ashleigh offered me a voucher for £15 off my next order. It would appear complaints are viewed as sales opportunities to increase orders.
Up until this point, over the last two weeks I had paid in excess of £250 for three separate orders from this organisation.
Completely dishonest.

I'm an idiot! Didn't read the reviews before ordering! Was relying on them to be honest! When I keyed in the delivery address I expected a message to tell me if they were unable to deliver to that particular address the next day. But they accepted my order without any warning! I even ordered champagne with the flowers! So angry and upset that my friend did not receive them on the day of her 21st! In fact 2 days later still waiting!
All I can say is what an embarrassment. I ordered flowers to be delivered for my cousins birthday. What she received and what I actually ordered were two completely different stories... ordered a bunch of flowers, she received a handful and looked nothing like the web site picture. Only good point was that they were at least delivered on the correct day. Will never use this company again. Pictures show what I ordered and what was actually received
I ordered a £59.50 bouquet of flowers for my Mum to arrive the day before Mothers Day 2023.
These never arrived! Imagine the upset for my Mum who lives a long way away. There is no contact phone number for Prestige Flowers so I sent 3 chat messages immediately but no reply until the following week.
It took me 20 emails to Prestige Flowers to gain a refund to my credit card some 2 weeks later and no compensation for my Mum (even a cheap bouquet would have been nice) nor any compensation for me after suffering all this upset and inconvenience and 3hrs of my precious time wasted dealing with this awful Company. Please do not use Haute Florist or Prestige Flowers.

I'm really really disappointed by their service. I paid £40 for a bunch of flowers for my sister's birthday present. They were supposed to be delivered two days later but didn't turn up, it's now been over a week and all of my emails (4 so far, to 3 different email addresses) have been ignored. I've also tried to call but phone lines are down. They have just taken my money and done nothing. I'm so unhappy and my sister was really disappointed not to get the flowers on her birthday. I don't have lots of money so £40 is a big deal to me.

And then no follow up, no call backs or emails and worst thing is they are not even sure where the product you orders actually is. Generic messages and non helpful customer service.

Ordered flowers and chocs for next day delivery as a colleague was leaving work. Items were not delivered on time, but the next day (by which time she had left) and were delivered by Royal Mail - how many vans had they been bounced around in!
Made an initial complaint and received half an apology, at which point they got both barrels.
PF eventually offered a measly 10% refund and £10 voucher which I declined - will not be using them again and the 10% refund was an insult.
How can anyone offer next day delivery of a perishable item, fail to deliver and then think this is OK?
I'm not one for leaving reviews but don't waste your money ordering here. Ordered two of their Haute collection, spending over a 100 pounds so not the cheap range. Said they could deliver Friday neither turned up. One not delivered apparently due to adverse weather, what a load of rubbish. The person receiving was out walking in these adverse weather conditions.
The second delivery apparently no one was home, again load of rubbish and no card left to go collect.
The flowers looked okay but by no means 50 pounds worth.
Flowers arrived in a damp cardboard box, not a 'hand-tied bouquet' and were half dead with only 50% of the blooms expected, as per photo and description on their website. Customer service is shoddy, initially fobbed off but persevered and sent them lots of photo's of the dead and dying flowers, threatened them with credit card intervention and they agreed to send another bunch free of charge. Was told they only consider a bouquet sub-standard if more than 25% of the flowers are dead/dying! Still waiting for them so will now have to contact credit card company.
I am still trying to get my money back after ordering next day delivery which didn't arrive and my sick Aunt died and flowers just never arrived! Customer service is automated and not worth bothering with chat function doesn't work, no one answers emails and no number to ring! I'm so angry- just wanted to send flowers to say I loved her as she was unwell and was meant to be there on Sunday and she died on the Thursday and they still hadn't arrived! Please save your money and avoid at all cost! I will not be using again and who knows if I'll ever get my money back!

Worst online delivery service ever. Husband ordered flowers because he was away for my Birthday - arrived a day after my birthday. Not only did they arrive late but all of the roses were brown round the edges. Took photos and sent them and got a reply telling me how to care for them properly! They arrived half dead, their condition had nothing to do with my care of them.
We were offered a £5 voucher - as if we would ever use them again. So we wrote and told them this... funnily enough no reply!
This company is a complete joke, do NOT order flowers from them. I ordered a bouquet on line as a thank you gift. Flowers were to be delivered on Sunday & they gave me a one hour window. My friend waited & no one came to her house. When I contacted Prestige they said that they "tracked" the delivery & a card was left n the front porch. This did not happen. My friend called them & set up delivery for Monday, the flowers were delivered but looked nothing like what I ordered... a few sunflowers & some sparse greenery.My friend & I have sent multiple emails to Prestige & each time get a stock reply from a different sales person. Of course I haven't received my refund.
I should have read these comments before. My son just wanted to make Mother's Day special and ordered from them. When the flowers arrived they were of bad quality and rubbish. Prestige flowers just keeps sending their standard email of how to take of them and cutting them at an angle and all nonsense like we don't know how to look after flowers. They refused to refund and offering a £5.00 credit note which I'm not interested in because I'm never going to order again from them. I sent them photos and they still keep saying that the flowers are fresh. The flowers are not worth £20.00 at all but prestige flowers still keep saying that their flowers are fresh and this rarely happens. After reading all these reviews this seems like a standard email they send out to everyone. They should be ashamed of themselves for spoiling so many mums Mother's Day. Really disappointed and disgusted with prestige flowers. Will never order again.
Genuinely the worst quality roses I have ever received. Dog eared and semi dead. My boyfriend was mortified that he had ordered them for me. Would get better quality at a garage for a fiver. I would believe it was a genuine one off if they would refund the purchase but the complete refusal so suggests they are total scam artists. Do not use!
Ordered bouquet which turned up a day late and was worse than anything I could have got from a petrol station. I complained - 22 emails and a week later I am still waiting for a promised replacement. They are based in Halifax which I acknowledge is some distance from London, however, their excuse is that it takes longer to deliver abroad!
Ordered a medium bunch of flowers, very disappointed and looked nothing like the picture on their website. Added a cake for 6 pounds which was the size of a cup cake. It would appear from contacting their support that whichever size you choose you still get the same amount of flowers. If there are 12 flowers in the picture then that is what you will receive irrespective of size chosen.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my injured mother for Saturday the 5th. They sent the flowers by Royal Mail who were having issues that day and updated tracking to say that they were unable to send the flowers out for delivery and that they would be delayed by 48 hours. Keeping in mind that these are fresh flowers, Prestige insists that Royal Mail attempted delivery, which is clearly shown to be untrue.

Prestige Flowers flat out refuses to give a refund. In the end, after more emails than I can count, they agreed to send a replacement. This was due on 10/11/2022. Again, the flowers were not delivered. These guys are simply the worst

I'm sorry, I did not want to write this review, but after 4 consistent poor quality flower deliveries in a row ii felt I had to warn others about the quality of their flowers. The lilies consistently do not open and the roses droop after 3 days. I have bought better quality flowers form North Weald market in Essex at a fraction of the price! There is nothing prestige about these flowers apart from expensive marketing.
I ordered from prestige flowers two weeks in advance of having flowers delivered. Flowers were not delivered and company blamed 'adverse weather conditions' on the most beautiful weekend of the year to date. They refused a refund and passed on their couriers number for ME to call and complain. Shockingly bad service, a disappointed Mum, and I'm £40 out of pocket. I wished I'd read the reviews first before ordering from them. Do not waste your money. They are unreliable and will not refund you.
Be warned that no matter how early you order, Prestige Flowers only send out the day before. In my case I ordered 8 days before my friend's birthday which was yesterday. No delivery up to time of writing. The company informed me that every page on order form has a disclaimer stating delivery may be delayed. So obviously it is my own fault that the gift could not be delivered on the day requested. I will never use this company again. I am so disappointed that my friend did not receive her gift on her special day
