I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
I don't need to put an explanation as all the other reviews say it all to be honest but I've uploaded the flowers I got for my wife on valentines day (cost £40) and the other photos of roses my daughter received from her boyfriend he bought from Marks & Spencer (cost £15.99).
The contrast is pretty dramatic in price and quality (and my daughter had even forgotten to water hers! And they're still perfect!
Shame on you Prestige Flowers!
Totally awful company! I didn't receive my flowers at all! They were a surprise for my sister on Valentine's Day and they just didn't turn up. When I emailed the company they were implying that I was lying and refused me a refund! Instead of looking into it. They wanted to send them again but if it's 4 days after the occasion there's no point and they don't deserve my custom! They went back and fourth with me for a week as they were refusing to understand that I wanted a refund as I didn't receive the product like any other normal online company. Eventually after a week of stress with them saying no they gave me a refund. All of a sudden when I asked for proof of delivery. Something doge there I think. Awful customers service! If you want to pay for flowers that don't arrive and the company basically steal your money then order from this company!
I used this company twice to send a gift to my best friend. Both orders were placed at least a week in advance. The first delivery arrived a day late. This time, my order was for her birthday and was supposed to get there yesterday. It's 10:30 pm where she lives now. Looks like this time it will be at least two days late. Here's hoping it gets there tomorrow:-(
I paid extra for a large arrangement, they actually sent me a small arrangement. I complained, their offer was to send a replacement 2 days after the event I bought the flowers for. Pretty abysmal. Steer clear. Now having read a bunch of other reviews I wish I'd read them before placing the order!

What was received did not look like the picture advertised. They looked scraggly, heads had fallen off. I sent a picture of both, clearly not looking the same. Was purchased for my wife for our Wedding anniversary. Really disappointing. The complaint response was - no they look good and of good quality, this is a joke if you could see them. They offer a £10 credit to buy more flowers that is useless to me. Will not use them again
Emailed company but re response after a week
No tel no to ring so went through auto chat which stated they didn't havre my order details so stood be connected to real person.
Queue was shown as 75 mins but after half an he was next in line. Connected to someone called Mia... quess what no response! What A waste of my time. Won't ever use again
Do NOT buy flowers from Prestige Flowers. AVOID. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. They arrived all straggly and wilting, next day half of them were only fit for the bin, most of them dead. I am very disappointed and angry, my Mother was very disappointed and upset. I paid £42 for a bouquet with delivery. Supposed to be a large bouquet, what a joke, I could have bought a better bunch of flowers from Lidl about £7. Have emailed a few times with photos, no response. Tried phoning, was an automated message saying phone lines are closed. This company are an absolute CON.
Ordered a plant arrangement that was pictured in a red pot which I wanted. Checked description to see if it came in different colours as Red is what I wanted. It didn't say in description that colour of pot may vary. The pot that turned up was a horrible green. There was no free chocolates either. This company just don't care about their customers. Please read reviews before using. Wish I had. Disgusting company to deal with. Why not allowed a zero rating as that's what they deserve. Use bunches at least they fix their mistakes.
If I could leave the stars blank, I would.
My father is disabled and asked me to order some flowers for his sapphire anniversary, which arrived on the wrong day, even though the correct date was specified in the beginning. When I emailed to complain, the customer service I received was appalling.
They firstly blamed the postal service, and then offered £10 credit. This of course was rejected, but then I was told that it was pointless sending emails backwards and forwards and that they had tried to offer the reasonable amount of £10 to put things right, but they had credited it to me anyway.
I will never use Prestige, or Haute who are connected to them, again! You're better off going to a trusted florist who looks after their customers, and doesn't need to pay for people to add positive reviews to their website!
Firstly Got 1 extra flower than pictured when I paid £10 extra for a large bouquet. When I contacted customer service they told me it was the right size and there's no issues with them. Offered me £10 voucher for more flowers after paying £40 for the same size bouquet they are advertising for £30. Company needs to update the pictures and expectations on what small, medium and large actually are. Terrible customer service in all no 100% satisfaction garrantee as advertised.
Pictures below show my large bouquet vs the medium shown on website.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery for someone arriving home from hospital. They were meant to arrive Saturday and they eventually arrived Monday. Surely in this situation you offer a full refund to a paying customer but they wouldn't. Look at the flowers in the pictures, absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend Prestige flowers.

When I say service, there actually isn't any. No sign of flowers after being 2 days late, no reply from email or live chat-then they had the gall to say I'd missed the deadline, which was a lie. When I finally got a reply they wanted to deliver a week late. I will NEVER order from them again
My god-daughter send me flowers for my birthday. She kept asking me whether I received something. Finally, they arrived on the 13th, 2 days later than arranged, totally dried up and floppy. If Prestige Flowers have not got the competence to arrange for flowers to be delivered on time and in good condition abroad, they should not be allowed to offer this service! Talking about a rip-off, this is one to be avoiding in future!
Avoid at all costs. Rip of merchants. I ordered a bouquet for my wife on our wedding anniversary, I cannot fault the delivery as they arrived on time. But the bouquet was not the one i paid for or ordered. The sent me carnations instead of tulips and tried telling me they were the same in price. Said that the florist had run out of tulips. They also said its there policy to substitute flowers for one that's the same value or of greater value. Since when are carnations the same price as tulips. Contacted there customer service and they were just not interested, I hate being ripped off and would not like anyone else to be either so stay away from this company.
I ordered the flowers and they don't look anything like the pictures ok the website + they are almost dead! They look 4-5 days old in no water! Dry as a bone! I will never order flowers from them again! £19.99 flowers + £5.99 delivery charge with Royal Mail! Royal Mail! They can't even deliver their own paycheck on time! Yet alone a flowers order for my wife's B-day In what world do these flowers look like the ones advertised! I feel scammed!
Tip for consumers:
Don't! Keep your £ and go Tesco, better flowers at lower price!!!

Flowers! Very disappointed in the hand of weeds I received!
I will never use this company. A friend of my wife ordered some flowers for her, they arrived already dying and the chocolates had turned to liquid. Contacted the company directly on their website contact page, no reply, tried to call them and no telephone service currently so send a direct email with photos, again this was ignored. Had to take to Twitter to get a reply and they kept asking me to send photos and I kept referring them back to my email. They finally agreed to send a replacement and at all stages I told them that my wife did not want to tell the sender, hence the direct contact. The company has now advised the sender that they are sending a replacement. Overall a terrible service.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The flowers I ordered for next day delivery' were never delivered. Customer service said they didn't know where the flowers were' and offered me a £10 voucher for a £40 bouquet. I highly recommend using Interflora instead of this terrible business, I will never use them again. Absolute joke.
My Wife received flowers for her Birthday from our Son who was not able to visit.(He is in the Royal Navy) They arrived three days after her Birthday. (Possibly due to the snow)
They were in generally below average condition, possibly due to the 4 days in the post. A photo was taken. We thought they would perk up once in water but they didn't. After four days I contacted Prestige flowers with photos.
They said they had a three day limit & refused to replace them.
I sent the photo taken on the day of delivery & they indicated that the flowers had been kept in "imperfect conditions" even though we had dealt with them as per their instructions. There was no mention by them of the 4 days in the post.
I bought a £50 bouquet for a very dear friend for her birthday. They were delivered in a bashed in box with multiple broken stems. Had I spent the equivalent here in the USA (approximately $75, the bouquet would have been twice the size, with more flowers than filler greens. Shabby example of doing things on the cheap to make a bigger profit at the expense of customer satisfaction and happiness.) When I brought this to the attention of Prestige's customer service department, I was asked to provide photographic evidence. I was not about to ask my friend to retrieve the bashed in box and broken stems from the trash to take and send me photographs. What I should have received was an email accepting responsibility for the damages for a less than perfect bouquet and an apology.
This makes two times that I will have done business with Prestige: the first and the last!
Ordered £35 worth of flowers, paid £5.90 for next day delivery - didn't arrive on my partners birthday, completely ruined the day - and when they finally arrived, the free chocolates were missing, the flowers were dead within 48 hours - I sent photographic evidence of this including proof of tracking that they dispatched the item a day late - they replied blaming the courier for all the above - avoid at all costs
Flowers ordered and paid for but NOT DELIVERED.
Zero help from the terrible customer service. They take your money then could not care less if you get what you have paid for.
Awful.
Avoid at all costs

FLOWERS FOR MY DISABLED DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY
Ordered flowers to be delivered on valentine's day, they turned up a day late. The quality of the flowers was poor, they looked dried out. Guess that's what happens when flowers are out of water for days! Contacted their support team and all I got was, sorry this happens. Will never use again
I feel compelled to write this review after dealing with this company. I asked for a large bouquet to be delivered which did not turn up on the day it was ordered and was 3 days late. The flowers were already dying and when I rung the so called customer service their supervisor offered me a £10.00 goodwill voucher! They had already admitted they sent the wrong size bouquet even though they took the money, but were completely unwilling to accept responsibility and told me I should have their read terms and conditions. Apart from the money I paid for these flowers (which were recommended by Good Housekeeping) I shall also be writing to them about their recommendation, the flowers were nothing like the description. Please, please do not use this company and do not waste money. I am so unhappy I chose them, and I think everyone should be aware. I shall be seeking advice regarding my treatment by this company. Ordered well in advance for an important occasion. Day before delivery was told order could not be fulfilled. So I had to spend a lot more to order from elsewhere for next day delivery. Happy to keep my money for over a week. Appalling
I ordered flowers from Prestige and ordered the large size. These were for a special friend who had just undergone surgery for breast cancer so wanted something very special.
You can see the website photo and what they actually got in the photos. They bore no resemblance to the size, quality or any other aspect of the photo displayed which was the medium size. The large should have been spectacular. I ordered a vase so they would be delivered in container - the vase was not delivered with the order.
They refunded the vase and offered a credit note that didn't cover the cheapest thing on their website.
I asked for the flowers to be re-delivered as ordered but they wouldn't even consider doing that and quoted chapter and verse from the "terms and conditions" that pretty much states if there is a problem it's your problem, not theirs.
Not impressed and I will never order from this company again.
