I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
I placed this an order 5 days in advance for my Daughters birthday. She works for the NHS and had a birthday off work. I haven't seen her for almost a year now and wanted to let her know I love and miss her on her special day. The whole point of birthday flowers is that they should arrive on the specific day. The flowers did not arrive on her Birthday despite me ordering in plenty of time after reading on their site that they deliver 7 days a week! All I was offered was a refund on delivery charges. Awful customer service and treatment of customers considering the service this company is claiming to provide. I will never risk ordering with them again. I feel so embarrassed when talking to my Daughter now.
I received roses from my son who lives in Canada for mother's day they arrived on time and look lovely apart from one rose that had brown petals. I followed the instructions that came with the flowers but all the roses had started to go brown from the center out by Wednesday. They didn't even last the week out. So disappointed with them and sorry my son wasted his hard earned money.
Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, flowers ordered didn't arrive as agreed, turned up 3 days later nearly dead. The customer service is a complete joke, refuse to give a refund or replacement and said it was my issue to chase up their delivery company nothing to do with them. Valentine's day. No show! Customer services. "Award winning company" no help. But very polite. I took the time, effort and money to put a massive smile on my wife's face to be utterly let down. The end result? Sorry here is a refund, no flowers and a £10 voucher. So to redeem it I have to spend more dosh on a company I have no faith in. My advice. Pay more and go elsewhere.
Be careful. The images that you see online will not be the ones sent to you. Your better off buying from the supermarket. Much better quality. I bought to of the same flowers, both looked totally different than what is advertised. They sent out another batch of flowers but these turned out to be even more unsatisfactory. Absolute shame, you should get what is advertised. Online they are advertised as a big bunch, I counted less items and specific flowers on the ones I received to the ones in the pictures. The customer service is terrible- special mentioned to Jade. E, Natasha. R, Hasim. A. Please get retrained, your customer service is awful. You speak to different people and the communication is mismatched. So far they have refunded one but denying the refund for the second purchase. Don't waste your money on this company. The worst experience.

I ordered flowers for my pregnant daughter. They never arrived. I was never given tracking info which l paid for. When l queries that the flowers weren't there I was told it was hard to deliver to Scotland. Despite admission of no flowers being delivered and my sending countless emails l was repeatedly told l could not have a refund. Only replacement flowers. I didn't want the flowers as several days had passed and my daughter was no longer in hospital. A really awful company.

I've bought nice flowers for my mother or what I thought were toing to be nice flowers and what sue got was completely opposite. The bouquet looked nothing like on the picture. Roses were different colour, the other flowers should have been opened and bright yellow and instead they were all closed so the idea of the flowers to brighten the room and make it fresh and sunny is out the door. The shape of the bouquet is different. Basically very disappointed and after I've emailed a complaint saying all of the above I get a response advising how to make roses look a bit fresher. Honestly besides delivery being on time I got nothing nice to say..
Paid for next day delivery. Email says they will be delivered 3 days late. They were for an occasion which I assume is standard for the type of product. I have requested they cancel the order and they are refusing. Apparently they have already been despatched which means they will be in transit for another 3 days. God knows what condition they will come in.

I purchased flowers and a gift hamper from this company for my father's birthday, not the first time I buy flowers from the. This time proved to be a complete mistake as the flowers were not delivered directly to my father but supposedly left in the lobby where he could not find them. His number which I provided for the delivery was not contacted at all. I had to buy flowers and chocolates from the local store in the end and Prestige flowers are not taking responsibility, advising me to contact the police! Terrible customer care and literally thieving business, will never use again!
Paid £50 for the most average flowers ever, actually maybe below average. This is after receiving the flowers a day late, despite paying for next day delivery. Instead of being refunded the delivery charge, i got told it's because i live in Scotland. And despite them advertising next day flowers, then having a next day delivery flowers section, there is supposedly small print on page 3876 of the terms and conditions that says scotland dont get next day delivery, even if you pay for it. As soon as i was contacted to say it would arrive a day late, i messaged to cancel the order. They refused. So will now have to go through a paypal dispute. Stay clear of this company, dreadful customer service.

Ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, spent £40 therefore expected good flowers and delivered on time.
However the third party delivery service stated they would be delivered before 18.00. I had opted for them to be delivered to her workplace, in London.
They were delivered to her on the right date but not until 18.43... and after she had gone home before the four day bank holiday Easter weekend!
When I contacted prestige flowers to express my disappointment they were not interested in the least, they hold no responsibility for the delivery!
Certainly shall not use them again!
Ordering the flowers was easy enough but their delivery and customer service is dreadful. They charge £6 delivery but my flowers missed the delivery date, so not quite sure what I paid for. They then offered me a voucher off my next order but I certainly will not be using them again, rather pointless unless you are after a random delivery date.

I was disgusted to see the flowers when they arrived, a small handful of stems and looked nothing like the picture I chose from. Look more like a £5 arrangement from aldi when I paid £39. Shall never be buying from here again
I am in Australia & send flowers regularly to my loved ones in the UK. I had used this company at Christmas to send flowers to a relative. Product was lovely as was the service. In January, however, I placed another order. The goods arrived in bud but failed to open. All the buds went brown & dropped off. I contacted Prestige Flowers only to be told that they have to receive photos of the flowers in question within 48 hours of the delivery. Considering my elderly Aunt, does not have a mobile, computer or camera she could not have provided photos anyway. They offered me a voucher off of my next order of 5 pounds & then came back to offer 10 pounds. I declined as I will not be placing any further orders.
Responsive to my complaint regarding very poor Red roses delivered Valentines day for my wife at a steep £40. They replaced however these were also substandard - not terrible but also not great. They even offered tips to repair the flowers! I provided photos and they offered £10 voucher as though all I really wanted was free flowers and a discount. All I really wanted was some premium flowers and was prepared to pay. Not good value and finally realised I was talking to an AI machine on the email with no intake of my comments and a repeated £10 voucher offer. I'm off to my local florist! If I bought a new Aston Martin I wouldn't expect to have to get some dents repaired!
For my wife's birthday the flowers arrived and were awful, paid £42 for a bunch of flowers that I could have bought for £5 in Asda, half were dead, they sent out another 3 days later now they were nearly all dead

I paid for flowers to be delivered to my 89 year old Mum. They were never delivered even though online it said that they had been. I have emailed and called and no one has responded.
These people are disgraceful and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Placed an order as a gift for someone. Never arrived. Update from courier was that it was due to be received by them therefore was never despatched. No response from customer service either when refund was requested. Absolutely appalling - should not be allowed to trade.
Did not deliver on the promised day. I ordered flowers for a loved ones birthday and at no point did they mention that it will be sent via Royal Mail. If I had known this, I would have never ordered! Prestige sent the flowers to Royal Mail on Sunday. Royal Mail processes nothing on a Sunday. So my flowers are sitting in some box and wilting. Birthday ruined! Still awaiting a response from Prestige... at this point I do believe that their name should be changed to something more fitting to their service standards...
Imagine paying for these, that is what was suppose to be delivered and this is what was delivered. Paid for next day delivery and also ordered birthday balloons which didn't come... total rip of and scamming people. Won't even reply to my e. Mails... fuming over these... embarrassed that my name is even on the card with these flowers, I paid for medium size bouquet... never would I use this service again... Prestige Flowers...

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. On the order form it asks for delivery date, however they don't make it clear there is a 3 day window for delivery. I asked for my friends 70 th birthday and the flowers didn't arrive. I am furious and she is disappointed. I wish I hadn't chosen this company and I certainly won't again. Very angry with their poor service, be warned.
Ordered Mother's Day flowers and paid for the large size. What was received was nothing like the picture on the website. When I complained they insisted there was nothing wrong they could see from the picture! Horrendous customer service, poor poor quality & definitely not worth the £40 odd quid paid. Photos are what I ordered on the website verses what was received.

Ordered flowers for an early Mother's day gift as they were going away. Received flowers the next day and they were all closed bulbs, 4 days later the flowers were dead still with closed bulbs. Contacted prestige and had no reply, they do do not care! Flower not fresh and not as described would avoid at all costs! Trading standards have been contacted.

Avoid, company does not use fresh flowers and photo's used throughout there sites is misleading. When contacting them they do not care and you will not receive a reply. They have no phone number so all is done by email which is useless. Flowers bought lasted 4 days and stayed as bulbs.
