I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
Ordered flowers twice to go to Northern Ireland, first time arrived 2 days late in a bad condition, they offered me a replacement bunch, these still haven't arrived, terrible company, terrible service, terrible flowers, shan't be using them again, appalling,
Received flowers 2 days late delivered to wrong address flowers wilted when opened
So disappointed these were a gift for my birthday. How do you live with yourselves when you are disappointing so many of your customers please just read your reviews just so sad

I was sent flowers for my Birthday and they were delivered 2 days late even though it was printed on the box the date to be delivered! They were even worthy of putting them in a vase and after hanging on the phone on numerous occasions I emailed them and was eventually emailed back to say they had given the sender a refund! I said wouldnt It be nice customer service to send me some flowers and the email said can't do both! Note to self I shan't use them and just grateful for the bunch from Waitrose from my sister!
Really disappointing - didn't get what i ordered, have asked for a refund or for them to redeliver the correct flowers and so far have only offered me a whopping £5 compensation voucher... it costs £5.80 for delivery there! So so cross with them and will stick with Flying Flowers who are half the price.
Do NOT use this florist. They took my money for a next day delivery for my friends funeral, that was on Saturday... the flowers just have been delivered today which is Tuesday... of course funeral is over now. Waste of money and won't refund of course.
Arrived a day late despite paying for named day delivery.
I paid an extra £10 for extra in the bunch. The quality of the flowers was terrible and I was embarrassed when sent a photo by the recipient.
Customer service completely unhelpful.

My son who lives in America sent me flowers for my birthday and was promised they would get to me on my birthday as I was going to be away for a couple of days. We were both gutted they didn't arrive to the following day and were left at our front door to the elements!. Flowers were nice and fresh though thanks to our neighbour who took them in until I got home. I dread to think what state they would have been in..
Look nothing like the picture!
I'm horrified I have spent £33 on these, Tesco flowers would look x1000 just as good. They look half dead and lifeless. They have zero shape, I'm actually embarrassed I have send these as a gift. Bare in mind I have a fractured neck and cannot leave the house, thought these would be a nice present for my mum and they arrive in this state. The box they arrived in made them all squashed. DO NOT BUY.
Terrible service and dead flowers, turned up a day late and were a mess. £36 down the drain! They do not give refunds and you cannot contact them, when you do it just kicks you off the online chat. Awful company, of all the places to go bust during covid, it should have been these bunch of thieves!
I ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day. Just over a day later, they were dying. The flower heads were drooping right over and the foliage was going crispy. I emailed Prestige many times. They refused to refund my money for various crummy reasons:
1. They had been damaged by the courier and this was nothing to do with Prestige.
2. Prestige lied about the date we had received the flowers to try and make out that I'd missed the three day window for complaining.
3. Their florist had reviewed the pictures and there was only 'minor damage' to the flowers.
I couldn't find a functioning phone number to contact them on.
Take a look at their Facebook page. Most of the people commenting on their posts are fake profiles, presumably created by Prestige to make themselves look popular. Click on a few. You'll soon see the pattern to the things posted on these fake profiles. What sort of company does something like that?
I would recommend avoiding Prestige at all costs.
£40 bouquet for mothers day. Vase smashed to pieces left on the doorstep. Flowers substandard. What a way to mark mothers day. Customer service (does this exist?) Written 3 emails, one to courier service and two to 'customer service' no reply as yet. Absolute disgrace. Prestige flowers - the joke is in the name
Ordered flowers for my Wife for our anniversary they arrived Day late the gift card was blank despite being charged for message had ordered balloon I had emailed asking for love or anniversary balloon got told could not choose but appropriate one be sent they sent a Mother's Day balloon for our anniversary. The roses are half dead be lucky if they survive the night. Complete waste of money
The flowers I ordered for a special occasion have not been delivered. Two days later I find that they're stuck in Royal Mail centre not in the same town. It's a bank holiday weekend so will not be delivered for another day or two. No doubt dead flowers on arrival. Such a disappointment.
My flowers have never been delivered. I sent an email of complaint and was sent a response to say that the delivery service had not been given a consignment number by Prestige Flowers and thank you for your feedback. I have paid for flowers and delivery and my mum has not received her flowers in time for her birthday. I have spent over a week trying to get my money back. Pay a little extra and use a reputable company. Very very disappointed.
Did not receive flowers and refusing to give me a refund stating that they will investigate and not in a contract to agree delivery date. Will never purchase from them again.these were meant for a cancer victim. Ruined it
I ordered flowers for my mother in Uk from where I live in Australia. The flowers arrived with the rose heads completely wilted. My Mum contacted Prestige and was told to put them in cold water in the shade which she did for 24 hours but they didn't perk up and in fact my mum said they were beyond help and had died!
I then contacted Prestige and they told me to send photos but due to the time difference it took more than 24 hours to get these from my Mum and so Prestige told me there was nothing they could do as it was against their policy of within a 48 hour period, but they would give me a 5 pounds voucher as a gesture of goodwill!
I then contacted Paypal with whom I had paid so Prestige said they would re-deliver flowers to my Mum on a day which was about 2 weeks in the future and outside of the Paypal dispute claim.
My Mum waited in all day, the flowers did not arrive!
I re-contacted Paypal, they stepped in and got me a full refund from Prestige.
Ordered flowers for delivery on a special birthday, got a text from courier company on the day to advise flowers would not be delivered for a further 2 days past expected delivery date. I had to go to a local florist on the day to pick up a bouquet with the intention of getting a refund from Prestige Flowers. Only to be told, company policy says they will only refund the delivery charge. No refund for flowers that were late and no longer needed. The website says "100% satisfaction guaranteed" what a joke. Although, the staff are only working to company policy I found them to be rude and unapologetic. I asked for a manager to ring me, but of course it didn't happen. They try very hard to get you to correspond by email rather than on the phone. The only way i managed to speak to an Agent was by ringing and selecting the place an order option. The thing is by the end of the ordering transaction the flowers are no cheaper and I really would not recommend this company.
I logged in and ordered a bouquet for a poorly friend. I have a prestige pass so expected free delivery but unfortunately didn't check. After payment I checked the email confirmation and found they had charged me £8.99 delivery! I straight away went on live chat to complain but surprise, surprise they didn't care and wouldn't do anything. Steer clear of this company, they don't have any customer care!
Please do not waste your hard earned money here. The 100 spray Roses I ordered turned up poorly, the petals were brown and weeping. I know when you advertise a product the end product never looks the same, that's marketing but the roses turned up totally different colours and wrapped as good as flowers from a supermarket. Oh but thanks for the FREE CHOCS... Never Again
Warning- don't buy from this place. Overpriced and do not accept responsibility for giving you less than what you paid for. I ordered a large bouquet for my mum's birthday and that is no way a large bouquet! I paid nearly £50 for this including delivery! No refund offered and no replacement bouquet, only a discount when you order with them again- why would you order with them again after that?! Just save yourself the headache people!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from Prestige Flowers!!
I received a bouquet as a gift from someone but the flowers were quite wilted on arrival. After complaining Prestige Flowers agreed to send me a replacement bouquet however nothing arrived. On following this up again I have been firstly told that a replacement was sent and signed for(?) - not by me! It seems however that the flowers were delivered and signed for by someone about 10 houses away from me - wrong address obviously. Prestige Flowers have now virtually accused me of entering the wrong address and the case is closed. I never even filled in an order form so how can I have filled in the wrong address? This attitude is both insulting and demeaning. The agent said that if I put the wrong address then they can not send again. As I have told them, I didn't enter an address - they had my address from the original order. So rude!
NB Since writing this review I have now been promised another replacement bouquet - watch this space...
Royal Mail say they "attempted delivery" delivery on the morning of Saturday 29 June 2109. Five people were in the house at the time and another delivery from another party arrived on the same morning with no problem. The flowers were returned to a Royal Mail office and are not available for collection. Three complaints were made to Mia at Prestige Flowers. On the basis that the flowers should last five days and two dats have been lost we asked for a refund of 40 per cent of the cost of the flowers plus the delivery charge for the Royal Mail's failure. This very reasonable suggested resolution was flatly refused by Moa at Prestige Flowers. Prestige Flowers guarantee of 100 per cent satisfaction is worthless. What company providing perishable goods would use the Royal Mail l owing the terms and arrangements of their "signed for" delivery service? Absolutely ridiculous and no fairness in trying to provide customer service.
WARNING: Whatever you do do not buy flowers from Prestige flowers. I ordered a bouquet in advance, I received a confirmation with the day they would be delivered. They were not delivered on that day, and instead delivered the following day which made them pointless as they were for a birthday. The flowers were poor quality, and clearly not a lot of care had been given when arranging the flowers. Furthermore, the flowers lasted all of 2 days before they started dying. They are unreliable and their customer service is the most appalling I have ever encountered. Absolutely disgusting 'company' who clearly have no regard what so ever for its customers.
Negative experience. I payed for next day delivery. From next morning me and my wife got messages about comming parcel. She expected surprise for our anniversary. Courier came after 3 days. Customer service tried to tell me that it was not their fault. They sent me point form their conditions that they do not give 100 percent of guarantee for next day delivery. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The are a florist that has a website of flowers, but they don't guarantee you'll get that type of flower arrangement or anything near it. Just an equivalent to the cost (according to them). So basically you're saying here's my money give me whatever you want to claim is equivalent - even if it looks nothing like what is on the site. Not only that, if you call or email them about making specific substitutions, say for instance its a funeral, they tell you they can't do customizations or pretend they already printed the label for your order so they still get your money. So effectively they could send a happy birthday set of flowers to a funeral... Florists are suppose to be able to make arrangements and within reason take customizations. This one can't. They just take your money and send whatever crap they want.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away - use another florist. It might be on their site & thy might claim it can be delivered on time, but its a fraud.
