I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.

“Vase was broken, flowers snapped off”

I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.

Completely Ruined MOTHERS Day thank you

Flowers arrived, no card in their despite it saying I had ordered a premium card no message to my mom, doesnt event say mothers day anywhere! She doesnt know who they are from as there IS NOTHING

The flowers are dead and broken! Then just for comedy effect some of them are spray painted (yes you read that right) pink!

What a complete and utter waste of money and way to go and spoil mothers day for those of us who cant be with our moms and show her face to face how we appreciate them what I have now said is here are some dead flowers!

Very dry, dead flowers received- customer service is SIMPLY APPALLING! Don't use these guys; just go to a local florist and pick the best quality flowers you'd like; and will cost you 1/2 price! AND save you destroy your neurons...

Ordered Mothers Day flowers here, website was very clear about being able to make the delivery on time at the time of ordering - which was on March 24th. Advertising in such a way that there was no doubt in my mind that these flowers would be delivered on time.

Mothers Day came and went, no tracking number had been sent to me and only an automated response from customer service made it to my inbox after I had reached out to them.

Flowers came the day after Mothers Day, and so did communications with a real person in customer service. I spoke with Natasha R, and the emails that followed were copy/paste responses.

After many email exchanges, no refund offered other than postal costs, as they point to the small print in their terms and conditions which states that deliveries may be a day late.

Consumers have rights, and when an order is promised to be delivered on a special occasion such as Mothers Day, and is not, it is a breach of contract.

Please report this company to local trading standards, as they should not be getting away with false advertising and broken promises.

I can't believe that they advertise pictures on there website and then fool us customers that we will receive what we see. I've never felt so ripped off, upset and most of all ashamed that my mom as received such awful flowers on Mother's Day. I spent over £45 pound on these, and when my mom sent a picture of them I've never felt so embarrassed. Also I ordered a cake with my order and no sign of the cake I should of read the reviews before ordering but because I had ordered of them a long time ago which back then was not so bad, since then they have obviously gone down hill. Im totally shocked that this company is allowed to be active on line selling to customers. Since complaining to them they had the cheek to offer me a £10 voucher to use on there site. Why would I want a voucher for there site, I don't ever want to order from them again, I've lost total trust. My advice to everyone stick to a local florist or go into a supermarket to purchase flowers at least you can see what you get. If you do go on line and purchase flowers do your research on the company and read all reviews etc before you order.

Paid just under £40 for a so called medium bouquet of flowers, Waste of money as there were about £5 worth of flowers altogether. First time order and definitely the last from me.

Ordered flowers on 23rd June for delivery on 1st July. Received a confirmation and order number. On the 30th June I was sent an email saying they needed more details. I didnt pick my emails up that day, but they didnt bother to ring me. The flowers were not delivered as they said the address needed a house number or house name, which it doesn' t have. This is a small village, my friend has lived there for forty years and the family owns the village pub. Every year i send a christmas card to the same address and postcode that i gave to Prestige. So my friend did not get any flowers, Prestige couldn't really care less, although they did refund my money. Took my money but didnt make much of an effort to contact me, on an order they'd acceptef, and had a week to process.

I am so disappointed with the sad excuse for a bunch of flowers i had ordered for my grans birthday costing nearly £40 with heads broken off them and everything absolute joke!

I chose Prestige to send a bouquet to a poorly relative last Monday 12th Dec, paying for next day delivery, and also after checking they used 3rd party couriers due to the postal strike, however my £58 purchase is still sat in the Bristol sorting office, and I can get no one at Prestige to respond to emails, or their Bot ticket conversation from last Wednesday. Whilst I appreciate the postal strike is beyond their control, I specifically used them because of the 3rd party couriers, and now not to engage with me over the lack of product for my purchase, they are choosing to simply ignore it? Sadly I would never use Prestige again for this very reason, as whilst their bouquets may be lovely, the lack of good customer care is shocking.

Tip for consumers:
Although they say they use 3rd party couriers, flower delivery has been in the sorting office for over a week.

Don't waste your money on this company. It's only a cash grab and takes no responsibility. When they take your money, they say nothing is guaranteed.

The site professes 100% satisfaction and yet they still FAILED TO DELIVER ON an order placed a week in advance for a simple bouquet of flower. 24 hrs after the due date, still NO SIGN of the flowers. I note there is no telephone no to use. Wish I had noticed that before I engaged these people.

Flowers ordered well in advance from Prestige Flowers were never delivered. No phone no on the site..can't contact them. Useless customer service, don't use this company.

Disgusting in what I received - I want a refund.
This is a perfect case for BBC RIP OFF BRITAIN! I don't want a replacement as the birthday has been and gone and already ordered a replacement in your website. Refund my money it's simple.

Bought a large bouquet of flowers that cost £45 when delivered there was TEN flowers in it absolutely shocking was offered £5 refund and a £5 voucher. Do not use this company they are awful

I feel like stupid! Order number *******!
I order a luxury flowers for my wife to arrive at work as we celebrate 5years and i order same day delivery as was advertised on the website but surprised she didnt recieved as the flowers was not for same day was needed 3days for delivery. I call customer service and we find a solution with delivery next day by 15.00 and surprised is 17.00and she didnt received nothing. Thank you guys... before i use to bw a good customer now i see my self to change the road! Shame

FLOWERS ARRIVED LATE AND HALF DEAD. IGNORED MY COMPLAINT AND CONCERNS. ONLY RESPONDED AT THE LAST MINUTE TO PAYPAL DISPUTE THEN OVER 4 WEEKS AFTER MY FIRST COMPLAINT WOULD ONLY ISSUE A REFUND IF I RETURNED THE SAME HALF DEAD FLOWERS. CLEARLY THEY INTENDED TO SELL THESE ON TO OTHERS! WHY ELSE ASK FOR DEAD FLOWERS TO BE RETURNED 5 WEEKS AFTER THEY EVENTUALLY ARRIVED? DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I would never use this company again. My mother lives a long way from me, after searching for a company to deliver flowers actually on Mother's Day, I was delighted when I came across prestige flowers, advertising Mother's Day delivery. I placed my very expensive order, and selected mothering Sundays date and was very happy and received an order confirmation saying they would be delivered on the Sunday. I had a telephone call my mother on the day before to thank me for her flowers. I was very upset the flowers had been delivered a day early, not what I ordered I ordered at all. The flowers not only arrived early, according to my Mum they arrived extremely squashed and also some of them were all ready starting to die. I emailed prestige customer services, who did nothing, they did not address they poor quality of the flowers at all, and simple sent me a copy of their terms and conditions, highlighting in the very small print that they reserve the right to deliver flowers early at busy times. This was not what you expect when you order, using a Mother's Day delivery advert. I am very very disappointed with Prestige Flowers and will not be using them again, as I simply do not want flowers delivery on the wrong day and of extremely poor quality.

Ist time ordering flowers online and I chose this lot big mistake I ordered flowers and a balloon for my sisters 60th birthday I clicked on the age button for her 60 and placed my order when the email came through I noticed it said 18 and to contact customer services if all was not right I used we chat and explained the mistake but nearly fell over when the girl told me that there was some confusion but it could not be changed this has to be a joke but nope they will send her flowers and an 18 balloon so be warned do not go near this scam company oh and you cant cancel either disgusting company ever

Ordered next day delivery for my grieving aunt. Paid almost £6 delivery charge. Flowers arrived a day LATE and NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! Emailed prestige and to date (week later almost) and still no response from them. My aunt sent me a pic a couple days ago and flowers are dead alreadySTILL NO REPLY from Prestige! Disgusted with this company. Embarrassing that my aunt had to contact me and tell me the flowers were dead. She's a retired florist and knows how to care for her flowers. As if she doesn't have enough going on after my uncle dying she has to contact me with this! STAY CLEAR! Contact the local florists instead. KEEP BUSINESS LOCAL
