I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
We ordered flowers on 8th March for delivery on 13th March, as of 16rh March we still have not had delivery. We have had a previous bad experience but were were willing to give them a second chance. We are now sorry that we did buy a second time. We requested a refund on 15th March and as of 16th March have not had reply to emailemail.

Do not use they will fleece your money. My family received wrong order and the flowers were sparse and few and not as described. Total waste of money I complained and didn't get a response do not use
I ordered flowers for someone who was extremely unwell and had only days left, so it was really important to get good flowers sent to them, within 1 hour of placing my order around 9pm I sent an email asking if they could be shipped 1 day late OR at least delivered to the neighbour, and explained why and that it was for someone battling a sever illness, I received a response back quite quickly and was shocked that they were unable to do anything as they had already 'printed the label' so basically despite the flowers not being made yet or picked up by the courier they refused to help as it is too much inconvenience to reprint a label?!
When the flowers did finally arrive, which I now know seems to happen to a few people, I ordered the larger bouquet and the flowers looked like a cheaper lower quality version then the photo on the website, with a lot less flowers! It literally looked like the kind of flowers you would pick up from a petrol station but for 5x the price, again considering their lack of help and then having sub standard flowers being sent, I personally feel this company is only interested in making as much profit as they can and nothing else, would strongly recommend to think twice before ever buying from them!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered flowers which were not delivered. The card DID NOT say the item was perishable and so my friend did not collect them in time.
I emailed the company 4/5 times to complain about this. When I finally got a response they wanted proof of the card. I provided this a total of 3 times. On my last 'chase up' email I could see on their system my case had been closed by the customer service rep - on the date of my last email!
I complained twice more. Finally, they admitted it was their fault and asked me where and when I would like me replacement flowers delivered. I did this.
The replacement flowers never turned up. I have complained a further 2 times by email and no response. Finally I spoke to a new rep today and apparently the Manager will call me back - 4 months, 10's of emails and a bag of stress after the original flowers weren't delivered - I don't hold out much hope!
I have no idea how this company maintain their business - I have never received such shocking service.
PLEASE DONT USE THIS WEBSITE
THEY ARE SCAMMERS - I PAID SO MUCH FOR FLOWERS AND THEY HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET AND I AM UNABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER. THIS IS A SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EVEN RESPOND. I WANT A REFUND OF MY ORDER.
Diabolical!
Diabolical! Please don't fall for the reasonable prices. Both myself AND my friend had awful experiences and although I paid the £10 for a year's delivery costs I will never use this company again nor will my friend. Flowers were ordered three weeks prior to the birthday for which they were purchased as I was going on holiday. They were delivered the day after I ordered them NOT for when I asked for them to be delivered. I checked and double checked that I had clicked the correct date.
When I questioned the customer services person I was told that I was sent confirmation. This is true however there was no delivery date on the confirmation. You have to go into the tracking link to see the delivery date and since I wasn't going to be tracking them for THREE WEEKS I had no reason to click the link.
Pathetic customer service. No help given just the we don't care now that we've got your money!'
Prestige... you ruined my birthday surprise and could give a monkeys! I'll be posting this on every review site I can find and my friend will be reviewing you too!
Didn't arrive on time and they don't care. The customer service department are just there to deflect complaints. Don't believe the adverts they don't guarantee to deliver on time.
Orderd flowers for my sisters birthday drlivered on the wednesday and onnthe saturdsy they had all drooped. Awaiting a resolution if not i will contact the consumer ombudsmen.
I sent the 'Vintage Inspired' flowers on next day delivery to my sister recently, upgraded to medium sized, and not only did a really poor substitute bouquet get sent, but the customer service people reckon it's in keeping with the advertised bouquet and offered me 10% off my next order, as if I will be using Prestige Flowers agan! Judge for yourself: the one I ordered is shown on the website here: https://www.prestigeflowers.co.uk/same-day-flowers/vintage-inspired?cPath=74 - as a lovely, pale lilac bouquet with roses, hydrangeas, eryngeum, eucalyptus and lots of other lovely stuff that tones well and is truly vintage inspired. What arrived was a few carnations (dyed a dark purple!), white chrysanthemums, some lilies (maybe 1 or 2) of unknown colour as they were so tightly closed as to be unrecognisable (yes, I know they will open but they are WAY off that) some pale lilac thing that I don't recognise (the only nice thing in the bunch) and a few dark green parlour palm leaves.
To add insult to injury, the 'florist manager' who reviewed the bouquet sent, reckoned it was of equal value. If that's their judgement, I would avoid these florists with a bargepole - never seen flowers that could have been bought at a motorway service station for so much!
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I've spent years using them; paying their bills; keeping their business open in lockdown. Then one of the bouquets I ordered myself for my birthday (I ordered 3 and a plant!) came and never bloomed and died within days! I finally chase it asking for either a refund or credit for the amount on my account and I get told absolute lies about some random policy that I have been informed of never and read NOWHERE in all these months and months and months of ordering from them. Illegal! Immoral! Unethical! Uncaring! Absolutely selfish and no care or consideration for loyal customers! Will absolutely NEVER purchase from these disgusting people or site again! Abysmal and mortifying! Wasted my money! Ruined my own birthday flowers! Now lying about a b. S policy! No standards, no morale. Got offered a 5% CREDIT CODE?! WTF?! As if I'm ever buying from them again after they didn't provide a refund, replacement bouquet (not that I want that since the first didn't bloom) or full credit amount to my account etc. I had a behind traumatic birthday last year and then this year was demonic and all I wanted was some good flowers for myself and then this! I am fuming and broken hearted! Looking at the order I made; these roses aren't even the same colour I ordered to begin with!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t.
Ask them about their imaginary invented policies before you purchase.
They don’t do refunds; so don’t.
Their customer service do not care so don’t.
Their delivery fees are nonsense; I even have the pass because of how often I purchased from them and yet entirely unaccommodating and refuse to give a refund.

My stories are too long, I cannot even be bothered to waste my time to write a short review, all I say here is others have said all that I have expereinced. I would never use this company again.
I made a typo error on the order of BF0, instead of B50. The rest of the address was there, if the person who's job it was to 'deliver' the goods had used google and typed in the house name, number, street and town, I am sure they could have easily seen that a typo had been made, rather than not bothering to deliver it, which is exactly what happened. Also Postcodes in the UK as a standard format to help your customer, as a typo is very common, Prestige system should also recognise when a letter has been entered instead of a number and alert you customers. And telling me to complain to Royal mail - is an absolute nonsense, I did not pay Royal mail - I paid you! Prestige Flowers. Who on earth is going to take my complaint in Royal Mail and do what with it - they don't have flowers to re-send. All I can say is that a £15 refund on an order of £37 for flowers, I feel like I have been fleeced of £22, this is an absolutely disgusting service. There was no attempt to make the delivery in the first place, as apparently drivers at unable to use google, even though they need access to the internet to receive orders and get there, secondly telling me to complain to Royal Mail, when I paid Prestige and it is you that has a contract with Royal Mail not me, and then a tiny refund and my flowers never delivered. Day light robbery and no attempt to help your customer. Awful awful service, that is the last time that I will use this company. And lastly I could not review the order in full before I made the purchase – so are you surprised that there was an error – have you ever heard of human error?
Tip for consumers:
Just the attitude of the company was dreadful, took my money and ran

Very poor quality of flowers for the amount of money I paid for them. The bouquet was very sparce also supposed to get a free box of chocolates. I wont be using this florist again
Avoid this company at all costs. No flowers or gifts arrived. Customer service like their flowers still waiting for it to arrive.
I ordered some flowers for my partners birthday I paid extra to get the large size when they arrived I opened the box and was stunned by how small the bunch of flowers were ten flowers in total I emailed them to say they must have sent the standard size bunch out they asked me to send them photos so I took a photo of the flowers with a tea cup next to them to show how small they were they just emailed back saying the right size was sent out after several emails and photos later they offered a £15 pound voucher of my next order I told them you must be joking I could go to a supermarket and get a better bunch of flowers for a tenner but they are not interested it's a case of they have your money this company will never just hold there hands up and say sorry customer service is the worst I have ever come across in fact it's disgraceful how they deal with unsatisfied customers and they seem to have a lot of unsatisfied customers will never ever use this company again ever full stop I have attached photos with this review I paid £39.99 for the flowers plus delivery
Tip for consumers:
If you want value for money do not use this company you will get better flowers from a supermarket

Received flowers for Mother's Day, blank card so who do I thank? Flowers were dying so took photos on Mother's Day and sent an email to Prestige flowers. Sent more photos the next day. Prestige flowers do not acknowledge the photos and say I am not entitled to anything as the 48hrs time limit for them to receive photos is over. How can they lie like this when they have been sent photos from Day 1. DO NOT WASTE HARD EARNED CASH ON PRESTIGE FLOWERS.
I ordered a bouquet of roses and a glass vase for my close friend who I have not seen for many months due to lockdown. I ordered on the 28th March and the first available available day was the 30th. I selected them to be for the 31st as this was their birthday and they had been through a difficult period. NOT ONLY DID THE FLOWERS NOT ARRIVE BUT NO ONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ANY RESPONSE. I am so angry. This is the most unreliable joke of a company
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AVOID

Dreadful flower arrangement. So dissapointed with quantity & quality! Wish I had gone to Aldi Instead as I would have seen & known quality & know they would not have wilted with 47 hrs of delivery!
Absolutely disgusting, ordered flowers on 18th December with promise of delivery for 19th December,
Just been delivered today 22nd all DEAD….
Tried to contact prestige flowers on live chat ema8led them 7 times got absolutely NOTHING back from them.
Disgraceful service …. And how embarrassing too for my auntie to receive what should of been a lovely bouquet of FRESH flowers as this would be the 1st Xmas without my uncle!
I would NEVER buy anything from this company ever & would most certainly NOT recommend them too.
Date of experience: 18 December 2022
On Sunday 5th Dec. I ordered flowers for delivery on a friend's birthday on Friday 10th. I received no email to say they had been despatched. By 4.30 they had not arrived, so I went to Haute Florist's website. And noticed to my horror that most letter box flower arrangements, including the one I ordered, were marked no delivery before 29th December!
Customer services not answering 'phone. Tracked down parent company, Prestige Gifting, who told me she would get Customer services to ring me back. They didn't. Another call, I was told only customer services could answer my queries.
I emailed but no direct and "chatted", but only got a bot.
Saturday 11th my friend emailed to thank me and enclosed a photo. Phew! 40mns later I received a brief email from Prestige Gifting saying it had been delivered! Many enclosing the Royal Mail tracking info. This showed the flowers had only been despatched at 18.51 on Thursday 8th, so there was no possibility of them arriving the following day!
I emailed my dissatisfaction and received an immediate (!) response: "I apologise for any inconvenience made."
Needless to say I shall never use them again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Haute Flowers, Haute Florist or Prestige Flowers or Prestige Gifting. They are all the same company. Very difficult to contact and very poor service.

Flowers ordered to come on Sat. 21/3/20, by Sun. 22/3/20 half were dead. Very disappointed. No response from Prestige Flowers.
I ordered flowers for a friend following a recent family bereavement. The flowers arrived on time, but the message I wrote for the card was not included so my friend had no idea who the flowers were from. She called them to ask but they couldn't tell her due to privacy. I did receive an email from Prestige and told them to advise her.
I asked why my card wasn't included and they told me I hadn't written a card, which I explained I had and why would I send an anonymous bouquet at such an emotional time for my friend.
They showed no empathy at all and offered 50 pence refund for the card. They did offer £5 credit for future order but only for 6 months. I explained I prefer the refund in cash as I may not order flowers in the next six months, but basically it was tough you're get nothing. Also you can get a discount code for £5 off an order so they were offering nothing really.
I found the email chat from Mohammed was rude and he gave no apology.
I would not use Prestige again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Bad Customer Service from someone who doesn't care, not a good advert for the company.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use Prestige Flowers, go to a local florist and order by phone.

I ordered some flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and the whole experience was a shambles.
My parents anniversary was on a Friday so I ordered with Prestige who advised they would be there on the Wednesday. I gave this buffer time to ensure they would have the gift as my parents were going away to a hotel on the Friday. The flowers did not arrive. The customer service line is awful. When I was enquiring about the delivery on the chat service online the operator said she had no way of calling the courier company so we sat online for 30 minutes whilst she waited to get an email back which she never did. The operator took a new address of the hotel and said she would try and get the flowers there. I had no confidence the flowers would get there and I had no callback or update either email or phone and haven't since. The flowers did not get there. Its now Tuesday and the flowers have still not turned up and the company is emailing nonsense about how i'm not allowed a refund. I will continue to use Interflora who I have had no problems with
Wife going away, so ordered flowers from these AR... s give them plenty of time but guess what? No delivery, wife thinks I don't CARE never NEVER use these shower of S. TE. AGAIN.
Flowers delivered 20th March, wilted on 22nd March. No compensation. This company is a disgrace. I wish I had seen the reviews on this site beforehand. I will never use them again.
