I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
DO NOT use this company. A complete disgrace and no effort at offering any compensation

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend who is going through a tough time at the moment as well as turning 50! Placed the order on Monday 9th of November 2020 for delivery on Saturday 14th November 2020. Today it's the 16th of November and the flowers have still not been delivered. Spoke to customer service (if you can call it that) this morning and they really could not care less. Firstly they blamed it on COVID saying that delivery is taking longer. I do not accept this as the flowers were ordered well in advance if the delivery date. Then they said it could be delivered today ( which is hasn't) which would not be acceptable because they would no longer be fresh. Then they had the cheek to say as a gesture of goodwill we could send out another bouquet! I've emailed customer service to complain but not had a response. This is the second issue in a few weeks that I have when ordering flowers from Prestige. As it currently stands I have paid for flowers that I haven't received. Fuming and disgusted! Buyer beware
Ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my 85 year old mother for her birthday. Placed the order Wed 4th October and selected delivery on Monday 9th October (birthday). Paid £5.99 for delivery which advertised as 24 hours. Despite having 5 days to arrange and dispatch the flowers, they were not delivered to the courier (Royal Mail) until 5.11pm on Sunday 8th Oct which then meant that delivery to my mother was not possible on 9th Oct but estimated as 10 Oct. I contacted the company as soon as I was aware of the tracking. Received email from Customer Services after 16 hours with a convoluted tale about delivery and pseudo blaming of the courier. Did not accept responsibility and simply apologised for "the inconvenience". This was not an inconvenience, it was a failure to deliver something that was important to my elderly mother. This was NOT an inconvenience, it was upsetting and very disappointing.
Do not rely on this company if you want to have any degree of confidence they will deliver within any kind of reasonable time frame.
They advertise that they have 100% satisfaction guarantee... but this doesn't seem to mean anything other than marketing bullsh1t. I have told them I am 100% dissatisfied but this did not even elicit a meaningful reply.
I would give zero stars if I could. Worst company and experience ever.
- I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies for £25.49 with £5.99 shipping. So a total of over £30. And this was supposed to be a medium bouquet with a discount applied to it, marketed as a good deal to get it for £25.49
- It arrived a day late. The day after the day I selected. Therefore missed my Mum's birthday
- When it arrived it looked like a £5 bouquet from Tescos. Small, tiny lilies, tiny roses and sparse greenery. It was a joke
- I emailed to complain that it arrived a day late and got replies from what seemed to be automated bots
- I arranged the crappy flowers in a vase and assumed they might look better when the lilies opened. However, THEY DID NOT OPEN. They were such bad quality that the buds stayed closed and then died
- I emailed customer service to complain and they said they'd give me £10 off my next order. Not good enough, why would I want to give them any of my money again? So I responded back and forth with someone who didn't appreciate or seem to understand the fact that the flowers literally died unopened. They then offered me £5 off my next order. LESS than the original offer?!?!?! I said no and that I expect a full refund. They then said that because I didn't email to complain within 3 days, which is their policy, I wasn't due any compensation. I did email within 3 days, to complain they were late. I didn't email within 3 days to say that the buds didn't open because HOW WOULD I HAVE KNOWN THEY WOULDN'T OPEN?!?!?!? The lack of care or customer service is WILD
On their website it says '100% customer satisfaction'. I can assure you its NOT. Overpriced con, poor delivery, bad quality flowers and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Over £30 for dead flowers delivered late. I wish I could upload an image for you to see. Don't order from here.
Disgraceful company dont deliver what you have ordered, no refund, no service, a credit card claim will be made.
Avoid at all costs
If you want a box of gnarled up flowers choose prestige flowers. Terrible customer service, how are companies like this still going

I ORDERED SOME FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY AS A BELATED BIRTHDAY GIFT, AND Wish I HADN'T BOTHERED!
I PAID FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY BEFORE 1 P.M. AT AN EXTRA COST.
BEFORE I GO ON, I HAVE TO PRESS THAT I HAVE SENT FLOWERS BY POST TO MY AUNTIE USING DIFFERENT COMPANIES FOR SEVERAL YEARS, TO THE SAME ADDRESS AND POSTCODE AS I GAVE PRESTIGE FLOWERS.
I RANG MY AUNTIE A FEW DAYS LATER, AND ASKED HER HOW THE FLOWERS WERE? SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
WHEN I EXPLAINED FULLY, SHE BURST INTO TEARS AND WAS VERY UPSET.
THIS IS AN 86 YEAR OLD INFIRM LADY WHO HAS BEEN WIDOWED TWICE AND LIVES ON HER OWN IN A RETIREMENT COMPLEX. EACH OF THE FLATS ARE BLOCKS OF FOUR, WITH THE NUMBERS CARVED IN STONE OUTSIDE.
PRESTIGE FLOWERS CLAIM THERE'S ONLY ONE POSTCODE FOR THIS COMPLEX. FUNNY THAT, EACH BLOCK OF FOUR HAS A DIFFERENT POSTCODE.
MY AUNTIE BUYS A LOT OF THINGS FROM CATALOGUES, AND SPEAKS TO HER POSTMAN ON A DAILY BASIS, AS WELL AS OTHER COURIERS.
WHEN I RANG PRESTIGE FLOWERS AND DEMANDED A REFUND, THEY FLATLY REFUSED.
RELUCTANTLY, THEY AGREED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT TO MY HOME ADDRESS, WELL I WISH THEY HADN'T BOTHERED!
THE FLOWERS ARRIVED IN A TERRIBLE STATE, AND DESPITE MY GREEN FINGERS, I COULD NOT SAVE THEM, YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF THE STATE OF THE FLOWERS ON THE DAY THEY ARRIVED. THEIR APPEARANCE HASN'T CHANGED.
ON THE SAME DAY I COMPLAINED, I PURCHASED SOME FLOWERS FROM A LOCAL FLORIST IN MY AUNTIE'S TOWN, AND WITHIN 3 HOURS OF ME PAYING FOR THEM THEY WERE DELIVERED. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, PRESTIGE FLOWERS COULD LEARN A LOT FROM LOCAL FLORISTS.
DO NOT USE! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
Wished I had read the reviews on here before I ordered. Ordered flowers and chocs for Valentines day. THEY STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED. When I check the Royal Mail Tracking it says that they are located at the DORSET MAIL DEPOT? I wanted delivery to ESSEX! WHY the hell are they coming from Dorset? FFS. I have emailed them 5 times now and received 4 emails back from 2 different people asking the same damn questions. I have requested a full refund... lets see what happens. Extremely disappointed and my fiance is livid and upset... thinking I had forgotten her. I have to wait till she gets home and show her the order, confirmation and today's emails to convince her I never forgot her. I ORDERED THIS LAST SATURDAY SO WHERE IS THE PROBLEM? After reading the other poor reviews on here and if I do not receive a full refund quickly, I will be going to trading standards and the ombudsman. A company with this poor record should not be able to trade. AND PRESTIGE, before you reply with "please email your concern to us", I have done this... JUST REFUND MY MONEY.
Firstly the vase i ordered for mothers day with the large rose medley bouquet was not sent. Yes they arrived on mothering sunday by royal mail but not in water they came in a flat box which i find weird as they were ordered on the thursday and this company only has work hours from 9 to 5 mon to fri. The flowers had browned by tuesday which is two days later and my mum threw them out and didnt tell me so i wouldnt be upset by the £49.99 price i paid. Thirdly i contacted them by only way email they took days for reply which was please send photos of flowers so i replied my mother has allready binned them and doesnt use a smartphone. My mum is 66 and has been able to keep flowers alive for 2 weeks trimming feeding etc and knows not to keep them near a heat source. So after near on 2 weeks from first complaint i have now been offered a ten pound voucher for their company now i dont feel that is fair. I had asked them to replace the flowers and not a refund but thats what after 2 weeks they have offered me. I would not reccommend or use them again as they are very unprofessional and have really poor client custom. Im so angry with them for the let down for my mum. I could have bought okay a smaller bouquet from M&S for £15 and got a seven day guarantee on the flowers and lastly the £6.99 delivery charge is shocking whilst spending near £50. I hope this helps people as im totally un happy with them on every level. Terrible performance no stars just a stick from me sadly!

IN FAIRNESS - Prestige has now agreed to refund me the excess charge for the second bunch of flowers that they sent by mistake. A long and tiring road - but got there in the end
Through an error on their website ordering, I was asked to repeat some of the details on my order. This resulted in them sending the same order out twice - on the same day to the same address. When I spotted their mistake - because I got two notifications from Royal Mail that the deliveries were on the way - they said it was too late to "cancel", and having charged me double they are refusing to make a refund.
Ordered flowers for my mums birthday flowers arrived late in terrible condition only a couple of actual flowers rest was greenery. See photos

Can't get a refund?
I was so excited to order from Prestige Flowers a bouquet for my mother's birthday. Everything was fine until my delivery was said to be unable to be delivered? Why I was asking to myself if I've paid £7 for it on exactly mum's birthday.
So I spoke to mum and said that your present is not going to be delivered for no apparent reason, so we chose to go to Burton's Royal Mail facilities to fetch the flowers that should have been delivered. Again, we had other plans for the day, so we had to use petrol to get there and waste our time!
There I was told that it got lost, because of so many parcels like that, so if you would like to get it by Monday? So I quickly replied, Monday, they are fresh flowers I wonder how they would look then. So after like 20 min they managed to fetch them.
Fine, we got back, opened the flowers and they were not fresh, in my opinion as well as few flowers that broke down.
Speaking to one of the staff, I presume it was Kyle as that's what it said. Unfairly, can't give a refund back but does want to send us a new bouquet for nothing? But that's not what we want as the flowers were dead in 2-3 days so what's the point of having a new one that will stick around for a day or two? Also mum's birthday has passed so why would I need them in the first place?
I'm sure Kyle or one of your other staff will send me an apology and pretend that a rotten bouquet will help this issue and say that they can't do a refund. But I will never ever recommend or use your services again! Mum's birthday present ruined for something that I've paid almost £37.00 and didn't even get it delivered and all the hassle I had to go through. Wouldn't even give 1 star!

Despite me emailing the company the day the flowers arrived the reply they sent my granddaughter is in a photo below.
Do not give them your money!
A gift from my granddaughter of Flowers that arrived yesterday and looked sparse and pathetic. The roses have black crinkle ended petals. Lillies have damaged heads. Such a disappointment. I would never recommend this company and suggest you beware! First two photos are after four days……last two are from day of arrival.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t use this company. There are other and much better postal flower companies .
It has been 6 days and still no delivery, it took 5 days for them to acknowledge that there was an issue with the service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS THEY DO NOT OFFER WHAT THEY SAY!
Nice flowers and the delivery was quite good not so much but satisfied me I ordered twice and both time they do good job
Never received flowers for a very special person!
Was so important for me!

Ordered over £40.00 GIFT FOR DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY to be sent to her place of work after a couple of days not received checked royal mail delivery this gift was redirected three times eventually arrived at my home address I refused delivery as the flowers would have been dead and I couldn't physically get them to my daughter contacted prestige flowers to be told that I inputted the wrong address on the delivery instructions this is a lie its a drop down box and I know I ticked the correct address but prestige gave me a different address which I checked does nor even exist in the drop down box of course I then checked my order and sure enough the none existing address was there I cannot prove this now but I suspect that their delivery address systems needs to be looked at prestige offered me £ 15.oo on a future order as a goodwill gesture as a result I have suffered a few days stress my daughter has no birthday gift and I am £44.00 out of pocket
People please be careful when you are ordering from prestige flowers they let so many people down

I ordered flowers on 27th September for delivery 23rd October as a birthday present. When they had not been delivered by around 4pm I called the company and they said they would be guaranteed delivery by 6pm. Turned out they were not delivered at all on the date. Phoned the company the next day and they said they couldn't guarantee any delivery date! They said they could offer to refund the delivery charge but would not refund. They blamed the courier Royal Mail. I phoned Royal Mail and they told me the flowers were only despatched to them Sunday evening and no sorting happens on a Sunday evening so they wouldn't have been able to dispatch them on the Monday. Prestige flowers would have had to deliver to Royal Mail on the Saturday to be able to deliver to the customer on the Monday and they should know this. Prestige flowers say they wouldn't do that as they need to send their flowers 'fresh' - what a joke... They are still going to be 2 days old so would it not be better to send them 2 days old on the correct delivery day? It's Tuesday now and still no flowers and based on other reviews I am sure they are likely to be worn and horrible looking. I have logged a dispute with my bank. So basically don't bother with this company unless you don't care about your delivery date. Complete joke!
Nothing like the picture when arrived LATE. Who posts flowers using Royal Mail? Never again shocking
Ordered flowers last week no show can't get hold of anyone. JOKE! Please don't use this company keep your money safe

Flowers that never arrived
I've had 4 experiences with Prestige so far and every single one of them was bad... Why not quit after 1 or 2 I hear you ask... read on... Order 1 - I paid extra for next day delivery to have flowers arrive for a client's birthday. They took 4 days to arrive. CS advise they're not actually guaranteed next day despite them charging extra for that "service". Order 2 - benefit of the doubt - ordered bouquet for my mother and another for my aunty. Both were 1/4 of the size shown in the ad - flowers didn't open - several were dead - CS took 11 days to reply to my email with both complaints on it demanding a full refund (£55) - they conveniently only acknowledged 1 complaint and instead of a refund - they offered a replacement bunch (nope)... I ended up having to go through my bank and complain - the bank awarded me a full refund after I submitted photos. Order 3 - In the flower order mum had a £10 voucher off future orders - I thought I would surprise her but order the "fresh cookies" instead of flowers. I added more money to the order and waited for them to arrive. Nothing came. Turns out they delivered them to the wrong address 12 miles away. Due to COVID I said the originals would not be accepted and that fresh cookies needed to be sent to the CORRECT address this time. The original cookies arrived 4 days later whilst we were away and the delivery had dropped the box over the entry gate (6ft) -had left it to be rained on - the cookies - which had no bubble wrap or any protective packaging - simply a cardboard box - were smashed to smithereens. They also had propylene glycol in the ingredients (Vanilla essence) also put in antifreeze. Order 4 was the replacement cookies. These also arrived smashed. Prestige flowers accepted no responsibility. The broken crumbs went in the bin. None of it was eaten. The flimsy cardboard box was recycled. I'm out of pocket and unimpressed. Avoid this company at all costs. Total waste of your time and money.
