I do not understand the bad reviews on here. I ordered flowers for my sister who has had a bad time recently, the flowers (and chocolates) arrived on time and they were beautiful. Thank you prestige, for helping me brighten my sisters day. I gave you 5* and will definitely use you again.
I ordered flowers and a glass vase for my 85yo mother-in-law who has cancer. On delivery, the vase was broken and one of the stems was snapped off. Customer service has now asked for photos to prove the damage (it was a £35 order). Unfortunately my MIL won't have a clue how to do that, nor will I ask her given how sick she is. I just won't use Prestige Flowers ever again since they can't be trusted to follow through on delivery.
Ordered and paid next day flowers for a grieving widow, they still have not arrived after 72 hours. Have been told there's nothing they want to do about itn and do not care how their flowers arrive or if they ever do. They have refused a refund and refused to resend the flowers, there has not even been one sorry but a "I've spoken to my manager and you can have £5 credit off a next order"! Why would I ever order here again? The most awful service at a time when we are all grieving. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered Valentine Flowers, gift and chocs. Despite the tracking showing delivered, they were never delivered. Prestige blamed the courier company and systems.! Had no information of where the flowers were. Prestiege Flowers did not seem to understand the implications of a missed delivery on such an occasion. Added insult to injury by offering me a £5 voucher and to deliver new flowers with a different message despite me asking for a full refund. I had to press hard to get my refund.
I ordered 2 bouquets on 2/10/23 before 10pm and almost spent 100£. Firstly the flowers were not as per the description and mostly greenery (see image below.I also ordered the large size) and it was not made clear from the beginning that posting to Scotland and the Highlands would take extra time...ensuring flowers wont last as long...the 2nd bouquet didnt arrive...were to go to a friend in a school and now the school is shut til Monday...so they will be completely wilted by then. This website has no genuine care...the replies to my emails did not answer all my questions...I also emailed the company owner who has yet to respond. I feel completely robbed and taken advantage of. They are not up front and crystal clear to all UK customers at all. It's a disgrace.

Flowers from daughter for my birthday delivered to wrong address and left out in snow for over a day. Emailed with picture as only lasted a couple of days eventually agreed they would send another bouquet but when waited in all day didnt turn up and emailed them they sent a picture of the front door where delivered and of the box of flowers behind the bin. This was not my house now they wont respond to emails

I emailed again as the flowers still had not arrived two days later.
I received a response 3 days after this stating that delivery is not guaranteed, no refund, this is in the T&Cs

The bouquet arrived on the Thursday and by Sunday had died, my Mum made a complaint and was told the purchaser had to make the complaint. The embarrassment of my Mother having to ring me up to tell me the flowers i had purchased from Prestige flowers had died. When i made the first complaint, no one responded, i made a second complaint and was told it was too late and there was nothing could be done, apart from sending out a £10 voucher! Sorry i wont be buying flowers from you again.

Mothers Day Bouquet- arrived in the post via Royal Mail on Friday before Mothering Sunday.On opening the box, they looked ok, a bunch of lillies with closed buds.
Put them into a vase with water and added the flower food sachet enclosed. Then waited. And waited. And waited.
Supposed to be double flowering rose lillies, looked pretty spectacular on Prestige website... mine never opened, just went brown, shrivelled up and died.
With reluctance I told my son (after he asked me to send a photo of the flowers which he had sent) that they had died and sent him a photo of a bunch of shrivelled buds. He complained to Prestige- I complained to Prestige, they just trotted out the 48 hour window to complain after that, forget it. Tried reasoning that lillies can take longer than that to open, but no joy.
They take your money and run.

Paid extra for next day delivery. Delivery did not arrive the next day. No communication was received warning of the delay. Asked customer support to refund the extra shipping charge. No refund was offered. Terrible customer service.
Starting with 3 days delivery instead of next day, very bad customer service, and lack of attention and ending with missing items from the package, this company seems to be the most disrespectful company I ever had to deal with. Will never advise to anyone. No customer service during the weekends!
I ordered a bouquet of roses for my daughter after a big operation. I didn't ask for next day delivery either, ordering them a couple, of days before delivery date requested. Nothing arrived,. I emailed and they replied giving me a tracking number so I rang the couriers who said it wasn't there number but their London office might be able, to help. I called them and they didn't recognise the tracking number either. So I called the premium number for prestige and waited ages but eventually was, offered a larger bouquet and free luxury chocolates but guess what they can't deliver for 5 days. The agent told me they have run out of flowers as its Mother's Day and can't deliver until Tuesday. Can you believe it. I will wait to see the condition of the flowers before I contact for refund!
Mothers day flowers never arrived and i still await a resolution. They refused to refund me and actually lied about it. Opened a dispute through Paypal and Prestige lied and tried to get me to close the dispute. I have copies of all their lying emails. They are clearly out to scam customers.
I ordered flowers for my gf apparently they offered guarantee next day delivery so I made my order 2 days before and items never arrived, I try message customer service they don't offered any help. Don't recommend poor service
I ordered a bouquet for my friend and when they was delivered the roses were dead! I kicked up a fuss but they kept telling me the flowers were good quality. After threatening them with trading standards they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement was worse than the first! I have asked for a refund but they have refused. Shocking customer service!
I ordered flowers on the 19th September for delivery on the 21st. They didn't arrive and was sent many a generic email which was clearly being written from a script. Excuses such as couriers having difficulty due to weather etc. It was London! Very disappointing as was for a friends birthday.
When you send flowers to a special person time is really important, because of the freshness of the flowers and you usually send flowers on a specific and special day, nevertheless this company doesn't think the same. The flowers arrived 1 day later and when I did the query with the company, they just replied the following "…By making a purchase from Prestige Gifting, you are not entering into any contract that guarantees a specific time between the times stated. At peak times we reserve the right to extend delivery times..." so time and delivery date for them is not important, and also they don't do refunds even they ruined a special day and gift. Not a reliable company.
Widely advertise as next day delivery but point to their small print when they fail to deliver in this day. No communication from them to say that they are going to miss the day so alternative arrangements can be made. No refund offered when they miss the event. This is not an organisation to be trusted.
Ordered flowers on the 17th for my wedding anniversary on the 18th. Turned up 19th. One day late. Awful customer service, sent pictures, the florist manager, couldn't see any quality issues. I think he must either use a guide fog or white stick. My wife and myself put ip reviews on their site
Low and behold they have been removed.
Been ripped off by this company failed to deliver on 82yr old Birthday delivered 3 days later with a card to pick up from post office. When in the hands of the 3rd party ie delivery service there is no Guarantee. Read small print or end up like me no flowers and no refund. This company should not be trading reported to watchdog.

Awful service. No free card included and when I questioned, was told I couldn't ammend order. Tried to use the bot but never anyone available, received email follwoing day without matter being resolved and without them dealing with the problem I'd explained over and over. Ordered Tuesday evening expecting a Thursday delivery by 4pm Friday - order still not delivered. Was for a special occassion - 70th so VERy disappointed. Not allowed to sperak to a manager on the phone and instead have to email in. Not allowed refund as apparently it's in the small print that delivery date can not be guaranteed despite the fact that the website claims next day delivery - goodness knows how as they couldn't even manage 2 day delivery. Customer service shocking, rude and disrespectful - whispering to colleague whilst talking to me. Then hung up whilst I was still talking. Will never use this company again.

This is the 3rd time I have had dealings with them and all 3 times the flowers were shocking. The first time my friend put in a complaint about the flowers I sent her as they were so dilapidated, and the second time I paid just under £70 for flowers for my daughter. We threw them away within 1 day, I messaged them and sent photos of brown roses and all they said was to peel off the outer leaves. This time my work sent me flowers and they are dried up and the leaves at the bottom are slimy so the bouquet was not made up fresh.

I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers and both arrived on time. However both looked ragged, broken and bruised. They were both a lot smaller than the image of the large version which I ordered.
Obviously they were both gifts and so it was really embarrassing for them but I did ask them to give me their honest opinions as it was the first time I had used Prestige Flowers. Then when they told me the state of the flowers they sent images. I was embarrassed because it looked like I'd used some cheap-$#*! outfit.
I was in contact with Prestige Flowers, providing pictures and they said they would refund for both bouquest.
I am currently dealing with someone call Ashleigh but since agreeing to a full refund over a month ago they are no longer answering emails or providing the refund.

Twice in a week the flowers I ordered didn't arrive. First ones 9 days late and dead. Replacement ones didn't arrive on the requested date either.
Very poor customer service and attitude.
I advised by email and confirmed non delivery on both ocassions and just got sent further tracking links that wouldn't even open.
I'll never use Prestige again. The service they advertise isn't fit for purpose...

Have ordered 2 years in a row 2 bouquets, both for my wife and one for my mother on mothers day, last year both arrived the monday after mothers day and a bottle of wine that was meant to be an add on to the order did not arrive with the flowers. This year I gave this company the benefit of the doubt as the Website gave a guarantee of mothers day delivery. And bought two bouquets at over 50 pounds each, yet again the flowers did not arrive on mothers day but arrived the day after and the quality and quantity of flowers that did arrive? I'd have bought better for 30 pounds at a garage forecourt! Over two years I'm out of pocket more than two hundred pounds with this company and extremely disappointed to say the least! Please do yourself a favour and buy your flowers some place else.

Next day delivery every excuse under the sun about why there was no delivery, Nevermind next day delivery. Customer service are a joke. They won't help because it's not their fault. It's the couriers fault, or bad weather to blame, or you didn't read the right delivery details,... what a joke. Avoid this company. You may as well throw your money to the wind. I can't add a photo to the review because I didn't receive the flowers. Or the free gift. Or anything really except hassle.
On a Saturday I ordered birthday flowers to be sent to a 95 year old for the following day, Sunday. Prestige do offer Next Day Delivery - 7 days a week, that's why I chose them. They took my money, no problem there. Then AFTER the confirmation email, I got another one telling me since the address was not local, they couldn't deliver on the Sunday, but would do so on the Monday. What could I say? I agreed, maybe a day late is not so bad.
Unfortunately, Prestige did not do as they promised. They also did not deliver the flowers on the Monday (and did not tell me either!). The had made NO attempt to deliver on the Monday, I know this because I got an email from the Royal Mail today Tues) saying they had them and were delivering today.
When I complained to Prestige, the customer service was not satisfactory and all I was left with was "I am sorry you feel this way!". Notice, not an apology for shoddy service. Unprofessional! I will never use again...
