We booked four hotel rooms in Paris for three nights via prestigia for June. The borders are still closed and we are unable to make our trip. Prestigia refuses to provide any form of credit despite the French government citing that all travel and booking agencies are required to provide reservations through September 2020 with a travel voucher to be used within 18 months. Terrible company who is profiteering off of this terrible situation. I will never book with prestigia again.
We had a hotel booked for our honeymoon and due to the corona crisis, we were not allowed to travel. At first the offered to refund 75 %. After a call with the hotel and some "insider" information, the prestigia told us that the hotel canceled the booking. However prestigia doesn't refund the initial partial payment and is not willing to do so. Meanwhile I'm not confident that this webpage is respectable at all, as nowhere is an impressum. We forwarded the case already to our lawyer and we encourage you to do so as well!
24 hours after my reservation and fully paid online, but still no confirmation email was received. I have checked both spam and trash, and nothing there.

When i booked i was told by their customer service that i could get a refund if we caught covid. We had to cancel as one of us caught covid Presigia cancelled the hotel but kept our money and havent refunded or responded to our calls or emails. Regardless of price go elsewhere and dont use these guys else you WILL regret it!
I booked a three night hotel stay in Malta through Prestigia in December 2018. Despite only booking one room and only entering my bank details once using their online booking system, I arrived at the hotel to find that two rooms had been booked under my name on two separate bookings. I didn't realise that two confirmation emails had come through at the same time from Prestigia when I booked. Initially, Prestigia accepted this was clearly an error and a duplicate booking. However, when I asked for a refund on the extra room (the hotel had already charged me for one night), they took more than three weeks to provide me with any kind of feedback or explanation. Eventually, they responded by suggesting I must have entered my card details in twice, essentially accusing me of lying. They refused to offer me a refund for the duplicate booking. In hindsight I should have read some of the dreadful reviews on here before booking with them. I suppose they can only afford to offer cheap prices by stealing from customers.
If I could give these cowboys a minus rating, I would. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH PRESTIGIA! I booked a hotel in Barcelona for two days after a cruise and paid £271, plus there's a fee you pay when you arrive at the hotel, which was fine. On completion of the booking, I received a booking reference number, so the hotel was booked. I then received an email from Prestigia telling me that they were CANCELLING the booking, because they had updated their system and the rate had changed. I called the hotel in Barcelona, and they told me no booking was ever made in my name. This company are duty bound to honour the reservation I had with them, but because someone at their end found that the rate had gone up AFTER I had a confirmation from them, they're trying to cancel the booking?!

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS FOR A REFUND AND IT'S GOING ON 9 WEEKS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. YOU CAN'T CALL ANYONE ONLY EMAIL AND I GET THE SAME RESPONSE THAT THEY'RE BEHIND DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF REFUND REQUEST. INSANE! IT SHOULD NOT TAKE 9 WEEKS TO REFUND SOMEONE BACK THEIR MONEY. SHADY!

Prestigia, you cancelled my hotel booking for early July 2020 claiming it was a technical glitch. I chased more than 10 times. Prestigia still hasnn't refunded me with £ 227.44. It has been more than FIVE months. Shame on you that you keep advertising on FaceBook. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A COMPLETE DISGRACE.

I booked with them over two months before my trip, the NIGHT BEFORE they cancelled my reservation, they said they would refund me but still have not and I wasted international fees etc. which I don't get back. Prestigia Is A SCAM they are unresponsive and unreliable and straight up $#*!s.
Prestigia.com runs a shady yet lucrative "third party booking business" that takes advantage of people wanting to travel on a budget.
They often don't book rooms or bait and switch, but then have Ts and Cs saying they aren't responsible for anything… which lets them steal from you.
They're gambling on innocent people moving too quickly and booking through them once they see cheap prices.
You can read many horror stories about them cancelling reservations or never even booking them through Instagram, Facebook, twitter, Reddit, TripAdvisor, trustpilot and more.
After deeper research, they have multiple dissolved trademarks, register in different countries to keep running and avoid being taken down legally overseas, while providing scummy customer service. They don't respond to emails or phone, yet will take the time to fight your credit dispute.
Please avoid supporting this awful " company" and putting your hard earned money into the pockets of these creeps running this business. These reviews are fake and none of them are legit! Do not trust!

Prices shown at £77 kept changing to £178+ Which is very in professional and appalling. I also tried calling visitor service twice and held for 39 min each time and couldn't get through.

No matter that Las Vegas is shut down due to COVID 19, and my reservation says FREE CANCELLATION, I received an e-mail from them informing me that the money I have paid ($180.00) for reservation will be considered STATEMENT CREDIT TOWARD FUTURE RESERVATION! And the best is last... VALID until MARCH 31 2020... BUT TODAY is APRIL 8 2020! All attempts to reach out this crooks were not successful. Keep in mind that is not US business. It's registered in Gibraltar. So Las Vegas hotel refunded my money to PRESTIGIA.COM, but they don't want to refund me! Please use something like Booking.com, Expedia.com Few dollars cheaper could cost you a lot!

I like many others had a stay booked during the end of September and went through their site, as it was decently cheaper than all other places. Just 3 days before my trip was scheduled I find out that my rooms have been canceled by Prestigia, but at least I'd be getting a refund. Here I am almost 3 months removed from this incident and still cannot get a refund. I am being told "COVID is making it very hard to process these claims quickly", however after reading many of the other reviews I fear I am getting nothing. Given that I did not cancel my rooms and that Prestigia did this (as the hotel they let me book from was closed) I expect full compensation. It doesn't help that their phsyical address is outside the USA, so BBB really wont be able to help much. UGH.
DO NOT BOOK WITH PRESTIGIA! You will never receive your money back from this scam! Free cancellation is a lie. I was told I would receive my money back within 120 days from cancellation date, but it's now been almost 150 days and no refund. I have tried numerous times to reach out to Prestigia but they're not cooperative at all! This company is dishonest and does not care about their customers at all! All they care about is stealing your money and are very tricky with the verbiage they use to lock customers in. I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH PRESTIGIA!
Everything esa very clear, I booked my reservation within minutes. The pictures were accurate and it helped me a lot to see the location and what great places I will have near me.
This company is scum. They stole our money. The government banned entry due to Covid and so our hotel gave us a full refund but Prestigia as the middleman stole it all. Insane

Booked a room at the Hyatt Regency in Fort Lauderdale through Prestigia, only to find the hotel closed when I arrived (after a $70 cab ride from the airport!) Customer service (located in Morocco) was no help at all. We had to sleep on the floor of a friend's hotel room in Miami. Tried again with Prestigia customer service the next day. Their agent Yusuf told me they could give me a 10% discount on the only hotel room left in Fort Lauderdale, at the Ritz Carlton. Even with the supposed discount, each night would have cost four times the amount of the rate I was given for the Hyatt, so of course I declined. I was told that I would hear from a manager on Monday, because there was nobody able to make decisions about compensation on weekends. This is clear fraud, and bait-and-switch tactics. We ended up sleeping on the floor of a friend's hotel in another city just to have shelter. We completely missed the festival in Fort Lauderdale that we spent our vacation time on. No call from a manager came on Monday. I continued to be stonewalled by their agents when I called them. Calls to Hyatt's corporate office led me to find out that they never even made the reservation. FRAUD!
